The water shortage in India seems to be becoming worse rather than better. In order to meet the challenges posed by this situation, water professionals and managers need to adapt their thinking about water in a way that is sustainable. Due to the distinctive characteristics of water, which include its necessity for human existence, economic growth, and environmental conservation, as well as the large number of stakeholders involved, this is particularly challenging. A number of difficulties confront those in charge of these essential resources today, highlighting the significance of managing water resources sustainably. This study aims to provide an overview of water scarcity and its sustainable development in the context of India. The idea of Smart Cities is a \"booming\" global phenomenon, with Smart City initiatives being implemented worldwide. After the 2000s, the term \"smart\" gained popularity in urban policy making to describe the skillful use of information technologies (IT) to improve a city's infrastructure and service functionality and efficacy. With significant contributions from various technologies, including computer science, information technology, remote sensing, and enhanced multimedia, the idea of Smart Cities is a recent one in our country. This project explores the foundation of a Smart City by examining existing relevant parameters, such as electricity, solid waste management systems, water supply, and transportation, in Kondashettihalli and Chikkaballapur areas only due to the vastness of the city and the deciding parameters. The results show that companies prioritizing CSR also emphasize innovation. Additionally, a higher proportion of female executives leads to increased focus on innovation investment, while the findings for female directors are opposite. A strong institutional environment promotes corporate innovation but weakens CSR contribution. The ownership also has a certain influence on both CSR contribution and innovation. However, it is important to note that the pathways of impact are not singular and multiple factors affect both CSR fulfillment and innovative behavior. This article examines the pertinent policies regarding plastic packaging in both China and other countries, while also addressing the challenges that China encounters in relation to plastic packaging. The challenges that have been encountered include a lack of adequate customer demand for plastic packaging that is environmentally friendly, the adoption of excessive packing practices by producers, and the need to improve the technological capabilities of recyclable plastic packaging materials. By expounding the historical evolution of key university projects and the differences in the departments of finance and economics universities, the reasons for the imbalance of financial appropriation in China are explained, and the phenomenon of \"Matthew effect\" appropriation is explained from the concept of talent training, the scale of higher education, and the dependence of institutional paths. Based on a large number of scholars' studies, this study provides a systematic review of core journals on green consumption in China through Bibliometric analysis and the visualization and analysis software CiteSpace. The research results show that the research hotspots of green consumption in China are \"green consumption\", \"green marketing\", \"circular economy\", \"consumer \"The research focuses on consumer behavior patterns of green product purchases, reflecting the convergence of consumer behavior research themes in the development of green consumption. There is less cooperation between authors and institutions, and academic cooperation in the field of green consumption research is far from sufficient. The research on green consumption in China can be divided into three stages: the initial period, the growth period, and the ebb and flow period. This paper indicates that there is a positive relationship between the rank of CFO in the TMT and the status. The study finds that CFO’s status have negative impact on firm over-investment; and the negative impact only exist in non-state-owned firms.
