{"title":"Upaya Pengembangan Usaha Ekonomi Kreatif Kerajinan Bordir Aceh Di Kabupaten Aceh Utara","authors":"Hafni Zahara","doi":"10.29103/AG.V1I1.1078","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29103/AG.V1I1.1078","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian  ini  berjuan  untuk  mengetahui  Upaya  pengembangan  usaha ekonomi  kreatif  kerajinan  bordir  Aceh  dalam  bidang  produksi,  pemasaran,  dan kemampuan  beradaptasi  dengan  pasar yang  dilakukan  oleh  pengusaha  kerajinan bordir di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, dan penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  melalui  observasi,  wawancara  dan  studi  literatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penlitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dalam pengembangan produk, pengusaha ekonomi kreatif kerajinan bordir Aceh selalu melakukan inovasi dalam menciptkan produk  baru  dan  melakukan  pengontrolan  terhadap  kerapian  bordir  juga  kualitas barang.  (2)  Selanjutnya  dalam  bidang  promosi  dan  pemasaran,  pengusaha melakukan  kegiatan  promosi  barang  secara  online  melalui  media  sosial  seperti instagram  dan  facebook.  Promosi  juga  dilakukan  dengan  cara  mengikuti  bazar, pelatihan  dan  pameran  yang  dilaksanakan  oleh  berbagai  instansi  baik  pemrintah maupun  swasta.  (3)  pada  pengembangan  kemampuan  dalam  beradaptasi  dengan pasar,  pengusaha  mampu  menciptakan  produk  yang  sesuai  dengan  keinginan konsumen. The data that used in this study are primary  and  secondary  data. Tools  of  analysis  used  in  this  study  are Revelead Comparative Advantege (RCA), Literacy Test, and  SWOT  analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat). Results of the analysis showed that Indonesian shrimp export commodities have strong competitiveness (RCA> 1) and an increase in performance between the current years with the previous year (RCA index> 1). The respondents were selected by purposive sampling in 3 Sub-district in Aceh Besar, the amount of the farmers was taken by Slovin’s. The data used were primary and secondary data and the method of the data analysis were logistic regression analysis and t test. Since the first of the irrigation system has developed, the different in quality and system managements still, Aceh Besar regency has an area of 31,998.0 Ha of rice fields and the land that have irrigation scope are 20,275 Ha. With the irrigation rehabilitation programs becoming more eficient in rice production and farmer’s income are increasing therefore the researce on the analysis of impact the rehabilitation of tertier irrigation on farmer’s income and an analysis of the breakeven point (BEP) in Aceh Besar regency conducted. Respondents were taken by using proportional simple random sampling based on Slovin’s. In the other hand, sample of the agricultural extensions were chosen from 2 Sub-district. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used was correlation test analysis based on Rank Spearman’s. The research result showed that the performance of agricultural extension was in good range (86,04 %), the achievement of rice, corn and soy production on UPSUS was categorized success (88,07%) and it showed a real relationship between the performance of agricultural extension and the achievement of UPSUS. There was a positive noticeable relationship between knowledge, skill, motivation and manner to the performance of agricultural extension. Analisis data dengan menggunakan path analisys dengan  bantuan program SPSS dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan;  a) variabel sosial; modal sosial dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh secara simultan 56,50% terhadap  tanggungan keluarga petani dalam sistem pertanian terintegrasi, b) variabel tanggungan keluarga, modal sosial dan pendidikan berpengaruh secara simultan  94,50% terhadap penggunaan tenaga kerja keluarga petani dalam sistem pertanian terintegrasi, c) variabel tenaga kerja, tanggungan keluarga, modal sosial  dan tingkat pendidikan petani berpengaruh secara simultan 79,80% terhadap pendapatan petani  dalam konteks  pertanian terintegrasi, d) variabel ekonomi berupa; harga output, harga input, modal usahatani, tingkat kemiskinan dan inflasi  berpengaruh secara smimultan 65,0% terhadap pendapatan petani dengan sistem pertanian terintegrasi. Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk; (1) mengetahui peran  penyuluh  pertanian dalam kegiatan penyuluhan kepada petani penangkar benih IPB 3S di Kecamatan Sawang Kabupaten Aceh Utara, (2) mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap peran penyuluh dalam proses pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian  kepada petani penangkar benih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus pada kelompok penangkar benih IPB 3S yang pengolahan datanya melalui statistif non parametric dengan pengukuran data mengunakan skala likert.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran penyuluh pertanian  yang sangat dirasakan oleh petani penangkar benih secara berurutan meliputi; (1) peran penyuluh dalam melakukan pelatihan budidaya, (2) peran penyuluh dalam penguatan kelompok, (3) peran penyuluh sebagai pihak penghubung antara petani penangkar dengan pihak luar (mitra usaha),serta (4) peran penyuluh pertanian perecanaan dan pengawasan program penangkaran benih. Data diperoleh dari 54 sampel peternak penggemukan sapi dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dari peternak meliputi penggunaan input, harga input dan output serta karakteristik peternak  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Kegiatan usaha penggemukan sapi di Kabupaten Aceh besar yang terdiri dari kawasan DAS dan di luar DAS layak diusahakan secara finansial dimana Kegiatan penggemukan sapi pada kawasan DAS lebih layak diusahakan jika dibandingkan dengan kawasan di luar DAS. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai NPV, Net B/C dan IRR yang diperoleh lebih besar kawasan DAS dari pada luar DAS. The total sample for this study was 280 farmers using stratified random sampling method. This research using primary and secondary data. The main objective of this research is to analyze the factors that determine the level of vulnerability of famers communities in Aceh after the tsunami.  The analysis model used is the logistic regression model using Maximum Likelihood (MLE).The results found that the finding  on  logistic regression analysis  model showed  the vulnerability of farmers affected by the six variables, are the availability of jobs, other job skills, debt, training / courses, savings and family relations. Three other factors are the loss of property, injury and loss of boundaries of the land is not significant. Data obtained from 41 of onion farming are determined by the census method, and analyzed with multiple linear and stochastic frontier analysis.
