Over the past few decades, scientists from a number of countries have been discussing the creation of a cipher founded by quantum cryptography, which is based on the use of photons and the principle of their polarization for the creation of unique codes that are almost impossible to crack. Considering cryptography as a kind of art form that allows hiding secret information in a sequence of zeros and ones, it can be noted that even today quantum cryptography is in demand not only in government communications and in big business. In addition, the constant increase in the transmission speed and the reduction in the cost of implementing a number of processes allow one to hope for an increasingly widespread use of quantum cryptosystems in various fields already in the next decade. The world’s largest institutions and companies are currently engaged in work in the field of quantum cryptography that makes grounds for talking about the formation of a market segment where almost all its participants are part of such a process. The article discusses the development of quantum cryptography over the past 30 years.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Series Information Science. Information Security. However, the issue of ensuring information security is a system-forming factor for the successful implementation of the entire project: if one does not ensure the integrity of the circulating information, its availability, reliability and, if necessary, its confidentiality, then all other activities will be not feasible. The implementation of the digital economy program allowed the formation of fundamentally new opportunities for every citizen. A huge number of new services have been introduced. In these conditions, an important role is assigned to ensuring the protection of personal data. Citizens trust Digit with their documents, use online banks to manage their funds, exchange messages using various messengers, etc. At the same time, despite the adoption of regulatory legal documents in the field of ensuring the protection of personal data and determining the necessary requirements for ensuring the security of personal data, the issue has not been fully solved. The article considered the dynamics of changes in the field of personal data protection. It is noted that in general, it raises concerns.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. The basic law of the dependence of the word frequency on its rank, which is known as Zipf’s law, is that the product of the frequency of a word and its rank is approximately constant and is a marker of the text language. It should be noted that numerous analogs of Zipf’s law in other subject areas have great practical significance for describing the functioning of various sociotechnical systems: Auerbach’s law of the distribution of cities by population, Pareto’s law of the distribution of material goods in society, Bradford’s law of the distribution of scientists by productivity, Lotka law of the distribution of publications in bibliographic sources. The article considers the latent frequency characteristics of the lexis of scientific texts on various topics by the array of articles in the multidisciplinary open access journal “Young Scientist”. The paper formulates the concept of a higher-order frequency table and empirically investigates the dependence of frequencies in such tables on their ranks. Power, hyperbolic, and other twoparameter models of the dependence of frequencies on ranks in tables of frequencies of higher orders were constructed for all articles from the corpus of texts under consideration. The constructed models are generalizations of the well-known Zipf models and have high quality indicators. In the paper, new predictors are obtained, which can be useful for solving problems of classifying scientific texts.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. An example of an innovative digital breakthrough in Russia is the Federal Tax Service, which accumulates significant amounts of confidential information, maintains a large number of registries, and implements a large number of services, including those not related to taxation. The realization of threats to information security in relation to information and communication technologies of the Federal Tax Service can lead to negative consequences. The purpose of the study is to build a model that allows assessing the probability of occurrence of the threats in question and their impact on digital interaction system between tax authorities and taxpayers, and the security of databases formed by tax authorities. The study applies universal methods of scientific cognition and mathematical methods for the construction of a risk assessment model. As a result, a model is proposed that allows assessment of information security risks, which information and communication technologies of the Federal Tax Service of Russia are exposed to. The proposed model can be used both at various levels of tax administration and in other spheres of state and municipal administration.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. The Hamiltonian of the system is calculated taking into account the formulas of the James-Cummings model. The unitary dynamics is carried out using a general solution of the Schrodinger equation. The conditions for the parameters of the problem under which the oscillation takes place are shown. These conditions for the exact formulation are discrete. However, it is valuable to find out at what parameters of the problem there occur approximate oscillations, at which an incomplete transition of a particle from one well to another is observed. In the standard manuals on the quantum theory of a single particle, the Hamiltonian was considered from the very beginning without photons, so it was assumed that complete oscillations always take place. This approximate consideration corresponds to reality only with a high potential between the wells. If the potential is low, the wells actually merge into one well, so that the spectrum and eigenvalues of the Hamiltonian become similar to the spectrum and eigenvalues of a one-dimensional potential – a radically different case. Such a discrepancy occurs due to ignoring the interaction of the electron with the electromagnetic field. If such an interaction is taken into account we get the dynamics described by the Jaynes-Cummings Hamiltonian. At a low potential, the energy gap between the ground and excited energy states of the electron grows. Since the probability of photon emission is proportional to this value, the interaction with the field cannot be ignored.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. One of the directions in that area is the issue of monitoring the hardware integrity to detect and prevent the addition, removal or replacement of devices. Most existing systems that solve the problem have a number of limitations, including the need to run under an operating system, the presence of a specific BIOS version, or the need to connect special hardware components. The article proposes a method, the main idea of which is to develop a UEFI application that runs every time the computer starts before loading the operating system. While the first start it performs reading of current device configuration using the SMBIOS table and low-level protocols and stores it in the non-volatile memory of the computer. On subsequent runs it compares the current hardware configuration with the saved one and detects differences. As a hardware configuration for integrity monitoring it is suggested to use information about installed CPUs, RAM devices, PCI devices and hard drives. Such an application does not depend on the BIOS version used, the operating system or a specific version of it, and does not require additional hardware devices.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Engineers must create a so-called generalized load block based on taking into account the distribution of their work time during operation. Since the loading of transport vehicles is not stationary, the study of modes is an important issue for making a decision: the list of modes should be neither too long nor too short. Cluster analysis, as one of the machine learning tools, was used in this work to distinguish modes, looking similar at first glance. Since the generalized loading block is created to assess the durabi- lity, those parameters were chosen that are associated with accumulating the fatigue damage. Based on empirical data, a cluster analysis was carried out, which was later checked by the “teacher” – that is, by the a priori information available to researchers.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. It is especially true for the law enforcement agencies, where robotization issues are given the closest attention. The article provides a general approach to solving the issue of robotization of a number of functions related to the processes of the airfield technical support for aviation formations of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation using the example of an aviation unit. It analyzes the existing technical component of the divisions of aerodrometechnical and engineering-aviation support of aviation formations and formulates the proposals for their re-equipment with robotic complexes. At the same time, the relation of the aviation unit to military aviation or to specialpurpose aviation does not matter. The authors outline tasks solved in the process of aerodrome technical support, regardless of the type of aerodrome basing, and the potential possibility for robotization of those processes. A draft mathematical model has been developed for the joint use of ground-based robotic systems with different degrees of mobility when interacting with each other at the airfields of the Russian Guard and at joint-based airfields. The mathematical model takes into account the limitations, both those formed in the regulatory legal documents for the functioning of state aviation and the aviation of the National Guard, and those associated with the specifics of the functioning of aviation equipment and equipment for airfield technical support.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin.
