The article implements an extension of the IDEF0 notation – a notation system for functions and their components. For a more detailed functional description of dynamic systems, an extension of the semantic notation language is introduced. Such an extension allows getting more detailed information about the system as a whole, and creates links between the functional and behavioral models. Extended semantics is applied to the design of functional descriptions of the aircraft parts. The notation extension is also a component of the lifecycle management system under development, that, in particular, should solve the issue of engineering semantics deficiency, not allowing to ensure in the elaborating processes the correspondence between requirements and technical solutions, the verification of those relationships and the validation of the system being developed. As a result, the expansion of the IDEF0 notation, new, expanded properties of the system model will be formed, which contribute to solving validation and verification problems in the development of complex technical systems.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Klimenko","doi":"10.28995/2686-679x-2023-2-30-45","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28995/2686-679x-2023-2-30-45","url":null,"abstract":"In accordance with the concept of fog computing, when processing large amounts of data, the computing workload shifts from the “cloud” to the edge of the network, to the nodes of the fog layer. At the same time, however, a very small number of published works deal with the issues of reducing with that the residual resource of peripheral devices, which, as a rule, are not of a high computational power comparing with devices in data centers. The reliability indicator, the probability of failure-free operation are also associated with such a characteristic as the average residual resource – the value of the reciprocal of the failure rate, and in general, the decreasing trend of the value characterizes the safety of the computing resource of the device and the time during which its operation will be expedient due to the allowable failure rate. Modern implementations of the concept of fog computing suggest the presence of a so-called cloud-fog broker, which is entrusted with the functions of computing scheduling that can be performed by nearby fog layer nodes. Obviously, in this case, the cloud-fog broker operates with an increased load, and it is quite reasonable to raise the question of saving the resource of the node. The article is concerned with the study of comparing the “selfish” strategy of distributing the computational load over the nodes of the foggy layer in the network and the approach based on the choice of a node for computing based on the simulation of the average residual resource. The proposed algorithm makes it possible, depending on the preferences in the safety of the resource of the node, to implement the choice of device. The simulation performed demonstrates the expediency of including the fog layer broker in the subset of considered candidates for load distribution even in the case when, in accordance with the “selfish” approach, it is more profitable for the broker to transfer calculations to the next node. The latter is also relevant for the case when it is a priority to reduce resource consumption for a group of devices, including a broker","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Today, the Internet has become as real a space as our lives. Through it, we learn news, weather, shop in stores, meet and communicate with loved ones in instant messengers and social networks, attend cultural and educational events, get distance education and even paid remote work. In 2019–2021 the worldwide pandemic has given a big impetus to the development of Internet technologies and Internet security. The world has become even more convinced of the value of Internet services and after the pandemic, many business processes of enterprises began to be based on remote technologies. Together with the development of Internet services, secure technologies that eliminate their destabilization began to actively develop. The article considers the general patenting situation at the end of 2021. The leaders and outsiders of patenting were identified, promising areas are analyzed, which in the near future will become an integral part of security on the Internet. The work examined a base including 938,508 patent applications and patents themselves, located in an open patent base lens.org. The total number of patent applications and current patents was revealed, the dynamics of patenting was presented, leading countries were found, companies and inventors engaged in promising developments in the field of information protection on the Internet were identified. The most promising directions were found in accordance with the international patent classification.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Series Information Science. Museums strive to become interesting, fashionable, interactive, educational. The modern museum can be fully called an object of informatization. In order to realize all modern possibilities, museums must be staffed with modern personnel. A modern museum worker is not just an art critic with relevant knowledge. A modern museum worker must confidently master the information technologies and use them in the practice. The article analyzes the dynamics of changes in the staff of museum workers over the past six years. It presents the diagram of the distribution of museum workers by the age groups and shows the distribution of museum workers according to their experience. There is an analysis in ratio of the number of men and women among museum workers. The paper analyzes some aspects of staffing the museum as an object of informatization.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Series Information Science. Information Security. Quantum computers are not an alternative to the classic. Rather, they can be attributed to the class of devices specializing in a separate group of tasks. However, a key issue in the design of quantum computers is the issue of decoherence time. To combat that phenomenon, various methods of isolating a quantum system are being developed, including the use of extremely low temperatures and high vacuum. In addition, one of the ways to combat decoherence is to use dark states, due to the fact that a system of atoms in this state is not able to interact with light – absorb or emit photons. In this paper, various systems of three-level atoms are considered. Schemes of two types of atoms are represented graphically – λ-atoms, v-atoms. The concept of a dark quantum state and the concept of a family of a quantum state are introduced. An algorithm for finding the dimension and basis of the subspace of dark states is presented. According to the algorithm, the dimensions and bases of the subspaces of dark states in these systems are calculated.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. It considers the features of various types of noise that occur during sound recording. The article takes into account the features of the Conv-TasNet architecture, which is based on the imposition of convolutions on a pure signal without frequency separation. There is an analysis of the DEMUC algorithm, which directly generates sources from the original signal, bypassing the intermediate prediction of masks; the architecture for segmentation of images U-Net is partially borrowed. Also the authors consider the HiFi-GA noise reduction algorithm, consisting of three main parts: Wavenet, Postnet and GAN. A clean signal based on a noisy one is created with the WaveNet algorithm that was originally used to translate text information into speech. A feature of different versions of the WaveNet algorithm for noise reduction is that a new signal can be generated both in its entirety and for each time-point. The paper also presents a mathematical apparatus for implementing the ConvTasNet, DEMUC, and HiFi-GA algorithms, analyzes in detail noise reduction when recording sound, explores various noise reduction methods, and formulates the advantages and disadvantages of each of them.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin.
