Kolmogorov one-sample statistics and N.V. Smirnov two-sample statistics have been widely used for solving applied problems for almost a hundred years. Those criteria are present in many textbooks and implemented in computer software for data analysis. The purpose of the work is to empirically estimate the power of the Kolmogorov–Smirnov criterion on a set of test problems to check hypotheses about the distribution law, as well as to investigate the properties of estimates of the power of the criterion for various types of resampling. To obtain various estimates of the power of the Kolmogorov–Smirnov criterion in solving test problems, the classical bootstrap, nonparametric bootstrap, parametric bootstrap, bootstrap with a random term, and resampling without returns were used. Based on the results of multiple solution of test problems, medians of p-values, medians of estimates of the power of the Kolmogorov–Smirnov criterion were calculated, and medians of biases of estimates on test problems and medians of all pairwise differences of various estimates of the power of the criterion were found. The distribution laws for the considered Kolmogorov–Smirnov power estimates, for the biases of the power estimates, and for all pairwise differences of the power estimates were investigated. For test problems where real data were considered, calculating power estimates without resampling is impossible, but unbiased power estimates can be predicted as the half-sum of two other power estimates, one obtained with a nonparametric bootstrap and the other obtained with resampling without returns. Methods for restructuring sample data and software for estimating the power of a statistical test developed within the study are universal and can be used for analyzing the properties of power estimates of other one-sample statistical tests, as well as for developing the classical methodology for checking statistical hypotheses.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. The goal of the work is to develop a mathematical model of the system for detection and classification of evoked potentials on the electroencephalogram (EEG). The main odd of the machine EP detection are artifacts from EEG recordings and the high variability of potentials. EP detection and classification algorithm includes three stages. At the preliminary stage, the frequency-time and spatial signal transformations – a set of Butterworth frequency filters, linear composition and averaging of the recorded signals from different sensors are used to remove noise and uninformative EEG components. The next step is the direct fixation and averaging of the evoked potentials. At the final stage, to reduce the dimension of the problem, the information features vector is formed. The parameterized image is used as input of the binary classifier. The support vector method is used to construct the classifier. During the study, the optimization of the regularization C parameter of the classifier was carried out using the estimation of sliding control. The proposed solution is useful for human-machine interaction and for medical procedures with biofeedback.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Series Information Science. The widespread development of video technologies in cooperation with social networks such as YouTube and TicToc has led to a sharp increase in the volume of information. The processing and analysis of this data fall on the shoulders of a person. It happens as especially difficult to extract useful text information from the entire video stream. That issue is particularly acute in areas such as the state defense and law enforcement, where the volume of incoming video information is huge. A video stream can contain useful meta information helpful to search, classify, and link the data to specific video content. There are already systems for automatic recognition of the state registration plates, vehicles, railway car numbers, street names, and video titles. However, there may still be a lot of metainformation in the frames of the video stream, such as the marking of various objects and technical products, building numbers, ads, signs, inscriptions, text on documents, and much more. Creating a system for automatic detection of any text in video content will significantly improve the processing and increase the efficiency of information search engines. This article provides an overview of methods for detecting text regions in frames of the video stream. The methods are analyzed in terms of applicability and universality. A comparative analysis and evaluation of popular methods for detecting text areas are given.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Series Information Science. If in a general education school one can talk about the propaedeutics of language and problems, then in higher education, in terms of modeling problems, it is too late to discuss the necessary levels of abstractions and ways to describe them. In some cases, finding a common educational (terminological base) language partly solves the problem of perception and learning the approach to formulation, studying the problems that arise when solving problems. Based on examples from the practice of teaching sections of higher mathematics and compiling course models using mathematical modeling and computational methods for solving the problems under study, the experience of varying learning models in various educational environments is given. The basis is the work, manuals, abstracts of educational special courses in higher mathematics from three educational institutions: TSTU. Islam Karimov, Karshi State University and RSUH. At present, the degree of formalization of educational materials is increasingly acquiring high levels of abstraction, so students (bachelors and masters) increasingly need a mathematical language from sections of the calculus of variations, symbolic methods, topology, etc. An idea is formulated about the educational system built on traditional education and its compliance with the new requirements that arise in society.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Among them are: information and security event management technologies for protecting computer networks; analysis of methods for correlating security events in SIEM systems; a system for collecting, storing and processing information and security events based on ELASTIC STACK tools; an approach to developing a SIEM system for the Internet of Things. It is noted that the level of scientific activity of Russian scientists in the field of SIEM systems, determined by taking into account the Hirsch index, exceeds the minimum value of the world level of scientific activity of a scientist equal to 16, which demonstrates a sufficiently high scientific qualification of Russian researchers in the field of SIEM systems. The article defines specifics of changes in the above indicators, including extremes of publication activity and citation as well as the Russian organizations (mainly from St. Petersburg), whose research results in the field of SIEM-systems are actively demanded by other enterprises of the country. The results of the study were obtained on the basis of the RSCI databases – the Russian Science Citation Index.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. It is shown that the physical foundations of the element base have not changed over the past 70 years: the absolute majority of computing equipment is created on the basis of silicon semiconductor transistors. There was an improvement in technology, a reduction of transistors to nanoscale, which led to an increase in computing power by many orders of magnitude. Further improvement of the silicon semiconductor technology comes into conflict with fundamental physical laws: the need for heat removal, the impossibility of overcoming the speed of light, ineliminable current leakage due to the tunneling effect caused by the quantum mechanical uncertainty ratio. Despite marketing statements, so far no one has managed to create transistors smaller than 25 nm. Moore’s law stopped working, the development of the element base slowed down. In this regard, the issue of creating a fundamentally new element base of computers is acute. The most promising areas are the creation of graphenebased transistors, as well as quantum computers. However, those areas cannot yet serve as a full-fledged replacement for existing technologies.","PeriodicalId":268685,"journal":{"name":"RSUH/RGGU Bulletin. Series Information Science.
