In this paper, an approach based on k-means clustering is proposed for lung organ segmentation in order to remove irrelevant chest tissues. Then a convolution neural network (CNN) model, Dense U-Net++ (DU-Net++) is constructed for detecting and segmenting nodules. The model includes three parts: down-sampling by DenseNet201 for feature extraction, up-sampling by trainable deconvolution for image restoration and middle layers by skip connection for feature fusion. The public dataset, LIDC-IDRI, is used for training and testing and the performance of DU-Net++ achieves 96.0% and 91.3% in Dice coefficient on the training set and validation set. The Dice coefficient on small nodules in validation set is 87.56%. The results indicate that the proposed model can offer a correct segmentation reference to doctors, reducing the time as well as the pressure of reading CT scans.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116437055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Image processing technology refers to a series of operations such as digitization, encoding, transmission, and analysis of images. Obviously, the restoration of degraded images is also an important research field, such as aerospace, remote sensing images, biological sciences and other fields, which are very popular. In this paper, the inverse filter models are studied. Through MATLAB simulation, it is found that the recovery effect of these filter models is not ideal in the case of noise, so a combined algorithm is proposed. Combining the spatial filter and the inverse filter wave, the purpose is to filter out some noise through the spatial filter before the image is fed into the inverse filter. Through the MATLAB simulation, it is found that the denoised image processed by the combined algorithm has a better effect.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122742786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, most of the current studies focus on grammatical or pragmatic differences of these two words, while no studies have been conducted to look into the effect of the mixed use of these two words on information processing and whether there are differences between the effect of two mixed use patterns—“De”(地)for “De”(的) and “De”(的) for “De”(地). In this study, an eye-tracking experiment with 30 college students was conducted to examine the influence of the mixed use on information processing and whether different patterns have different impacts. The results showed that: 1. the mixed use of “De”(的) and “De”(地) significantly affects the dwell time and fixation count of the whole sentence. In the violation condition, the dwell time was longer and the fixation count was higher; 2. the analysis of the target word showed that there was an interaction between the usage specification (standard or not) and the mixed-use pattern on many eye-tracking indicators, such as first fixation duration, dwell time, regression in times and fixation count, and this influence was mainly caused by “De”(地)for “De”(的) ; (3) the analysis of the remaining sentence after the target word showed different results-there was an interaction between the usage specification (standard or not) and the misuse patterns on fixation count, and the influence is mainly caused by “De”(的) for “De”(地). On the whole, both “De”(地)for “De”(的) and “De”(的) for “De”(地) caused disruption on readers' reading experience, while “De”(的) for “De”(地) with a low degree of violation had a delayed effect on information processing, which was mainly reflected in the remaining sentence after the target word. The findings of the current research provide evidence from eye-tracking studies for the division of “De”(的) and “De”(地).","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115297042","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Transcutaneous energy transfer system wireless communication system are adopted to power supply and information interaction. What's more, a mass model which shows a quantitative relationship between the sensor signal and the quality (mass) of the content of the intestinal tract is established. Then the vitro and vivo experiments are conducted to evaluate the reliability of the mass model. Based on vitro experiment results, the accuracy of the reconstruction function is over 90%. Even the results of vivo experiment verified that the accuracy is about 83%, which is acceptable. It is capable of simulating the whole process of crack propagation without introducing additional fracture criteria and complex crack path-tracking techniques. From the computational point of view, however, the PFM requires very fine meshes for the conventional numerical methods to accurately characterize the crack, which leads to huge computational costs. This paper employs the quadrature element method (QEM) to compute the phase field model for the brittle fracture. Through the computation of a benchmark example, the accuracy and low cost of the present method are verified. The QEM, in comparison with the existing methods, can accurately simulate the crack propagation process using a very coarse mesh and thus much fewer degrees of freedom.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"50 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122422259","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With antigen drift of the RNA beta-coronavirus, a number of variants have appeared, especially, B.1.617 variant, which rapidly spread throughout India and caused a devastating global pandemic. However, the high infectious mechanism is still under discussion. In this paper, the Susceptible-Infectious-Recovered-Deceased (SIRD) model was used for the analysis of B.1.617 variant in India to estimate its higher infectivity than the wild one. With that in mind, animal contact, social network, technology detection and government deals are raised as important drivers of transmission. Furthermore, the paper also revealed that particular special mutations in B.1.617 variant such as T478K, L452R in the S protein might affect viral fitness [1], making it highly infectious, based on the structural and binding affinity comparison to wild-type and B.1.617 variant with human ACE2.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132838841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Gaussian mixture model is a common modeling method. However, this modeling method is prone to random noise interference after extracting moving targets. How to eliminate or weaken such random noise is a research focus. Usually, there are two kinds of noise sources, that is, internal and external factors of video camera head imaging. The internal factors are related to manufacturing technology and materials of video camera heads, while the external factors are caused by micro-vibration, air disturbance and other factors. This paper focuses on how to eliminate or weaken interference of external factors. Firstly, a pixel drift denoising algorithm is proposed by analyzing formation mechanism of random noise caused by various external factors, that is, phenomenon of small scale drift of pixel position during imaging. Then, the pixel drift denoising algorithm is applied to Gaussian mixture model to determine foreground pixels, reduce noise impact, and improve integrity of moving targets. A comparative experiment is carried out in public data set CDnet 2014. The results show that in the same data set scene, the improved Gaussian mixture model algorithm integrating the pixel drift denoising algorithm can effectively reduce the noise in dynamic background, and the peak signal-to-noise ratio of experimental background and real background reaches 38. 2dB.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131002509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
