Highlight the communication mechanism, The function of the realization of the interface drive, and the specific design and implementation between the model simulation systems and the DCS control station. This simulation training system is very similar with the one used in the enterprise of coal chemical production in the chemical mechanism, process and experimental equipment and the DCS control mode. The dynamic torque generated by wind turbine (WT) must be simulated. In there paper, a dynamic wind turbine emulator (WTE) is designed, which consider wind shear and tower shadow effect, and a dynamic torque compensation scheme is also developed to compensate the different inertia between a lab scale motor and a actual rotor blade and shaft. The dynamic torque is taken as reference to control an inductance motor which is driven by an inverter to simulate the wind turbine. The simulation results show this simulation system is feasible and efficient. Acceleration is discontinuous in linear acceleration and deceleration, which caused impact in NC machining. The exponential algorithm has a strong tracking capability but weak stability at higher speed. The questions could be overcome by conventional S-curve acceleration and deceleration implementation method, but the algorithm is too complex. So a new method was proposed to implement S-curve acceleration and deceleration. This paper presents five-stage model of S curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm to satisfy the actual roller polishing machine needs. The algorithm consists of five kinematic stages: increasing acceleration stage, decreasing acceleration stage, constant-speed stage, increasing deceleration stage and decreasing deceleration stage. At the starting point and the ending point, the velocity is zero and the jerk is absolutely the maximum value J. Analysis shows that: the acceleration curve of the algorithm is a continuous curve, and there is a first-order continuous relationship between time and speed, a smooth velocity and acceleration can be obtained, which is to avoid the impact when the CNC system accelerates and decelerates or reverses. And in the conditions of constant returns to scale and increasing returns to scale, the paper also calculates the output coefficients of provincial transportation infrastructure investment respectively. Based on in-depth analysis on the emergency control decision model and control method of the water bloom, a fuzzy Bayes decision model on the basis of the comprehensive restrictions of minimal risks and costs has been put forward specifically. The fuzzy membership function was adopted to perform fuzzy regional control to the prior probability, and introduced the influence of comprehensive conditions of minimal risks and costs to the result of decisions by weight adjustment, and this method has been successfully applied in the water bloom emergency control of lake and reservoir as the preferable decision scheme in Beijing.
