Each node has a limited energy supply and generates information when some events that need to be communicated to a sink node occur. It has been proved that the nodes closer to the sink node will use up their energy more quickly, as a result, the network lifetime will be affected, some bad consequences will happen. Therefore how to optimize the network lifetime become an important problem. According to the reasearch fruit many reaserchers have contributed, we concluded that the method of optimizing the network life included keeping energy effectifcy, improving or creating some optimized algorithms, making use of the inherent mechanism of nodes and so on. The network lifetime can depend on many other factors too. In the regarded studies, the prediction error can be reduced by incorporating high accuracy estimation and compensation algorithms. So the performance of compressed video can be improved. However, this brings a considerable cost for the complexity of encoder. The computation complexity is mainly due to the complexity of motion estimation. The paper presents an improved algorithm with the initialized searching point prediction, half-stop principle, beforehand skip mode decision, reduced search window and optional search model. This algorithm for the integer-pixel motion estimation is provided to reduce computation complexity in the block-matching process. WLC assigns a wavelength-weight to denote the concurrent reservation probability and then PCE could select several preferable wavelengths according to the weight for source node. It will block the new request step by step according to QoS level when the weight overflows. The risk calculation is the key step and the result is the direct reference of the risk assessment. This paper prompts a service-based risk quantitative calculation method — SRQC of NGN. SRQC method includes a service-based layered risk calculation model, the quantitative process of assets, vulnerabilities and threats and the risk calculation. The calculation model centers on the services of NGN and considers the relationship of services. The new view makes the risk analysis closer to manager. With the adoption of this system, the key parameters of optical transceiver module's monitoring can be realized. In this paper we present a novel method based on multiple filtering for fusion of audiovisual analysis results, by analyzing their repetition and duration. Experiments results have achieved excellent results (93.1% recall rate in anchor shot) in various kinds of news video. Not only are the relations between transformation operators and the unitary matrixes performed by the receiver are generalized with a concise formula, but also the diagonal projection transformations. Hence, an accurate worm propagation model is urgently needed. In this paper, the concept and structure of worms are presented, then the typical propagation models in different environment are discussed, and the Advantages and Disadvantages of different models are given. In original Chord model, the participating nodes are equivalent, but it is not true in reality; besides, the semantic property of the content in the model is not taken into account. To advance the performance of Chord, we proposed an improved Chord model based on Topic-Cluster and Hierarchic Layer (HTC-Chord). A clustering policy is exploited to cluster the nodes sharing similar interest together, while the nodes are organized into different hierarchic layers according to their capabilities.
