Abstract

Anchor person can provide a topic-oriented navigation for news videos. In this paper we present a novel method based on multiple filtering for fusion of audiovisual analysis results, by analyzing their repetition and duration. Experiments results have achieved excellent results (93.1% recall rate in anchor shot) in various kinds of news video. It shows that our method is robust and has generality in handling diverse news video sources with different features and production rules.

一种新的新闻视频索引视听分析方法
