In order to study the system sizing, an iterative approach is used. It is based on a recursive algorithm and a robust energy management. Indeed, the Deficiency of Power Supply Probability (DPSP), the Relative Excess Power Generated (REPG), the Energy Cost (EC) and the Total Net Present Cost (TNPC) are used to ensure an improved reliability and a minimum cost. As data information, this approach used the wind speed. The impacts of a new combination of factors that may affect the yield were explored and optimized utilizing a central composite design and response surface methodology. The results revealed that the molar ratio and catalyst quantity had the greatest impact on biodiesel yield. In addition, to anticipate the yield, a quadratic model that linked the factors was built. This research study concentrates on the solar-thermal conversion. The manufactured glazed-flat plate collector prototype made from used parts such as radiator of fridge, wood, plastic bottles, glass, pipes and metal sheet. Therefore, the economic aspect took into consideration in this study. The manufactured prototype serves all hot water domestic’ needs. The maximum hot water temperature obtained is 73.6°C. The average percent efficiency for the solar prototype obtained is 57.62%. The angle of inclination used is 43.4 degree. To reduce the TCE of the system which contains a PV/Wind sub-system and a battery, the conventional Genetic Algorithm (GA) based approach is used. The continuity of service requires the substitution of the production source overnight by the association of a lead-acid battery under the global system in order to control the output power by meeting the needs of consumers. By introducing the TCE as important factor, an economic evaluation is elaborated by presenting an acceptable cost of energy.
