By defining a proper stochastic Lyapunov functional with mode-dependent Lyapunov matrices, a sufficient condition is derived such that the delayed Markovian jumping neural network under consideration is stochastically finite-time stable with respect to prescribed scalars. The stability criterion is delay- and mode-dependent, and can be readily checked by resorting to available algorithms. Two numerical examples are finally provided to show the application of the developed theory.","PeriodicalId":265426,"journal":{"name":"2015 Sixth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115949695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper uses co integration test, Granger causality test to establish VAR model, and analysis the dynamic relationship between urbanization and the construction industry with impulse response function and variance decomposition to solve the problem of how to measure the correlation structure between urbanization and the construction industry. Research shows that there is only one co integration relationship between urbanization and the construction industry, the construction industry does Granger cause urbanization but urbanization does not Granger cause the construction industry, and construction industry increasingly promotes urbanization but the promoting function of urbanization on construction industry is not obvious, the construction industry can be explained by the fluctuation of urbanization but urbanization cannot explain the construction industry's fluctuations.","PeriodicalId":265426,"journal":{"name":"2015 Sixth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP)","volume":"2011 15","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121007657","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been observed that in a given area the accuracy can be improved by just using the RSS data from a sub set of whole APs. So the location algorithm based on AP reduction is studied in this paper, and 3 kinds of sample points clustering methods, which are spatial clustering, K-means clustering and Affinity Propagation Clustering, are tested to generate the appropriate area for each AP sub set. The results of experiments shows that the AP reduction algorithm can obviously reduce location error. At the same time, the algorithm's complexity gets reduced.","PeriodicalId":265426,"journal":{"name":"2015 Sixth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131404037","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Under the assumption that the trivial solution of delay free system is asymptotically stable and the activation functions are homogeneous, it is proved that the zero solution of delayed neural network is asymptotically stable for arbitrary nonnegative delay. By constructing a Lyapunov function and employing the nature of homogenous function, a new delay-independent asymptotically stability condition of the neural network with delay is obtained. At the end of the article, an appropriate numerical example which can demonstrate the effectiveness of the main result will be given.","PeriodicalId":265426,"journal":{"name":"2015 Sixth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132180892","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The MECG is the predominant interference in the estimation of fetal heart rate (FHR) from abdominal ECG signals, by which, the obstetricians can determine whether the fetus is in a state of distress. For the presented smoother, an automatic parameter selection method is offered to estimate ECG signal model parameters from abdominal ECG signals themselves. Performance analysis based on both synthetic and realistic abdominal ECG signals demonstrates that the extended Kalman RTS smoother is more accurate than conventional extended Kalman filter and outperforms the other methods, such as wavelet denoising (WD) or blind source separation (BSS), due to its low computational complexity and simpler lead configuration. The presented extended Kalman RTS smoother could be applied to long-term at-home monitoring of fetal well-being.","PeriodicalId":265426,"journal":{"name":"2015 Sixth International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133960394","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To improve the handling and stability of IEVs, a good knowledge of the effect brought by direct yaw moment is necessary. First, in this paper, reference model based on 2 DOF bicycle model is built for the control strategy. Second, vehicle model is built, and DYC based on sliding mode algorithm is proposed by using model based control method to evaluate the impact on the vehicle behavior. Then, simulations on different maneuvers are carried out and the values of vehicle states are compared especially in wheel steering angles and axle sideslip angles.
