The criteria that exist in leadership and the need for leaders who have human values ​​which are values. Work program that supports the development and development of an Islamic life. The purpose of this research is shown to see the work program of the village apparatus with Islamic nuances in the Aneuk village. In addition, this research finds the importance of interaction between communities so that this friendship can continue. This research uses qualitative methods, the data obtained by using several data methods, namely direct interviews and observations. The results showed that the village government of Aneuk Glee did not actually carry out an Islamic work program but only continued what had been done by previous figures. Observation allows the researcher to watch peoples' behaviors and interactions directly, or watch for the results of behaviors or interactions. The method used in this community service is in education and socialization of a clean and healthy lifestyle to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 by distributing masks, making hand sanitizer s, washing clean and correct hands, and doing healthy exercise. The result of this community service activity is that residents gain knowledge through the education and socialization stages in distributing free masks, making hand sanitizer s, and washing their hands clean and properly. The implementation of education and outreach encourage residents of Lubok Batee Village practicing a clean and healthy lifestyle. They understand how to use masks, provide hand washing facilities, avoid direct contact with other residents, comply with health protocols, know the types of disposable masks and types of re-wash masks. With the presence of digital media as a tool that makes it easier to work in the creation of art, the music industry is expanding. Apart from that, the electronic music presented by an idealist person has purpose and intent of sound that is outside the industrial habits that occur. Gamelan and Energy is an art work designed on the basis of the creator's awareness that the presence and advancement of technology must coexist with the traditions inherent in society. Movement and development became a strong foundation for designing and creating this work. The elaboration of traditional Balinese creation methods and music creation methods by Roger Session became the basis for the process of forming this work. Electronic devices and acoustic instruments in the form of gamelan are used as the medium of expression in this work. Gamelan as an object of the sound reality is the basis of footing and Energy as power or strength in carrying out a form of development that refers to the existence of the subject in this work. In addition, energy as power or strength is also presented in electronic devices as a medium for manipulating sound. The research method used is qualitative research methods with a phenomenon approach to get data relating to the mosque's youth and its constriction in masijid sabilil jannah. Where as data analysis in the field with models miles and Huberman, that is, the data collection is repeated and complete. As for the results of his research, that is: (1) the mosque youth had a chance to vacuum, whether it was his vision and mission or his work program. (2) the role of mosque youth is not effective because most members are inactive after their fellow members' first meeting. (3) because the less-active member of the mosque youth index helps the sabilil jannah mosque BKM, not even the mosque's youth work program is launched. (4) the lack of awareness of mosque adolescent members who are less active toward the importance of organization has thus affected other members' being hampered. (5) the preoccupation of youth with their work has led to the hindering organization of mosque youth. (6) the obstacles facing the youth of the mosque, in general, are due to lectures and covid-19. The Beurawe Village community must really understand the Covid-19 information conveyed. Understanding alone is not enough if there is no action to break the Covid-19 chain. Selama agama Hindu masih tetap tegak di Bali, bunga pucuk bang akan tetap dibutuhkan. Tidak sekedar memenuhi kebutuhan sarana upakara, bunga pucuk bang juga memiliki nilai yang khusus, yang patut kita jaga dan lestarikan keberadaanya. Pucuk bang merupakan judul dari karya tabuh kreasi ini, yang menggunakan media ungkap gamelan gong kebyar. Karya ini terinspirasi darimelihat tanaman bunga pucuk bang yang ada di pekarangan rumah. Dari pemaknaan bunga pucuk bang secara etimologis, terciptalah karya pucuk bang ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam garapan ini ialah metode yang dikemukan oleh Alma M. Hawkins, dalam penciptaan tari yaitu Tahap Penjajagan (eksplorasi), Tahap Percobaan (improvisasi), dan Tahap Pembentukan (forming). Konsep dari garapan ini berpedoman pada konsep Tri Angga (kawitan, pengawak, pengecet) dan masih menggunakan pola-pola tradisi. Pola-pola tradisi tersebut dikembangkan baik dari struktur lagu, teknik permainan/motif permainan dengan penataan unsur-unsur musikal seperti: nada, melodi, ritme, tempo, harmoni dan dinamika. Karya tabuh kreasi yang berjudul pucuk bang ini memiliki durasi 11 menit  kurang 12 detik dengan menggunakan 28 pendukung termasuk penata. Karya tabuh kreasi pucuk bang ini disajikan secara konser, yang di rekam di Green Kubu, Br. It is due to the low awareness of the Baet people towards the implementation of health protocols. In this case, the use of masks is not considered optimal. The public's perception of unimportant masks is the background to the problem. When viewed from the health aspect, masks have an essential role during the Covid-19 pandemic to reduce the spread of Covid -19. This study aims to describe the information on the importance of using masks, which is inversely proportional to the awareness of the Baet people. The research method used by the author is the descriptive qualitative method. Based on the classification, mushrooms are divided into five groups, namely Chytridiomycota, Zygomycota, Glomeromycota, Ascomycota, and Basidiomycota. This study aims to determine the diversity and abundance of mushroom species found at the Soraya Research Station.
