The Research Team is: Rini Fitria, Japarudin and Nur Ibrahim. Research problem formulation of how multicultural communication in maintaining harmony between religious communities in Bengkulu Tengah regency. The purpose of this study is exploratory research, answering the formulation of the problem and providing solutions to understanding multicultural communication in maintaining harmony between religious communities in Sunda Kelapa and Abu Sakim villages, Pondok Kelapa subdistrict, Pondok Kelapa district, Bengkulu Tengah district. To examine these problems in depth and thoroughly, researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection methods used were participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is triangulation. Because by criticizing a hadith it will be known whether the hadith is authentic, da'eef, or maudhu '. Criticism of the hadith itself is divided into two, namely criticism of matan and sanad. Historically, criticism of Matan was born earlier than criticism of Sanad. Matan criticism was already in the time of the Prophet Muhammad, while sanad criticism only emerged after the slander among Muslims, namely the division between them following the killing of Usman bin Affan in 35 AH To determine whether or not a hadith was accepted, the hadith scholars have establish the rules of the righteousness. Where all of that has been poured out in detail in the discussions of science must al-hadith. But lately, the jurists who have an interest in using hadith as a source of law, do not stop at the testing set by muhadditsin. They added some more testing criteria so that the hadith was truly believed to be something that was sourced from the Prophet and could be used as proof and practiced. Among these tests is confirming the Prophet's hadith with the Qur'an, sunnah masyhûrah and ‘general al-balwa. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of quasi-experimental research. The subjects of this study were HR II students, totaling 40 students. Data collection was performed using essay tests. In this perspective, operationally this formula can be understood as a collective effort in the effort of tazkiyah al-nafs. In other words tarikat can be understood as an institution of Sufism learning. The author is of the opinion that this is due to the practice of tarikats where there are teachers who are called murshid or sheikhs, and are usually accompanied by a representative called the caliph, while his followers are called students (salik), who must go through certain methods or exercises. The training ground is called rabath, zawaiyah, or taqiyah which in Persian is called khanaqah. And in West Sumatra this training ground is called surau. In addition, in the practice of the path between students and teachers there are rules, manners and certain things that must not be violated and must be obeyed. Likewise there are rules between students and friends.
