This procurement plan must be supported by the ability and selection of the right shipyard. Beacuse the information of the capability and capacity of fiber shipyards in Indonesia is unclear, so the realization of the procurement of fishing vessel in previous years did not met the planned targets. The purpose of this study was to analyze shipyard capacity to meet the planned procurement of KKP fishing vessels grant in 2019. First classification of fishing vessels is based on the size of each GT, which is 5 GT (type 1), 5-10 GT (type 2), and 20-30 GT (type 3). The second is the minimum shipyard criteria for building fishing boats. Third, an assessment of the shipyard is based on the criteria that have been made. Fourth, shipyard selection was carried out on each WPPN-RI using the load score method. The fifth calculates the number of ships that can be built by the shipyard. The results of the shipyard assessment found that 43% of shipyards have the ability to build type 1 vessels, around 38% of shipyards have the ability to build type 2 vessels, and around 19% of shipyards have the ability to build type 3 vessels. is 1625 units / period. The port development strategy by relocating Nusantara port functions to Bungkutoko Port is considered a solution to the limitations of the Nusantara Port. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the planned transfer of the port by observing several performance indicators. The port performance indicators used were yard occupancy ratio (YOR), berth occupancy ratio (BOR) and shed occupancy ratio (SOR). The results showed that the Nusantara Port performance indicator values before the relocation were 118.57% for YOR of container, 24.3% for YOR of general cargo, 62.55% for SOR of general cargo, 17.71% for BOR of passengers and 76.91% for BOR of container and general cargo. Whereas after the relocation there were several performance indicator values that did not reach operational performance standards. Those values were 75.37% for BOR of container in 2028, 70.96% for YOR of container in 2033 and 67.21% for SOR of general cargo in 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui beban batas lateral pada masing-masing jarak gading sehingga dapat diketahui resiko tekuk yang terjadi pada pelat. Tekuk adalah suatu ragam kegagalan yang diakibatkan oleh ketidakstabilan suatu elemen struktur yang diepengaruhi oleh aksi beban. Kegagalan yang diakibatkan oleh ketidakstabilan dapat terjadi pada berbagai material. Pada saat tekuk terjadi, taraf gaya internal dapat sangat rendah. Fenomena tekuk berkaitan dengan kekakuan elemen struktur. Kekuatan tekuk pada setiap bagian struktur dapat dievalusi dengan menggunakan konsep tegangan tekuk kritis. Besarnya tegangan tekuk kritis berhubungan dengan persamaan klasik tekuk Euler dan bergantung pada apakah tekuk ini terjadi pada kondisi elastis dan tidak elastis. Analisa ketidakpastian dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas data percobaan dan menyediakan perkiraan kuantitatif kesalahan percobaan. Metodologi analisa ketidakpastian, prosedur, dan hasil disajikan untuk uji tahanan model kapal LCT 1000 DWT skala (λ) 15 dengan ukuran model kapal L = 3,997 M, B = 1000 M, T = 0,167 M, WSA = 4,089 M2, Prosedur dirangkum dan mengikuti International Towing Tank Conference (ITTC) Kualitas Manual Prosedur. Untuk mengetahui Efesiensi bahan bakar ini, dilakukan perbandingan konsumsi bahan bakar pada saat kapal beroperasi dengan menggunakan sistem pelumasan udara dengan tanpa menggunakan sistem pelumasan udara. Pada saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dengan mengukur sisa bensin setiap selesai dilakukan uji coba pada kedua kondisi tersebut. Dalam kesempatan ini akan dirancang Sistem Monitoring Volume Bahan Bakar pada Prototype Sephull Bubble Vessel, dengan sistem ini maka untuk mengetahui efesiensi penggunaan bahan bakar bisa diketahui dengan mudah. Perancangan sitem ini menggunakan sensor Universal Fuel Sender, output dari sensor tersebut akan diolah oleh Mikrokontroller AT-Mega 8535 dan volume bahan bakar akan ditampilkan melalui tampilan LCD 16x2. Di sisi lain, wilayah ini diharapkan dapat menjadi faktor pemicu dalam peningkatan perekonomian, membuka keterisolasian, dan menjaga stabilitas dan keamanan wilayah. Pola penerapan jaringan transportasi angkutan laut dengan sistem subsidi (angkutan laut perintis) dari pemerintah sudah berjalan meski dengan berbagai kendala yang memerlukan pemikiran dan solusi tepat dalam mendukung program transportasi angkutan laut bersubsidi tersebut dalam hal efektifitas angkutan, efisiensi dan pemerataan dalam pemanfaatannya. Keterbatasan pelayanan pada rute operasional angkutan laut perintis dapat dijembatani dengan menerapkan konsep pengumpan (feeder) regular pada titik – titik singgah kapal perintis, sehingga dengan demikian rute eksisting angkutan laut perintis dapat tetap dioptimalkan, tanpa menambah jumlah titik singgah (yang berarti menambah time voyage), bahkan hal ini dapat mengurangi jumlah titik singgah kapal perintis laut. Terkait dengan pengujian tahanan model yang khusus seperti model kendaraan tempur amphibi, dilakukan perancangan dan pengembangan alat ukur tahanan model berbasis loadcelluntuk memenuhi situasi dan kondisi model tersebut. Validasi dan verifikasi alat ukur tahanan dilakukan dengan langsung melakukan pengujian terhadap model fisik kendaraan tempur amphibi yang mempunyai skala 1:3, data hasil pengukuran dibandingkan dengan data yang diperoleh dari simulasi atau perhitungan secara numerik.
