However, there are still many problems in disaster remote sensing semantic segmentation. For example, there are boundary anomalies in the prediction results of densely distributed objects, and there are inevitably unreasonable results in the segmentation prediction. This paper proposes a SegNeXt-based network architecture with boundary constraints which combines a boundary module with output branch different from main branch, and improves the sampling layer of SegNeXt. The improved SegNeXt was tested on the FloodNet dataset, and the final model result, mIou, reached 67.2%, with an accuracy of 90.1%. The mIou was 2.1% higher than the unmodified SegNeXt. In addition, the segmented image shows that the model has solved the boundary anomaly to some extent.","PeriodicalId":263114,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Neural Networks, Information and Communication Engineering (NNICE)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121595667","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In unsupervised cases, feature selection becomes more difficult due to the lack of labels in the samples. Therefore, this paper proposes a spectral feature selection (JLRDLP) algorithm that combines low rank decomposition and local preservation. First, the model predicts pseudo-labels using spectral clustering, which jointly learns the cluster labels and feature selection matrix, enabling the algorithm to select more discriminative features. In order to realize the selection of data features, the feature selection matrix is guaranteed to be sparse by $mathbf{L}_{2,1}$ -norm minimization constraint; the projection matrix is decomposed into the product of two low-rank matrices to reveal the global correlation of data features; The idea is to preserve the local geometry of the data when transforming the original data into a low-dimensional space. Finally, the experimental results on multiple real datasets show that the above has better robustness, thus improving the effect of the classification.","PeriodicalId":263114,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Neural Networks, Information and Communication Engineering (NNICE)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115715925","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Substantial algorithms have been proposed to tackle these problems, such as differential evolution(DE), which has excellent global search capability and robustness. However, like most metaheuristics, differential evolution is computationally expensive and difficult to converge to the exact global optimum. The modified Powell(MP) method is a derivative-free local optimization algorithm with fast convergence speed but is prone to fall into the local optimum trap. Combining the advantages of these two algorithms, we propose a hybrid optimization algorithm, which is called the DEMP algorithm. The DEMP algorithm is compared to other three well-known optimization algorithms by a set of benchmark functions. The results show that DEMP is not only notably better than the traditional DE Algorithm, but also highly competitive for other metaheuristic algorithms.","PeriodicalId":263114,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Neural Networks, Information and Communication Engineering (NNICE)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125554886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By placing resources near terminals, users can access the fog servers with lower latency than cloud and utilize server resources to complete offloading tasks for optimizing QoE. Task scheduling in fog computing is to map requested tasks to appropriate fog node, so as to improve resource utilization efficiency and drop the cost of IoT devices. In this paper, we focused on the scheduling problem of offloaded tasks in fog scenarios with multiple users. We first formulated the problem as a combinatorial optimization problem, and proposed an improved integer particle swarm optimization method to solve the problem in a reasonable time. Experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm can reduce the running time by 90% compared with the traversal method, while resulting an approximate optimal value. It has good performance in the optimization of task scheduling problems.","PeriodicalId":263114,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Neural Networks, Information and Communication Engineering (NNICE)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129200222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To improve the interference suppression effect under the condition of a high dry-signal ratio, an anti-intermittent sampling and forwarding interference method based on an iterative threshold segmentation algorithm was proposed based on the frequency-time-delay flexible waveform within the pulse. Firstly, the interfered and uninterfered echo signal segments are determined based on the iterative threshold algorithm, and the target position is determined. Then according to the location of the target and the random time delay information judge whether the interference and the target overlap in the time domain. Finally, according to the overlapping condition, the intermittent sampling and forwarding interference are suppressed by combining subpulse filtering and time domain filtering. The simulation results show that the proposed method has good anti-intermittent sampling and forwarding jamming performance under different SNR, JSR, and asynchronous sampling conditions.","PeriodicalId":263114,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Neural Networks, Information and Communication Engineering (NNICE)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117234307","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aiming at the problem that there exists huge space in this kind of environment, we use Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) as our main search algorithm. One of the key challenges is that, during simulation, it is difficult to accurately predict opponent agents' actions. To deal with this challenge, we propose a deep neural network based on Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM), which is trained to predict most possible actions from opponent agents, the prediction is used to guide simulation. We test the performance of our method in the field of autonomous driving (AD), experiments are carried out on the simulation platform CARLA. We design a route containing several dangerous events. Results show that, if the prediction is accurate enough, algorithm using MCTS and deep learning outperforms the one using MCTS only, the former has a higher success rate in avoiding collisions, meanwhile it has a higher average speed.","PeriodicalId":263114,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Neural Networks, Information and Communication Engineering (NNICE)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130442260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
