Pembuatan pakan lengkap (complate feed) dalam penelitian ini melakukan studi literatur, studi lapang, konsultasi ahli, penyusunan formula menggunakan Software exel. Pakan lengkap (complate feed) ‘ompate feed’ dibuat degan teknologi fermentasi. produk pakan lengkap (complate feed) layak jual berdasarkan perhitungan adalah Rp. 6.000 (Break even point (BEP) sebesar 5.829) dan perhitungan berdasarkan perhitungan (BC sebesar 1,02). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan populasi peternakan sapi potong dan perkembangan produksi pedet sapi potong di Kabupaten Bobonaro. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data populasi sapi potong dari Dinas Peternakan Kabupaten Bobonaro dan wawancara dengan beberapa peternak di 3 kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Cailaco, Bobonaro dan Maliana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan melakukan beberapa pengambilan data di Dinas Peternakan dan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa peternak. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Bobonaro masih memelihara sapi secara tradisional. Pemberian pakan juga masih bergantung dengan musim dan belum tersentuh oleh teknologi sederhana di bidang peternakan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perkembangan sapi potong dan produksi pedet di Kabupaten Bobonaro Timor Leste masih rendah. Sistem pemeliharaan yang digunakan adalah sistem ekstensif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai Maret di Desa Bocor, Kecamatan Buluspesantren, Kabupaten Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan 6 ekor pejantan sapi Peranakan Ongole (PO) Kebumen yaitu sapi dengan umur 1,5 tahun sebanyak 3 ekor dan umur 2 tahun sebanyak 3 ekor. Metode mengelompokkan sapi berdasarkan umur. Semen ditampung satu kali seminggu setiap kelompok umur dengan menggunakan vagina buatan. Parameter penelitian adalah volume, warna, bau, konsistensi dan pH. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Uji t dan analisis deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan umur tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kualitas semen secara makroskopis. Materi penelitian ini menggunakan 40 ekor ayam periode starter dan finisher umur 21 dan 35 hari. Parameter yang diamati adalah leukosit, eosinofil, limfosit, dan monosit. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji rata-rata 2 populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan ketinggian tempat berbeda nyata mempengaruhi jumlah leukosit dan eosinofil. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey secara langsung di PT. Panca Patriot Prima. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dengan menjelaskan data yang didapatkan secara langsung. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tingkat kepadatan kandang dan Tingkat deplesi. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa tingkat kepadatan kandang rata – rata 11 ekor/m2. Sedangkan tingkat deplesi pada ayam broiler parent stock fase grower rata – rata 1,287%. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 100 ekor ayam broiler dengan bobot awal 45,1 ± 1,32 gram. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari  5 perlakuan dengan 4 ulangan, setiap ulangan berisi 5 ekor ayam. Perlakuan terdiri dari T0 0% (tanpa pemberian jahe); T1 0,5% tepung jahe dalam ransum; T2 1% tepung jahe dalam ransum; T3 1,5% tepung jahe dalam ransum; T4 2% tepung jahe dalam ransum. Vaksin yang diberikan “Newcastle Disease” pada umur 4 hari dengan cara tetes mata dan pada umur 22 dengan cara tetes mulut. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada umur 35 hari / finisher. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan bahwa tepung jahe emprit (Z. officinale var A.) dalam ransum ayam broiler tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap lemak abdominal tetapi memberikan pengaruh nyata menaikkan (P<0,05) terhadap lemak karkas dan protein karkas. Materi yang digunakan yaitu 16 ekor sapi perah PFH periode laktasi ke I – V, bulan laktasi ke 1 – 4, rata – rata bobot badan 416,82 ± 33 kg/ekor dan rata-rata produksi susu per masa laktasi 2.391,95 ± 544,12 liter yang menderita mastitis subklinis yang telah diuji California Mastitis Test. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu RAL dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan adalah sebagai berikut T0 = rumput gajah + konsentrat, T1 = tepung daun pepaya 0,015% dari BB + tepung kunyit 0,015% dari BB, T2 = Zn proteinat dan Se proteinat yang disesuaikan dengan kekurangan ternak hingga mencapai dosis Zn dan Se sebesar 2 kali rekomendasi NRC (2001) dan T3 = pakan basal + kombinasi herbal dan mineral proteinat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, suplementasi pakan herbal tepung daun pepaya dan tepung kunyit serta mineral Zn proteinat dan Se proteinat tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P>0,05) terhadap nilai SGPT dan SGOT yang ditandai dengan nilai SGPT dan SGOT yang normal, Nilai SGPT T1, T2, T3 dan T4 yaitu 14,84±11,38 IU/l ; 16,95±9,74 IU/l ; 21.05±3,06 IU/l ; 23,89±6,22 IU/l dan nilai SGOT T1, T2, T3 dan T4 yaitu 59,77±7,12 IU/l ; 60,06±2,20 IU/l ; 58,96±7,94 IU/l ; 68,19±20,62 IU/l. The material of this study used 40 starter and finisher period chickens aged 21 and 35 days. The parameters observed were the profile of red blood and body weight. Data were analyzed using a t-test to test an average of 2 populations. The results showed that differences in place height were not significantly different (P> 0.05) in the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin but were significantly different (p <0.05) in hematocrit and body weight. This temperature is not suitable for rearing of broiler chickens because it induces heat stress. Heat stress can reduce the broilers immune system, it can also cause various diseases, the decrease in growth rate and production and making it uneconomical. Heat stress can inhibit the absorption of nutrients in the digestive tract which can affect the weight of the digestive organs and affect the relative weights of lymphoid organs of broiler chicken. The research was conducted at Poultry Production Laboratory, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Diponegoro University, Semarang on 08-23 March 2018. This study aims to examine the relative weights of the small intestine and the relative weight of lymphoid organs of finisher period broiler chicken which are reared in different temperatures. The material used in this research is broiler chicken strain CP 707 male finisher period (age 21 days) as many as 20 chicken with an average body weight of 1167 g. The research used the t-test with 2 treatments of 10 replications. The treatment applied is T1: heat temperature and T2: comfortable temperature. The parameters observed were relative weights of the small intestine (duodenum, jejenum, ileum) and lymphoid organs (bursa fabricius, thymus, spleen). The results of the study showed that the relative weight of the small intestine consisting of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum at heat and comfortable rearing temperatures was respectively 0.25%; 0.66%; 0.55% and 0.34%; 0.79%; 0.71%, as well as the relative weight of lymphoid organs consisting of bursa fabricius, thymus and spleen exchanges at heat and comfortable rearing temperatures of 0.07%; 0.23%; 0.11% and 0.09%; 0.28%; 0.16%. The rearing temperature is significantly different with the relative weight of the small intestine and lymphoid organs of finisher period broiler (P<0.05). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Rancanagan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan perlakuan kosentrasi mimosa: 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%. Variabel yang diukur meliputi kadar lemak dan kuat tarik kulit kelinci samak. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pengaruh konsentrasi terhadap kadar lemak didapat nilai paling tinggi pada P1 (5%) 12,42% dan nilai terendah pada P4 (20%) 7,41%. Untuk hasil konsentrasi terhadap kekuatan tarik didapatkan nilai rata-rata paling rendah pada P1 (5%) 13,62% dan nilai tertinggi pada P4 (20%) 24,83.
