Given the above, this paper will focus on the study of the legal position and the importance of the role of pater familias and its patria potestas that will become a family-legal paradigm of establishing relations between parents and children, and of an approach to raising children. Due to the impact that they had on Roman law, the author examines the socio-legal relations in Sparta and Athens, but also in Arabian country that was the cradle of science, free thought and an establishment of a new legal system in the Middle Ages. Therefore, this paper analyzes the education for development through different theoretical approaches that have emerged through the development of education science. In this way, education for development is viewed through the basic tenets of normative education science, of spiritual pedagogy, critical science education and systems theory. In addition, the integrative pedagogical presentation of education for development is given through the theory of confluent education within which this concept is based primarily on education as a human (individual) and then as a social need. It is quite logical to assume that students, who procrastinate, have a higher degree of anxiety. The aim of this study was to examine whether procrastination and anxiety were related variables, as well as to determine whether there were differences in the intensity of these two variables between students of private and state universities, to examine whether there were differences between male and female students, and whether the success of the study and procrastination and anxiety were related. The instruments used were Scale of procrastination and Anxiety scale, and the sample was made out of 185 students. Results showed that procrastination and anxiety were negatively correlated variables, then that there were differences between students of private and state universities in procrastination, in the sense that students of private universities procrastinated more. For this purpose questionnaires of past and present relationships with mother and father were applied, in which the quality of relationships between parents and adolescents through the dimensions of past relationships – the care, control and rejection, and present relationships – through the perception of support and negative relationships with parents was assessed. The results confirmed the hypothesis that adolescents assessed relationships with their parents as positive, regardless of the dimension of time. Also, the results showed that there was a high overlap between the adolescents’ assessments of relationships with parents in the past and the present, and that the mutual assessments of father and mother highly correlated, so we could discuss about coordination of parental child-rearing practices. Nevertheless, there were significant differences in the perception of positive and negative aspects of the relationship of mother and father. The study was conducted on a sample of 230 respondents (70 male and 160 female students). Factor analysis singled out three latent factors or dimensions of religiosity around which the given claims were grouped. The first isolated factor explained 19% of variance, and grouped the claims related to the acceptance of the fundamental postulates of the Islamic faith, with an emphasis on cognitive internalization of the beliefs and perceptions of Allah, in accordance with Islamic postulates. The second isolated factor explained 13% of variance, and grouped the claims related to religious orthopraxy - performing prayers. The third factor explained 10% of variance and grouped the claims related to interpersonal relationships with other people in accordance with Islamic postulates. Consequently, it was concluded that the aforementioned questionnaire examined and measured three dimensions of religiosity of the respondents of the Islamic faith. The acceptance and internalization of the fundamental postulates of the Islamic faith, with an emphasis on an internalized belief and perception of Allah represents the primary dimension of religiosity. The performance of prayer, through which a close connection with Allah is achieved, and which reinforces the belief, represents the second dimension, while the interpersonal relationship with other people in accordance with Islamic postulates represents the third dimension.
