However, current IoRT network topologies and resources are insufficient to handle this massive data flow and meet the quality of service (QoS) requirements due to the rapid increment of connected UEs. Hence, the most crucial challenge is radio resource management by controlling the emitting power of the antenna called power allocation (PA), considering the interfering multiple access channel (IMAC). In this paper, we propose a data-driven and model-free twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient (TD3) algorithm which controls the continuous power level of the PA. TD3 is a modified algorithm of deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) that consists of six networks: two actors (one for model and the other for target) and four critics (two for models and two for targets) networks. The body is represented by a simple parallelepiped whose electric properties correspond to relative electric permittivity and electric conductivity of muscle tissue. The antenna-body distance and frequency are changed while the antenna parameters and body geometry are constant. In the computation of transmitted field into the body used for $SAR_{WB}$ calculation, the air-body interface is taken into account by means of transmission coefficient stemming from Modified Image Theory (MIT). First, the theoretical background is outlined and then the results depicting the behaviour of $SAR_{WB}$ with respect to antenna-body distance and frequency are presented. Hence, they may find it more enticing and comfortable to interact with those humanoid robots. The main goal of this paper is to study these children's interaction with the NAO robot to infer if there is a significant distinction in the communicative behaviors of these children compared to interacting with typical human being. Our analysis of behavioral changes of autistic children with robot and human can be helpful to observe the deficiencies of their communication skill while interacting with typical human being and to see if there is any improvement in their interaction when the human agent is replaced by a robot agent. To this aim the present paper proposes a thorough performance evaluation of a real application in a Cloud platform, measuring the impact of several design choices and technological solution. This solution would have the advantage of making data exchange easier between autonomous vehicles themselves and between vehicles and infrastructure. Nevertheless, there are a number of security threats due to the design and the use of the MQTT protocol. Some of these threats are denial of service (DoS), spoofing, information disclosure and data corruption. These security issues can be caused by external attackers as well as internal entities that are successfully authenticated. This paper analyzes the impact of these attacks on the performance of MQTT protocol with TLS in terms of CPU/RAM usage and latency. For that, we provide in this paper an in-depth overview of cybersecurity attacks that can disrupt the MQTT protocol and we also present an evaluation platform using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) architecture that automatically collects and aggregates system events from the server to assess the impact of the cyber attacks. The results indicate that these attacks have highly negative influence on the performance of broker. Most of the available literature and published papers discuss the implementation and optimization of spell checkers for the English language. Until now, unfortunately, there is a lack of published works for the processing of Albanian language. We are going to explain the process of implementing a spelling corrector for Albanian, from the dataset creation until the provision of the results. The proposed model is based in the Sequence to Sequence (Seq2Seq) model with Bahdanau Attention. Since there is a lack of public datasets in Albanian, we created a dataset with 958,116 sentences collected from electronic books, Wikipedia articles and various legal documents in Albanian language. We experimented with the hyperparameters values in our neural network to find the optimal parameters which provided the best results. In this paper, it is proposed to obtain the muting pattern that improves cell-edge users throughput with the use of a Deep Q-Learning. The Deep Q-Learning agent is trained on location-dependent data. The moment generating function (MGF)-based calculation of average bit error probability (ABEP) of L-branch selection combining (SC) receiver under the influence of these disturbances will be made. The results will be shown graphically in order to analyze influence of the fading and co-channel interference parameters. Then, a classification-based machine learning approach in order to estimate Quality of Service (QoS) making use of the previously derived ABEP value as one of the inputs is proposed. It brings the comparison of measured and calculated electric field levels for the purpose of simplification of industry field work. The structure of 5G New Radio signal is shortly explained, as well as all applied measurement procedures: Code-Selective Procedure, Frequency-Selective Procedure and Channel Power. The results are presented in 95% confidence interval and compared to the valid limit values. For the purpose of electric field calculation, several approximations procedures are used: Free Space, Perfect Ground Reflection and lossy ground reflection based on reflection coefficients arising from Fresnel and Modified Image Theory approach, respectively.
