Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi kompos feses walet yang diperkaya Trichoderma pada produksi bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan kombinasi perlakuan sebagai berikut: Kontrol (T0 ), tabung hara biochar + kompos feses walet+ Trichoderma (T1), tabung hara biochar + feses walet (T2), tabung hara biochar + Trichoderma (T3). Parameter yang diuji berupa tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, jumlah umbi, diameter umbi, berat basah umbi, berat kering umbi dan produksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompos feses walet yang diperkaya trichoderma dalam tabung hara berpengaruh nyata. Dimana hasil tersebut terlihat pada jumlah umbi (7.6 bh), diameter umbi (1.45 cm), berat basah umbi (39.6 g), berat kering umbi (33.66 g) dan produksi (10.47 ton/ha). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons bibit batang bawah kemiri sunan terhadap campuran media tanam subsoil dan biochar sebagai alternatif media tanam pembibitan. Percobaan dilakukan di Rumah Percobaan Laboratorium Kultur Terkendali Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 9 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Perlakuan campuran media tanam subsoil dan biochar terdiri dari 2 jenis biochar, yaitu biochar sekam padi dan biochar tempurung kelapa. Biochar diaplikasikan pada 3 taraf dosis: 25 g/polibag, 50 g/polibag, dan 75 g/polibag. Oil palm is a plant with the highest productivity of vegetable oil with a production age beyond 30 years. To evaluate the productivity of old plants of oil palm, a comparative study was carried out based on the number of different populations per unit area of land. The calculation of oil palm plant production in the form of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) was carried out in old plant population areas with different population numbers per hectare due to population reduction after the productive age of the plants had passed. The calculation results show that the productivity of old oil palm plants (34 and 35 years) is influenced by the number of populations per hectare. Oil palms aged 35 years with higher productivity per unit area were 115 and 118 trees per hectare, but the areas with 100 and 115 populations of oil palms per hectare produced a higher weight of FFB per bunch. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Proteksi Tanaman Unit Fitopatologi, Universitas Halu Oleo, dimulai pada Oktober sampai Maret 2022. Penelitian disusun mengunakan 2 rancangan penelitian. Tahap 1 menggunakan rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan: P0= tanpa fungisida, P1= 5% fungisida, P2= 10% fungisida, P3= 15% fungisida, P4= 20% fungisida dan P5= 25% fungisida, diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Tahap 2 menggunakan rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial: faktor pertama C1= Cabai merah dan C2= Cabai hijau, sedangkan faktor kedua M0= tanpa metode coating, M1= metode coating penyelupan dan M2= metode coating penyemprotan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu, daya hambat Colletotrichum sp., masa inkubasi dan intensitas penyakit antraknosa. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam, jika menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan DMRT pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Green House menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama jenis limbah pertanian dengan empat taraf yaitu: Limbah kulit kopi (J1), Pupuk kandang sapi (J2), Sekam padi (J3), Serbuk gergaji (J4) dan faktor kedua pemberian dosis dengan tiga taraf yaitu K1 (10%), K2 (20%), K3(30%). Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), diameter batang (mm), bobot segar akar (g), bobot segar tanaman (g), bobot kering akar (g), bobot kering tanaman (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan limbah pertanian berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah duan, diameter batang dan berat kering bibit. Limbah kulit kopi menghasilkandiameter batang dan berat kering bibit kakao tertinggi dan berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan lainnya. Perlakuan dosis berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot segar bibit kopi. Dosis 10 % (K1) menghasilkan bobot segar tertitinggi dan berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan lainnya. Untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman kencur selain pemberian pupuk, perlu dilakukan penambahan hormon eksogen pada tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) fitosan terhadap produksi tanaman kencur. Metode percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode eksperimental dengan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan pengujian 6 taraf perlakuan yaitu : Zat Pengatur Tumbuh = 1 ml/L air, Zat Pengatur Tumbuh = 1,5 ml/L air, Zat Pengatur Tumbuh = 2 ml/L air, Zat Pengatur Tumbuh = 2,5 ml/L air, Zat Pengatur Tumbuh = 3 ml/L air dan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh = 3,5 ml/L air. Perlakuan biopriming yang diperkaya Trichoderma harzianum dapat mengurangi dampak buruk pada benih. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui konsentrasi pemberian larutan biopring pada benih padi yang dapat meningkatkan viabilitas dan vigor benih padi. Penelitian menggunakan benih padi varietas Inpari 32, cendwan Trichoderma harzianum, molases dan air cucian beras. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri dari 7 perlakuan dan untuk tiap perlakuan masing-masing dilakukan pengulangan 3 kali. Adapun perlakuan yang digunakan sebagai berikut: Priming dengan air (sebagai kontrol), Biopriming T harzianum konsentrasi 5%, Biopriming T harzianum konsentrasi 5%, Biopriming T harzianum konsentrasi 10%, Biopriming T harzianum konsentrasi 15%, Biopriming T harzianum konsentrasi 20%, Biopriming T harzianum konsentrasi 25% dan Biopriming T harzianum konsentrasi 30%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perlakuan biopriming 30% memberikan daya kecambah tertinggi sebesar 100%. Perlakuan biopriming 20% memberikan hasil terbaik untuk panjang akar tertinggi yaitu 6,81 dan panjang epikotil 5,67 cm dan indeks vigor 1225,07. Perlakuan priming konsentrasi 10% memberikan hasil terbaik untuk keserempakan tumbuh benih sebesar 97,78% dan kecepatan tumbuh benih 58,89%. Pemberian konsentrasi 10%-30% biopriming yang diperkaya T harzianum memberikan hasil yang lebih baik untuk perkecamabahan benih padi bila dibandingkan tanpa biopriming. \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci : Biopriming, viabilitas, Trichoderma harzianum, vigor, konsentrasi \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Plants are often subjected to various types of stress including biotic and abiotic stress which have an adverse impact on the uniformity of seed emergence, vigor, and thus crop yields. Biopriming treatment enriched with Trichoderma harzianum can reduce the adverse effects on seeds. The aim of the study was to determine the concentration of biopring solution on rice seeds which could increase the viability and vigor of rice seeds. The study used rice seeds of the Inpari 32 variety, Trichoderma harzianum, molasses and rice washing water. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 7 treatments and each treatment was repeated 3 times. The treatments used were as follows: Priming with water (as control), Biopriming T harzianum 5% concentration, Biopriming T harzianum 5% concentration, Biopriming T harzianum 10% concentration, Biopriming T harzianum 15% concentration, Biopriming T harzianum 20% concentration, Biopriming T harzianum with a concentration of 25% and Biopriming T harzianum with a concentration of 30%. The research was arranged in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 12 treatments and three replications as a blok was nested in location (in two locations, i.e.: East Lampung and Tanggamus. The treatment consisted of 10 new type of rice genotypes, i.e.: IPB 3S, IPB 4S, IPB 5R, IPB6R, IPB117-F-7-2-1, IPB 117-F-7-7- 1, IPB 117-F-14-4-1, IPB 117-F-15-4-1, IPB 117-F-20-1-1, IPB 117-F-80- 2-1, and two control varieties, i.e.: Ciliwung and Ciherang. The flowering time, harvesting time, percent of filled grain per panicle, weight of 1000 grains, dray weight of plant, and yield potential have large genetic variability. Plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, flowering time, harvesting time, panicle length, number of filled grain per panicle, number of grain sterility per penicle, percent of filled grain per penicle, weight of 1000 grains, weight of grain per panicle, and dry weight of plant have high heritability. DI KEBUN JUWET DUKUHDIMORO, MOJOAGUNG – JOMBANG","authors":"Siti Nurazizah, Setyo Budi, Wiharyanti Nur Lailiyah","doi":"10.51978/agro.v11i2.463","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51978/agro.v11i2.463","url":null,"abstract":"Produktivitas gula tahun 2015-2019 mengalami penurunan, karena varietas yang digunakan mengalami degradasi genetik mengakibatkan pertumbuhan maupun produktivitasnya menurun. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui keragaman genetic dan pertumbuhan tanaman tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) pada klon SB01, SB03, SB04, SB11, SB12, SB19, dan SB20. Penelitian dilakukan di kebun Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Tanaman Tebu (P3T) PG Gempolkrep PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (PTPN X) Desa Dukuhdimoro, Kecamatan Mojoagung, Kabupaten Jombang pada bulan Februari – April 2022. Bahan yang diuji adalah Klon SB01, SB03, SB04, SB11, SB12, SB19, SB20, Varietas BL dan Varietas PS881. Variabel yang diamati terdiri dari pertambahan tinggi batang, pertambahan diameter batang, jumlah batang, jumlah daun, dan luas daun. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA 5%, uji BNT, keragaman genetik, heritabilitas dan kemajuan genetik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Klon SB 12 memiliki pertumbuhan terbaik diantaranya pertambahan tinggi batang 103,80; jumlah batang 4,17 (MST) dan 5,00 (33 MST); luas daun 646,08 cm2 (31 MST) dan 52, 67 cm2 (33 MST). Nilai Heritabilitas karakter pertambahan tinggi batang (129,08) dan luas daun (1546,79). Nilai kemajuan genetik (239,85) dan luas daun (3035,64).
