Data were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. Analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.204. From these values can be interpreted that the influence of current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) to the stock price (Y) is 20.4%. While the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Statistical results also show that the current ratio (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y). Debt to equity ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) partially do not have a significant effect on stock prices (Y). Simultaneously current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y). This can be proven through F-Test statistics, where the value of F.sig is 0.005 smaller than the significant level of 5% (α = 0.05) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Keyword : current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and stock price AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Equity (ROE) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Harga Saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2017. Data penelitian diambil dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,204. Dari Nilai tersebut dapat dilakukan penafsiran bahwa pengaruh current ratio(X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), dan return on equity (X 3) terhadap harga saham (Y) sebesar 20,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil statistik juga menunjukkan bahwa current ratio (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham (Y). Debt to equity ratio (X2), dan return on equity (X3) secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham (Y). Secara simultan current ratio(X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), dan return on equity (X3) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham (Y). As the respondents are the managers or those responsible for the company. The purpose of this study is to see how entrepreneurial orientation has an impact on MSEs competitive advantage. As a result, entrepreneurial orientation is done by improving marketing strategy quality innovation, proactive willingness, business risk-taking skills, and high futility, while competing with innovative capabilities. production and marketing management. Therefore if the entrepreneur wants to have a competitive advantage, the entrepreneur must have an entrepreneurial orientation seriously and effectively so that he can overcome the competition between SMEs. This was evidenced by the results of the average SPSS entrepreneurial orientation level of 8.7500 and the average competitive advantage level of 8.7800. the basis of this identification is less than 50 meaning entrepreneurial orientation has an impact on competitive advantage in a company, then the R-Square value of 0.549 means that the existence of an entrepreneurial orientation can affect competitive advantage. They are more interested to buy green product. Green Marketing phenomenon is the marketing of products that are presumed to be environmental safe. This paper aimed  to analyse the effect of  environmental conscious behavior concist of ecological knowledge and ecological concern to green purchase intention among millennials.  The practical research benefit was to to get a good understanding of marketers about the millennials behavior towards green products. Data collection through questionnaire was obtained from 120 millennial consumers.  The sampling technique used accidental sampling approach. Data was analysed using multiple regression. Research findings showed that ecological knowledge and ecological concern had a simultaneous and partial influence to green purchase intention. green purchase intention was reinforced by the demographics factors of gender, age, level of education, employment and monthly expenditure. The independent variables in this study consist of internet financial reporting (IFR), earnings management (Discretionary Accruals), and company size (LogTA). While the dependent variable is firm value using Tobin's Ratio Q. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression model, it is known that the variable internet financial reporting and firm size affect the value of the company. From 66 questionnaires distributed to nine Public Accountant Office, total questionnairs returned and can be processed is 50 questionnaires. After validitiy and reliability test done, data is analyzed using multiple linear regression method with IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) statistical tools 22. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada auditor yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik yang terletak di kota Palembang. Dari 66 kuesioner yang dibagikan ke sembilan Kantor Akuntan Publik, total kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan dapat diolah adalah 50 kuesioner. Setelah uji validitiy dan reliabilitas dilakukan, data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan IBM SPSS (Statistik Produk dan Solusi Layanan) alat statistik 22. In analyzing the data, validty test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, F-test and normality test with an assist of SPSS 17 were used. The result of the study showed that leadership and corporate culture partially had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, leadership and corporate culture had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction with R2 = 0,320. It means leadership and corporate culture simultaneously was 32% while the rest of that 68% was influenced by other variables. The leaders should give exemplary attitudes, encouragement and passion to the employees for the goal organization.Keywords: Leadership, Corporate Culture, and Job Ssatisfaction  AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DPPPA) Kabupaten Banyuasin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F dan uji normalitas dengan menggunakan SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai R2 = 0320. Nilai ini menjelaskan kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja secara simultan sebanyak 32%. Sedangkan sisanya, 68% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel selain kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompensasi, motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap minat melakukan penelitian pada dosen di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT,KAI) Regional Division III Palembang. The independent variable in this study is K3 Training (X1) and Compensation (X2). While the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). This study uses data collected from primary data and secondary data. Data. Secondary data is obtained from several sources such as journals, books and other literature. Primary data is obtained through questionnaires and observations distributed to respondents. The number of respondents used was 85 employees. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship of variables and other variables. Based on the results of the study showed that K3 training and compensation provided simultaneous effect on employee performance by 54.1%. While the partial test results of K3 Training and Education variables have a positive and dominant influence on employee performance. Whereas compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Processing the data using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the data is tested using statistical assumptions, including validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. After the data is free from all statistical assumption tests. Then the data is managed statistically using SPSS. The results of this study are expected to be used as a good input for PT.
