Smart House technology is the future of domestic technology, with the goal of offering and distributing a range of services both within and outside the home via networked devices that combine and integrate all of the many applications and intelligence behind them. These smart gadgets have the capacity to communicate with one another thanks to the continual availability of a broadband internet connection. As a result, smart home technology is now integrated into the Internet of Things (IoT). As mammography is a standard imaging tool used in screening the breast, it sometimes tends to miss certain abnormalities that lie beneath the breast regions. Thermography being a temperature-based functional imaging modality has enough potential to identify the abnormal changes in the breast through asymmetries at an early stage. This paper considers breast thermograms of patients that are normal and abnormal wherein pre-processing is applied to extract the ROI. The pre-processing includes breast region segmentation using horizontal and vertical projection profile approach along with the Otsu method. The features are then extracted from this ROI for which they are also fed as input to the non-linear classifiers for classification of normal and abnormal. Diagnosing a medical disease is challenging due to the large number of decision parameters associated with it. The doctors have to examine each decision parameter to detect a medical disease. In this process, much time of doctors is wasted. Thus, there is the need for some intelligent approaches that can automate medical diagnosis tasks and take the decision quickly. In this paper, we detected breast cancer and diabetes diseases using 10 existing machine learning approaches. However, efficient realworld machine learning deployments are still a challenge. Traditional Machine Learning deployments suffer from efficient resource utilization and achieving predictable latency. They cannot be treated in the same manner as other application server deployments. Unikernels are a method to specialize application deployment and performance to suit the needs of the application. Traditionally, building or porting applications to unikernels have been challenging. However, recent work has been into simplifying the development of unikernels. Real-world Unikernels as of now are only for specializing applications that run on the CPU. We survey machine learning practitioners and find out that the majority of machine learning practitioners are using the CPU for machine learning deployments, thus, creating an opportunity for unikernels to optimize the performance of these applications. We compare the architecture of two unikernels: nanos and Unikraft. We benchmarked scikit-learn, a popular machine library, inside a unikernel and found that it only offered a 1% advantage over a traditional deployment. However, our testing could not include more innovative systems like Unikraft due to their immaturity and inability to run machine learning libraries. In the covid 19 pandemic situation, ICT use in Educational institutions is important for giving students opportunities to learn and apply the required skills. Quality education is important to develop students' quality, characteristic, attitude, behaviors, quirks, beliefs and psychological traits which makes up their identity. The sample group of research consist of 1267 students (boys 896, girls 371) from different departments of private university and some other institutions of the North Indian region. Because it is non-invasive and inexpensive, the US is recommended over other medical diagnosis techniques. The inclusion of speckle noise in US images reduces the utility of the images. Correct diagnosis can be aided by a technology that eliminates speckle noise in US images. While reducing the speckle noise, our approach should preserve the critical structural figures cutting-edge US images. The method used for this work can reduce speckle noise in denoised image while still preserving structural information. The suggested method successfully denoises synthetic and real ultrasound pictures, as evidenced by the consequences of numerous measurable tests and optical review. A comparison of existing speckle reduction strategies was carried out in this study. We compared anistropic diffusion, Frost diffusion, Lee, and the Hmedian filter. The approaches are initially tested on simulated photos to compare the results. Exponential thresholding outperforms the other strategies when the noise variance is bigger. The most often used algorithm for classifying multi-labeled data is ML-kNN data which is adopted through the use of the well-known kNN algorithm. The use of Prototype Selection often minimizes the accuracy, and hence the performance of the algorithm. To solve the problem of reducing the accuracy of the ML-kNN, we proposed a novel solution that reduces data by using the well-known clustering algorithm-DENCLUE. Data that belongs to one of the clusters is considered prominent, while data that does not belong to any of the clusters is considered noisy and will not be included in the training process. With advent of technology, large scale usage and increasing growth of cloud computing resources has led to an important issue which is cloud service reliability and high energy consumption. The major issue in cloud computing is data availability, backup replication, data efficiency and reliability because of the failures encountered during the execution. So, for ensuring reliability and availability and limit the use of energy in cloud a technique for fault tolerance must be developed. Presently two main types of fault tolerant techniques such as proactive and reactive fault tolerance are available. In the existing fault tolerant techniques, the focus is mainly on the way to tolerate fault but co-ordination between VMs is missing. Reactive fault tolerance techniques work only after fault is encountered i.e., the system is diagnosed after fault occurs and these techniques lower the effects of faults. To overcome this problem, we first allocate tasks to the virtual machines by using concept of Hot Queues and Cold Queues to reduce total energy consumption and allocating the load among VMs in such a manner that no task goes into starvation state. In this paper agent-based monitoring mechanism is proposed to dynamically monitor the running statistics of all jobs running on VMs. Moreover, our agent-based monitoring system is able to resolve the problem of deteriorating Virtual Machine.
