The purpose of this study is to reveal the description of the meaning of \"life\" after death through signs in the Hikayat Raja Jumjumah, and the phenomena regarding death in the Hikayat Raja Jumjumah. This study uses semiotic-pragmatic theory of Charles Morris.. This is based on the fact that literary works are a system of meaningful signs and these signs only gain meaning if they are given meaning by the reader. The method used in this study is related to semiotic-pragmatic theory. At the semiotic level, the center of meaning or the key word lies in \"life\" after death in the Hikayat Raja Jumjumah. While at the pragmatic level it is used to reveal the phenomenon of death based on the results of the meaning of \"life\" after death in the Hikayat Raja Jumjumah. The results of the study show that the view of death in the Hikayat Raka Jumjumah is based on an Islamic perspective. The Islamic view of death is based on the Al-Quran and Hadith, which state that after death there is life, namely the hereafter. The meaning of \"life\" after death through signs in the Hikayat Raja Jumjumah is the event of death, the grave, the torment of hell, and regret. The results of this interpretation are the basis for uncovering the phenomenon of death in the Hikayat Raja Jumjumah. The phenomena of death that can be revealed in Hikayat Raja Jumjumah are: (a) the phenomenon of death in the event of death related to death, namely suul khatimah; (b) the phenomenon of death in the grave, namely the torment of the grave; and (c) the phenomenon of death in the torment of hell, namely the recompense for those who commit sins in the world in the form of a very terrible punishment in hell. Education, like learning, is a lifelong process that usually takes place in an unlimited shared environment and context. This study aims to describe the flow of parents to students' learning interests. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlation descriptive approach. The study begins by describing the present situation and what is assumed to be a result of factors having already reacted previously. The population in this study is all class XI students of MAN Bintan. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was class XI social studies students. This type of research was carried out using a research population consisting of all class XI students of MAN Bintan. The result of this study is that the influence of parental education on student learning motivation, so this research can be used as a foundation for parents and teachers in motivating the learning of grade XI students of MAN Bintan. The hypothesis proposed which reads there is an influence of parental education on student learning motivation is proven to be (0.927. 0.361), thus the research that the author conducted and looked at the results of the study can be concluded that there is an influence of parental education on student learning motivation, then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed is accepted. Based on these reasons, this study aims to provide information or identify social changes and impacts in the new normal era caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, to analyze using a sociological perspective, namely through the theory of functionalism put forward by Talcott Parsons. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using library research data collection techniques with various references from books, previous studies that can provide an overview of behavior before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, and information from various media credible mainstream masses. Social change in society in the new normal era is an issue of the social system, which is currently hot to suppress the coronavirus and its effects. Parsons has long provided the key to the success of achieving a new social system, namely through AGIL. This study uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive method. The object of the research is the head of the madrasa, madrasa teacher, TU, committee chairman, supervisor, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The analysis and interpretation technique are carried out by data reduction, data display, triangulation, conclusion drawing and data verification. The results showed that the optimal implementation of SPMP based on Integrated Quality Management in MTs Negeri West Bandung Regency was able to improve the quality of madrasas. The identification of the ability to make a thesis proposal is expected to improve students' weaknesses in writing thesis proposals. This research was conducted to students who have taken research methodology courses at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The sample was 30 students who were taken purposively. Data in the form of thesis proposals in research methodology courses were analysed using research instruments in the form of thesis proposal writing structure tables and using descriptive statistical data to help interpret the data. The results showed that in the ability to write proposals, showing the making of titles in the \"Good\" category. Background writing is in the \"Fair\" category. The writing of the problem formulation is in the \"Good\" category. There are also cases of people falling into fraudulent or (illegal) investments’his research is intended to provide insight into the perspective that Investment Outlook can simply be referred to as a way to develop income and can help us avoid inflation, with sharia investments, namely: musyarakah or shirkah (partnership) contracts, mudarabah or qirad contracts, leasing-leasing (ijarah), kafalah contract (collateral) and wakalah contract (representing). As well as giving the view that there are several investments that contradict sharia principles, examples of prohibited investments are: investments that contain usury (additional), gharar (uncertain), maysir (gambling), vanity, and Bay’i ma’dum. This research is a qualitative approach using content analysis in literature study. That is doing descriptive analytical on exiting sources both from book manuscripts and various journal articles obtained. Results, here’s an effective way to avoid illegal investment, 1). Be careful if you receive a very attractive prize offer, 2) make it a habit to check licensing/approval documents for investment institutions or companies, 3) examine the forms and methods of these Comines in marketing their investment products, 4) may not hand over funds before making and signing a formal and detailed agreement, and 5) immediately report any illegal investment. The point of view studied is KHI (Islamic Law Collection) Articles 105 and 156 as well as Law No. 1 of 1974 which was changed to Law No. 16 of 2019 and Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning the rights of women and children by analyzing the report on the divorce suit decision as of January in 2023 by the Garut Religious Court. The analytical method used is empirical with a qualitative approach. Primary and secondary sources as well as observations are used at all times. In conclusion, the implementation of court decisions is not all carried out effectively and as expected, this is because the level of husband's economic ability is uncertain and even dominated by absenteeism in solving problems. the consequences will be the same, namely it will not be realized. From the research, it is known that 78% have carried out the decisions set by the Court with the results of the Verstek Decision, but there are some who have not carried out in accordance with the Court's provisions, due to economic factors and the current situation after the pandemic. And one of the decisions in the case with Number. 5034/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Grt with the result of the judge's consideration decision, which is granted in part and Custody of one of the children is with the Plaintiff but for joint assets it is still in a temporary decision or under review.
