This research employs an associative study method with a quantitative approach. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, and the Slovin formula was applied with a tolerance limit of 10% error, resulting in 150 samples. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 22 for Windows software. Instrument testing included validity and reliability tests. Data analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, T-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination R2. The results of this research show that the regression equation is positive. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination R2, it was found that the decision to use QRIS is influenced by financial literacy, financial attitudes, and the perception of the ease of use of QRIS. The hypothesis testing results indicate that, simultaneously, the variables of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and perceived ease of use of QRIS have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use QRIS. This suggests that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and the perceived ease of use of QRIS can be used as strategies to increase the adoption of QRIS. It sheds light on the use of digital tools and information systems by Arab governments to achieve financial inclusion goals, also indicating the positive role that marketing information systems play in this context. The research highlights the scientific and practical importance of the study, providing a deeper understanding of the role of marketing information systems in achieving financial inclusion and encouraging further studies in this field. The analytical methodology was adopted, with a purposive random sample of 100 individuals selected from employees in financial and banking institutions, as well as individuals covered by financial inclusion in Iraq, ensuring diversity and representation. The study resulted in several important findings regarding the impact of marketing information systems on financial inclusion in Iraq. The results showed that banks maintain accuracy and reliability in their internal records within the marketing information system, with regular updates of their data. The study offered recommendations, including enhancing the infrastructure of administrative information systems and promoting digital literacy among the population. The information for this research came from structured questions that were delivered to chosen deposit money institutions in Yola Metropolis. There were 193 questionnaires distributed in all, however only 166 were successfully recovered and examined. In order to estimate the effects of human resource management practice on employee productivity in the selected organization, the study used descriptive statistics and the multiple regression technique. The correlation coefficient was also used to test the extent to which human resource management is related to employee productivity. Human resource planning (HRP), recruitment and selection (RS), staff training and development (TRD), and performance appraisal (PA) were found to have a positive impact on employee productivity in the selected deposit money banks in Nigeria and were properly signed, implying that they were in line with the study's theoretical expectations. At the 5% level, the F-statistics 5.242014, which examined the combined significance of the parameter estimations, was deemed statistically significant, as evidenced by the associated probability value of 0.025272. This means that in the chosen deposit money institutions in Nigeria, all of the model's variables were jointly and statistically significant in determining employee productivity.
