Syphilis is still a health problem in the world and even syphilis is still a major cause of perinatal morbidity and mortality in many countries. Syphilis infects around 12 million people worldwide every year. The prevalence of syphilis in the female population of sex workers (WPS) infected with HIV is 16.7 percent while in WPS that is not infected with HIV 9.47 percent. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the number of sexual partners and sexual activity on the events of syphilis in WPS in Medan. This research design case control with a total sample of 76 consists of 38 cases and 38 controls. The results showed that there was the influence of the number of sexual partners (p <0.001) and sexual activity (p <0.003) on the events of syphilis in WPS. In the number of sexual partners with the value of OR = 17.077 means that WPS suffering from syphilis has 17.077 times it is likely to have more than four customers per week compared to WPS who do not suffer from syphilis. Whereas in sexual activity, the value of OR = 4,429 means that WPS suffering from syphilis 4.429 times the possibility of using sexual activity more than or equal to two categories compared to WPS that does not suffer from syphilis. Despite assurances of the security and adequacy of the immunizations and the jabs being publicly administered on top Nigerian political hierarchy, covid-19 vaccination has remained controversial in Nigeria. It appears that citizens’ apprehensions about the side effects of the vaccines are yet to be overcome. This study investigated the grounds of Nigerian citizens’ hesitancy to covid-19 vaccination. Among others, the ponder inquired the taking after question: What are factors that underlie Nigerian citizens’ hesitancy to covid-19 vaccination? The quantitative study combined Social Cognitive and Diffusion of Innovations theories as theoretical cornerstone. Survey research design was adopted to study a population of 84, 004, 084 from which a test estimate of 384 respondents was drawn. Research results show that the reported side effects of covid-19 vaccines and citizens’ distrust of Nigerian government and health system were leading factors to covid-19 vaccination hesitancy in Nigeria. NAFDAC’s warning of fake covid-19 vaccines being circulated in Nigeria was also found as a factor that underlies hesitancy to vaccination. The study recommends, among other things, that national and international health authorities should address apprehensions generated by the reported side effects of covid-19 vaccines. Mayora Indah Ltd. is a giant MNC from Indonesia that can dominate the global market. The success of Mayora Indah Ltd. in filling the global market can be seen in the popularity of Kopiko as their flagship product. This article aims to determine the strategies of business diplomacy taken by Mayora Indah Ltd to achieve the company's interests successfully. This article will then review the concepts related to business diplomacy proposed by Alammar & Pauleen (2016) as a foundation for analyzing the case study. This research finds that in the core knowledge competencies, Mayora Indah Ltd. applies internal knowledge through exposure to Kdrama producers related to Kopiko, with the aim that they can understand the product that will later be aired. Logistics is an important service industry a country’s economic structure. It is also one of the topics that Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee was very interested in for the socio-economic development strategy for the period 2021-2025. The analysis of the factors influencing the development of logistics services in Lao Cai province has high theoretical and practical significance. The author used the exploratory factor analysis method through the primary data set from the survey results of 100 enterprises providing and using logistics services in Lao Cai Province in 2022 to analyse the factors affecting the development of this type of service in Lao Cai Province. The research results showed the role of logistics services in the socio-economic development of the province and the degree of influence of logistics services on the development of this service in Lao Cai Province in many different aspects. The degree of influence of the given factors are: (1) technical infrastructure (CSHTKT); (2) ability to access and mobilise capital of enterprises (HDV); (3) experience and management capacity of enterprises (NLQL); (4) facilities of logistics enterprises (CSVC); (5) human resourcess of enterprise (NNL); (6) factors of market economy (KTTT); and legal factors (PL). They use language only based on their desires. These language changes give the impression of making readers or the public may be confused to understand the true meaning. This makes researchers interested in discussing this issue. This study will focus on the exploration of language change that occurs in social media nowadays. The authors will draw inspiration from various texts on social media. The researchers will complete the survey and the study using Internet facilities. This study was conducted qualitatively and the writers will also be observing the language change directly from the relevant social media applications. The information gathered is terminological in nature, replete with human characteristics, and based on captions from several social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Following the completion of this study, the researcher discovered that the vocabulary used by social media users to connect with one another had changed. After the researcher analyzed the data obtained, the researcher found that the semantic change was the biggest change that had been found. As much as 32% of language changes occur in social media and this illustrates that quite a lot of social media users do not use meanings that are not following their standards. Researchers also found that 10% of language changes occurred in the field of morphology. The subjects included 140 students (70 females and 70 males) from different faculties of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, who were selected in a multi-stage cluster method. The research tools included Aaronson's spirituality scale, Allport and Ross internal and external religious orientations, and the academic resilience scale. In the analysis of the research findings, Multiple Regression was used in the simultaneous hierarchical method in accordance with the steps of Baron and Kenny (1986). The results showed that internal religious orientation was a positive predictor of spirituality and spirituality was a positive and significant predictor of academic resilience. Also, the spirituality variable was a strong mediator in the relationship between religious orientations and academic resilience. Only Covid has succeeded in reducing the number of medical tourists from North Sumatra to Penang. Since the beginning of 2022, North Sumatra has declared to be one of the world's medical tourism destinations. This is important not only to bring in foreign tourists, but at the same time to hide out the outflow of the North Sumatra community itself. There are seven hospitals that are launched will become medical tourism destinations in North Sumatra, one of which is a hospital that is studied for providing heart services which is the most sought, after service by the people of North Sumatra. Based on this phenomenon it is felt to be very important to conduct competition analysis of integrated heart service products organized by this hospital, so that the product you want to launch receives an appropriate welcome. The method used in this study is to use a descriptive strategy method related to supply side, demand side, and product competition obtained with structured questionnaires. The results of the study show that the service, the administrative process of type A hospitals in Medan is quite good but still must be evaluated and improved, while cleanliness and health protocols and facilities at type A hospitals in Medan are still below the \"pretty good\" range that interpret it is still very need to be improved.
