During the transition, a number of rule start relaxed, however government recommend public for still carry out health protocol. Besides, in field education, all school carry out 100 % offline learning. The students have to stay alert from COVID-19 infection or another infection. So that, clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) is necessary carried out at school. There are several indicators of PHBS in schools that are necessary known by students. This health education aims to give education to 97 students in schools especially at SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City about importance implementing PHBS in the transition period of COVID-19 pandemic. This activity took place on Thursday , 22 September 2022. The method used form give education and discussion regarding PHBS in schools. We evaluated student’s understanding by pre-test and post-test about PHBS. The use of herbal medicinal plants has increased since the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic, one of which is karamunting leaves. The methods used include: Field observations, we recorded the number of residents, their work and the plants that grow in the yard so that they can provide education to the community, especially in the North Landasan Ulin Village, Lianganggang District, Banjarbaru City. The results of the initial observation activities were carried out to look for problems in the community, the problems encountered by the community service team were the lack of public knowledge about plants that have the potential for traditional medicinal properties. Planting in the yard of the house has a characteristic as an herbal medicine. The working area of the Padang Serai Health Center, Kampung Melayu Subdistrict, has 3 sub-districts, namely Sumber Jaya sub-district, Padang Serai sub-district and Teluk Sepang sub-district. The Padang Serai Health Center Working Area, Kampung Melayu District has 3,356 WUS, of which 331 people were examined.For suspicious data12 people had breast cancer and 13 people had tumors or breast lumps. The incidence of breast cancer is in Sumber Jaya Village.Adolescent reproductive health problems in Indonesia do not receive enough attention because knowledge about early detection and breast self-care skills have not been socialized properly. Because of that, there is a need for awareness and participation from various related agencies to be able to provide knowledge as early as possible about the importance of early detection of breast cancer and breast self-care skills. This can be done in real terms through counseling efforts. Breastfeeding has many benefits for both mother and baby. One of the obstacles to breastfeeding is problems with the mother's breasts because it gives difficulties for the baby to breastfeed, including flat, sunken and blistered nipples.Research conducted by Jannah, et al (2018) thatthe duration of successful breastfeeding in the intervention group given the BBC was a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 days, while in the control group given a nipple puller it was longer, namely a minimum of 6 days and a maximum of 22 days. The statistical test results showed that there was a significant difference in the mean duration of successful breastfeeding in mothers with inverted nipples given the BBC modification with a p=0.00, the mean difference being 9.4. This means that the use of the BBC modification can accelerate the success of breastfeeding in mothers with inverted nipples 9.4 times compared to mothers with nipple puller intervention. This community service activity method uses an approach to increasing knowledge, skills through webinar zoom meetings and training. The results of filling out the pre and post test questionnaires showed that the average pretest value was 66, 76 to 85.44 with an increase in knowledge of 21.86%. In conclusion, there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of alumni to produce BBC which can be seen in the video on the process of making the BBC and there is an additional type of service at PMB, namely BBC marketing. RAP SEHAT, is a business that is domiciled in the Padangsidimpuan Municipality area but its agricultural land is located in the South Tapanuli Regency area. UD. This SEHAT RAP has an agricultural business sector whose plant commodities are Coffee and Cloves, Owner of UD. RAP SEHAT, in this case Mr. Zul Fahri Harahap, since the beginning of starting his business, which started in the agricultural sector, has wanted to form a business system from upstream to downstream, namely not only being satisfied with his agricultural products but also reaching the stage of diversifying his agricultural products into ready-to-consume products. After the running of this business and the product has been released from UD. This SEHAT RAP is in the form of Clove Coffee (KopCeng) partners are experiencing problems in selling their products. Based on the problems faced by business owners UD. RAP SEHAT, which in this case is a partner for PKM activities, is the PKM team at Muhammadiyah University of South Tapanuli who are interested in analyzing the causes of existing problems through interviews with partners. After finding the point of the problem, a solution was found to solve the problem, in this case the introduction of web-based digital marketing which is expected to be a solution related to the low product sales from UD. RAP SEHAT in this case KopCeng. The target audience for this service activity is the education community, namely IAIN Curup. The target of this service is lecturers at IAIN Curup. However, the research sample was only 25 lecturers who were participants in the training held by the service team from Bengkulu University. Data was collected by means of surveys in the form of response questionnaires distributed to lecturers who were trainees whose purpose was to measure the success of this activity process. These results were then analyzed quantitatively and descriptively. The questionnaire used as a data collection tool in this activity was developed by following a modified Likert Scale with 4 answer choices, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. The results of this study shows that the training has been carried out well, both in terms of the material, the method of delivery, the software used, how to guide practical activities and the compatibility between digital teaching materials made with the characteristics that teaching materials must possess.
