Islam sees the disability as morally neutral and given equal preservation just like any other human being. Ensuring their inclusiveness can help achieve global goals, realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by, for, and with PWDs. Building on the principle of \"leaving no one behind,\" the new Agenda emphasizes a holistic approach to achieving sustainable development for all (United Nations, 2016). This research examined the rights of PWDs according to Islamic and legal perspectives. This study uses the PRISMA methodology and two electronic databases from SCOPUS and HeinOnline systematically searched for papers or articles relating to Islam and disabilities, legal perspective, and the rights of PWDs over the period 2010 until 2020. The data collected was analyzed and recorded in the PRISMA flow chart. The result shows that 54 articles showed from the searching on both databases. However, only 28 journal articles were selected and analyzed after the final filter in the qualitative and quantitative synthesis. Ten interesting articles were chosen for discussion on the Islamic and legal perspectives on the rights of PWDs. In general, vision impairment can be categorised into two main categories - ‘blindness’ and ‘short-sightednesses’ or ‘limited vision’. The Braille Qur’an is a Braille Quranic mushaf that uses the basic Arabic Braille code that represents the hija’iyyah letters, vowel marks such as fathah, dammah, and kasrah, and symbols such as shaddah, sukun and mad. This study aims to examine the issues and challenges faced by the visually impaired in learning Braille Qur’an. These issues and challenges are taken seriously in Malaysia. There are several states in Malaysia that provide Braille Quran lessons for the visually impaired. This qualitative study uses content analysis to gather and obtain information on the aspects of teaching and learning Braille Qur’an. In scrutinizing several documents, the research prompted to discuss numerous approaches implemented by teachers namely talaqqi and mushafahah, iqra’, visual and touch, and others. Additionally, the challenges in the mastering hija’iyyah letters and Quranic Braille, the supporting aspects and other. It is hoped that the discussing of this study will contribute to future research on the teaching and learning of the Braille Qur’an which requires support and actions from various parties.AbstrakMasalah penglihatan merujuk kepada keadaan masalah yang melibatkan fungsi sebagai deria penglihatan. Secara umumnya, masalah penglihatan boleh dikategorikan kepada dua kategori utama, iaitu ‘buta’ dan ‘rabun’ atau ‘berpenglihatan terhad’. Al-Qur’an Braille ialah mushaf al-Qur’an Braille yang menggunakan asas kod Braille Bahasa Arab yang mewakili huruf-huruf hija’iyyah, tanda baris seperti fathah, dammah, dan kasrah serta simbol-simbol seperti shaddah, sukun dan mad. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kaedah-kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran serta isu dan cabaran dalam pembelajaran al-Quran Braille kepada komuniti OKU masalah penglihatan. Isu dan cabaran ini merupakan perkara yang penting di Malaysia sehingga terdapat beberapa negeri yang menyediakan kelas al-Qur’an Braille bagi golongan orang kelainan upaya (OKU) cacat penglihatan. Kajian ini berbentuk kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis kandungan yang mengandungi maklumat berkenaan aspek pengajaran dan pembelajaran al-Quran Braille. Berdasarkan kepada penelitian terhadap beberapa dokumen mendapati kajian ini membincangkan tentang beberapa kaedah yang boleh digunakan oleh guru-guru iaitu kaedah talaqqi dan mushafahah, kaedah iqra, kaedah sentuhan dan visual, kaedah penerangan dan lain-lain lagi. Terdapat juga cabaran seperti penguasaan huruf hija’iyyah, penguasaan al-Quran Braille, aspek sokongan dan sebagainya. This is seen as an opportunity to explore how moral values are applied in line with the goals of education in Malaysia.The inculcation of moral values through education will enable the students to internalise the values and this brings a good impact on their lives. . However, annual statistics have shown the decline in the moral values in Malaysia. Thus, this concept paper discusses the notion of Education 5.0 in the Malaysian education context and the importance of moral values in education 5.0. This study employed a qualitative method by analysing documents related to moral values as well as the Education 5.0 guideline book. The data were managed by ATLAS.ti 8 software. The themes revolve around the importance of moral values application in education and they include; the goals of the National Philosophy of Education; the formation of a society that is good, moral and has an identity as well as; religious demands. This study's findings are significant to be used as a guide to ensure that the elements of moral values are not neglected in line with the advancement of education.Keywords: Moral values, Education 5.0, InculcationAbstrakPengenalan terhadap Pendidikan 5.0 yang bertujuan untuk memperkasakan penggunaan teknologi dalam membantu untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai murni dalam diri pelajar dilihat sebagai peluang untuk mendalami sejauh manakah nilai-nilai murni mampu diterapkan sesuai dengan matlamat pendidikan di Malaysia. Pendidikan yang menerapkan nilai-nilai murni akan mampu dihayati oleh pelajar serta membawa kepada kesan baik terhadap kehidupan mereka. Namun, statistik kes keruntuhan nilai di Malaysia dilihat semakin meningkat saban tahun. Justeru, kertas kerja konsep ini membincangkan tentang konsep Pendidikan 5.0 dalam konteks pendidikan di Malaysia serta kepentingan nilai murni dalam pendidikan 5.0. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif dengan membuat analisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai murni serta buku garis panduan Pendidikan 5.0 melalui perisian Atlas.ti8 dan menghasilkan beberapa kod serta tema kepentingan penerapan nilai murni dalam pendidikan iaitu; matlamat Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan; pembentukan masyarakat yang baik, berakhlak dan mempunyai jati diri serta; tuntutan agama. A total of 621 teachers were made respondents in this study. This study is in the form of a cross-sectional survey involving teachers from KBT secondary schools throughout Malaysia. While the sampling method of this study uses stratified random sampling method. Data were analyzed using IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 25.0 Descriptively to determine the mean value, standard deviation and percentage. The findings of the study show that the level of teacher practice in teaching the subject of Maharat al-Quran KBT is at a high level. In conclusion, this study successfully highlights the uniqueness of the findings that teachers in secondary schools who implement KBT practice well the teaching of tajwid law, manners of the Quran, recitation, knowledge of Qiraat, practice of Qiraat and Rasm Uthmani in the subject of Maharat al-Quran. The science of tajwid is the main teaching emphasized by the teacher to enable students to learn the Quran. The implication is that tahfiz teachers have a role to teach Quranic skills because teachers are the driving force behind a built curriculum.\u0000Abstrak Kekurangan pengetahuan terhadap subjek yang diajar akan mengganggu kelancaran proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP). Kegagalan memahami isi kandungan pelajaran dapat menjejaskan kaedah PdP yang dirancang dan akan memberikan impak negatif kepada pendidikan itu sendiri. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tahap amalan guru dalam pengajaran subjek Maharat al-Quran Kurikulum Bersepadu Tahfiz (KBT). Seramai 621 orang guru dijadikan responden dalam kajian ini. Kajian ini berbentuk tinjauan rentas silang (cross-sectional) yang melibatkan para guru dari sekolah menengah KBT di seluruh Malaysia. Manakala kaedah pensampelan kajian ini menggunakan kaedah pensampelan rawak berstrata (stratified random sampling). Data telah dianalisis menggunakan perisian IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25.0 secara deksriptif untuk mengetahui nilai min, sisihan piawai dan peratusan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap amalan guru dalam pengajaran subjek Maharat al-Quran KBT berada pada tahap tinggi. Kesimpulannya, kajian ini berjaya menonjolkan keunikan dapatan bahawa guru di sekolah menengah yang melaksanakan KBT mengamalkan dengan baik pengajaran hukum tajwid, adab al-Quran, tilawah, ilmu Qiraat, amali Qiraat dan Rasm Uthmani di dalam subjek Maharat al-Quran. Ilmu tajwid merupakan pengajaran utama yang ditekankan oleh guru untuk membolehkan murid mempelajari al-Quran. In general, autism refers to the imbalance that occurs in the brain and nervous system resulting in impaired language, behaviour and social interactions. Usually autistic children need clinical treatment. This study explores alternative treatment modalities, such as the practice of reading ruqyah syariyyah to autistic children based on specific procedures involving self-reading or being read to. The objectives of this study were to identify the emotional and behavioural issues faced by autistic children, understand the extent of the practice and implementation of ruqyah syariyyah reading exercises, the challenges faced in conducting this treatment, and the impact of ruqyah reading in regulating the emotions and behaviour of such children. This case study is based on interviews with five teachers and observations of four students with autism. Two students each were identified in the low and high functioning categories. The study was conducted at the Quran Education Center for Children with Special Needs (Faqeh Foundation). The study found that the practice of reading ruqyah syariyyah using certain modalities helps children with autism regulate their emotions and thus their behaviour. However, couple with disabilities faces quite different challenges compared to typical couple in maintaining relationship. The article aims to identify the factors of marriage dissolution between hearing impairment couple registered at Malacca Syariah Court. The study uses the qualitative and interview research methodologies to identify conflicts in relationship confronted by hearing impairment couple which leads to dissolution of marriage. It is found that there are seven factors of marriage dissolution among hearing impairment couple which are the communication problem, lack of knowledge regarding Islamic Family Law, the intervention of family members in marital disputes, inadequate pre-marriage course, no specific marriage course through the period of marriage as well as post-marriage course for hearing impairment spouse. The implication of research discovers that all these courses shall be review in order to prevent escalated divorce rate among hearing impairment couple.\u0000Abstrak Setiap perceraian yang berlaku di antara pasangan berkahwin Muslim di Malaysia mestilah dirujuk kepada Mahkamah Syariah sama ada pasangan suami isteri tipikal ataupun pasangan Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU). Bagi golongan OKU pendengaran, cabaran yang dihadapi dalam meneruskan kehidupan rumahtangga walaubagaimanapun agak berbeza berbanding golongan tipikal. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti faktor-faktor pembubaran perkahwinan antara pasangan OKU pendengaran yang didaftarkan di Mahkamah Syariah Negeri Melaka. Kajian menggunakan kaedah temu bual untuk mengenal pasti masalah pasangan OKU pendengaran yang membawa kepada pembubaran perkahwinan. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat enam faktor pembubaran perkahwinan antara pasangan OKU pendengaran iaitu masalah komunikasi, kurang pendedahan tentang ilmu Undang-Undang Keluarga Islam, campur tangan ahli keluarga dalam masalah rumahtangga, kursus Pra-Perkahwinan yang dianjurkan tidak bersesuaian, tiada kursus khusus sepanjang tempoh perkahwinan dan tiada kursus pasca perkahwinan khusus bagi pasangan OKU Pendengaran. This study was conducted using a set of questionnaires that were completed by 40 teachers who teach in the Integrated Special Education Program (PPKI) class selected by random. These quantitative data from the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively through SPSS software, version 22 to obtain the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between skill level and teacher attitude towards using multimedia in the teaching and learning of the Holy Koran for Autism students. The results of the analysis of the study found that the teacher skill level (M=3.63, SD.=0.82) and teacher attitude (M=3.80, SD.=0.71) were at a moderate and high level. Meanwhile, this study also shows that there is a significant relationship between skill level and teacher attitude. Indeed, the teacher skill level and attitude towards using multimedia in teaching is positive but has weaknesses in terms of the application of multimedia items. Thus, while conducting the teaching process, a teacher must take into account the skill level to be applied and the readiness of the teacher attitude to build a multimedia-based teaching process to be more effective.\u0000AbstrakKajian ini dijalankan bagi mengenal pasti tahap kemahiran dan sikap guru terhadap penggunaan multimedia dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran al-Quran untuk murid Autisme. Kajian ini dilakukan menggunakan set soal selidik yang telah dilengkapkan oleh 40 orang guru yang mengajar di kelas Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi (PPKI) yang dipilih secara rawak. Data kuantitatif daripada soal selidik ini dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS versi 22 bagi mendapatkan kekerapan (frekuensi), peratusan, min dan sisihan piawai. Analisis korelasi Pearson digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan antara tahap kemahiran dengan sikap guru menggunakan multimedia dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran al-Quran murid Autisme. Hasil analisis kajian mendapati, tahap kemahiran guru (M=3.63, SP.=0.82) dan sikap guru (M=3.80, SP.=0.71) berada pada aras sederhana tinggi. Sementara itu, kajian ini juga menunjukkan wujud hubungan yang signifikan antara tahap kemahiran dengan sikap guru. Sememangnya tahap kemahiran dan sikap guru ke arah menggunakan multimedia dalam pengajaran adalah positif tetapi mempunyai kelemahan dari aspek pengaplikasian item-item multimedia. The research design used is the quantitative approach using a set of questionnaire as the research instrument based on Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model (2000) to elaborate the aspect of JAIS SRA teachers’ teaching skills. The samples selected were among 535 JAIS SRA teachers from 5480 teachers from nine districts in Selangor. The descriptive findings showed a moderately high mean value for all aspects of teachers’ skills. The one tailed ANOVA test showed a significant difference between teachers with level of certificate/ diploma or degree education background and teachers with level of STPM/STAM/Rabi’ Thanawi and below in term of teaching skill aspect. Although Ramadan is this time during the pandemic season, this activity is still actively being continued online. This situation is no exception for the deaf community. Taking inspiration to provide opportunities and space for them to participate with the Quran, using methods that celebrate their strength and learning disabilities, an online tadarus program called Online Tadarus Suara (Online TTS) was conducted using google meets platform. Therefore, this study aims to explore the challenges faced by the deaf community in the programme. The methodology used is the analysis of documents by analyzing the current reports of each facilitator on a daily basis and the feedback provided through the Google Form forms provided. In addition, researchers also perform observations to every TTS Online class recording on a daily basis. The findings showed that participants were able to participate in the TTS Online session well despite several challenges that could be categorised into two parts, namely internal and external challenges such as weaknesses in mastering Quran Hand Code, time and internet network access. However, it is hoped that this Quranic service will bring deaf people closer to the miracle of the Quran by celebrating the learning disability of this community based on visual strength. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tadarus merupakan aktiviti pembacaan Quran secara berkelompok yang lazimnya dilakukan sewaktu bulan Ramadan. Walaupun Ramadan pada kali ini dalam musim pandemik, aktiviti ini masih giat diteruskan secara atas talian. Keadaan ini tidak berkecuali bagi komuniti OKU Pekak. Mengambil inspirasi untuk memberikan peluang dan ruang seluasnya bagi mereka turut serta berdamping dengan Quran, menggunakan kaedah yang meraikan kekuatan dan kelainan upaya belajar mereka, maka sebuah program tadarus secara atas talian iaitu Online Tadarus Tanpa Suara (Online TTS) telah dijalankan menggunakan platform Google Meets.Oleh yang demikian, kajian ini berhasrat untuk meneroka cabaran yang dihadapi oleh komuniti OKU Pekak dalam program tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan ialah analisis dokumen dengan menganalisis laporan semasa setiap fasilitator pada setiap hari dan maklum balas yang diberikan melalui borang Google Form yang disediakan. Selain itu, pengkaji juga melakukan pemerhatian kepada setiap rakaman kelas Online TTS yang dilakukan pada setiap hari. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan peserta mampu mengikuti sesi sesi Online TTS dengan baik walaupun terdapat beberapa cabaran yang boleh dikategorikan kepada dua bahagian iaitu cabaran dalaman dan luaran seperti kelemahan menguasai KTQ, masa dan capaian rangkaian internet.
