Religious education is a means of transforming knowledge in the religious aspect (cognitive aspect), as a means of transforming norms and moral values to form attitudes (affective aspects), which plays a role in controlling behavior (psychomotor aspects) so as to create a complete human personality. Educators, especially Hindu teachers, must prioritize Hindu religious education, which has been covered by moral and ethical values as a method of learning to shape the character of the child so that students understand the norms and values that are sublime in accordance with the teachings of Hinduism that can be used in daily life. The issues that will be discussed include: (1) How is the method of Hindu religious education in developing the character of students in SD Negeri 5 Sayan?, (2) How is the support of school residents towards hindu religious education methods in developing the character of students in SD Negeri 5 Sayan?, (3) What are the implications of Hindu religious education methods in shaping the character of the students of SD Negeri 5 Sayan?. Hal ini penting agar mereka siap dan mampu menghadapi berbagai persoalan personal maupun sosial yang ada dalam kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang peran guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian dengan studi pustaka ini, tidak  hanya  mengumpulkan, membaca,  dan  mencatat  literatur  saja, tetapi peneliti memperhatikan langkah-langkah dalam meneliti literatur, terutama yang berkaitan dengan peran guru dalam mengoptimalkan proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji lebih dalam tentang penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri guna meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Model pembelajaran ini menekankan pada proses berpikir siswa secara kritis dan analitis, untuk mencari dan menemukan sendiri jawaban dari suatu masalah yang dipertanyakan. Proses pembelajaran ini bisa dilakukan melalui tanya jawab antara guru dan siswa. This change process implies that it necessitates an academic qualification, quality of academic competency, and professional competency of the learning process manager, in this case, the management is the teacher herself. A teacher is a professional educator was main task is to educate, to teach, to guide, to direct, to train, to asses, and to evaluate pupils within the formal education of early schooling children, primary education, and secondary education. A professional educator must possess academic qualification and competencies as he/she acts as an agent of learning. The academic qualification meant here deals with the minimum educational level required of the teacher, while competencies which are attached to the teacher teaching at primary and secondary educational levels encompass : pedagogical competency, personal competency, professional competency and social competency which are learnt in Professional Teacher Education, taken after S1 or Diploma 4 Degree has been gained. Traditional Balinese suggestion is a half-oral folklore in the form of people's trust which is instilled early to the children as a foundation for good behavior in society. This paper seeks to explore traditional Balinese suggestions as the foundation of basic moral and ethical education for basic age children with a set of ethnographic and semiotic theories supported by content analysis and descriptive analysis methods. The results of this analysis show that there are some traditional suggestions that are familiar in Balinese life, namely: \"Sing dadi negakin galeng, nyul busul jité\" (may not sit on a pillow, then butt boils), \"Sing dadi negakin lesung, nyanan jitéamun lesungé gedénné \" (may not sit on a place for pounding rice, the buttocks will be as big as a place for pounding rice),\" Sing dadi ngutang nasi, nyanan mati siap selemé\" (may not waste rice, the black chicken will die later), \"Sing dadi ngetep kuku peteng-peteng, nyanan énggal reramané mati\" (may not cut nails at night, his parents may die soon), \"Sing dadi negakin talenan, nyanan kebus jité\" (may not sit on the cutting board, because it can cause the butt to become hot), \"Sing dadi nyampat peteng-peteng, nyanan ada anak nugtug\" (may not sweep at night, there will be someone to follow), and \"Sing dadi mambuh nuju kajeng kliwon, nyanan kadena bisa ngleak\" (may not wash head when Kajeng Kliwon day, later thought to have black magic / magic / can be tricky). Salah satu cara untuk mengaplikasikan aspek keterampilan, dapat dilakukan dengan cara melaksanakan kegiatan Mejejahitan. Mejejahitan merupakan suatu tradisi Bali yang kegiatannya menekankan aspek keterampilan. Pada saat melaksanakan kegiatan Mejejahitan juga ditemukan adanya tranformasi pendidikan didalamnya, yaitu Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Pendidikan Matematika. Transformasi Pendidikan Matematika dalam kegiatan Mejejahitan dapat di lihat dari cara pembuatan sarana upakara berupa Ceper (bentuk segi empat), Tamas (bentuk lingkaran), Tangkih (bentuk segitiga), dan Serembeng (bentuk silinder). Salah satu produk budaya Bali adalah bahasa Bali. Bahasa Bali adalah salah satu bahasa daerah yang sampai saat ini masih digunakan oleh masyarakat penuturnya. Beralih dari bahasa, masyarakat Bali juga memiliki berbagai bentuk sastra lisan. Sastra lisan yang cukup dikenal adalah Basita Paribasa Bali, yang merurut para ahli dibagi menjadi beberapa bentuk. Salah satu diantaranya adalah cecimpedan. Dari segi bentuk, cecimpedan sama dengan teka-teki berbahasa Bali (Anom dkk, 2014), artinya ada penanya dan ada penjawab. Para leluhur yang menciptakan kesusastraan ini tentu memiliki fungsinya tersendiri. Apa sajakah fungsi dari permaian cecimpedan pada anak anak? Berbagai hambatan dan rintangan, tentunya membuat pembelajaran daring  memiliki dampak positif dan negative. Di luar dampak tersebut, Pendidik musti beradaptasi dengan learning management system, dan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat kepada peserta didik. Hal ini juga dialami oleh Guru Agama Hindu kelas X yang mengalami beberapa kesulitan ketika memberlakukan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat kepada siswanya. Guru kemudian menemukan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri yang dirasa membuat pembelajaran Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti lebih bermakna dan sesuai dengan prinsip 4c yaitu communication, collaboration, creative, dan critical thinking. Penyusunan artikel jurnal  ini menggunakan metode  penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel ini yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion.  Teori belajar konstruktivistik yang dikembangkan oleh Jean Piaget dan teori koneksionisme Thorndike digunakan sebagai pisau dan sudut pandang interaktif yang mengalir pada sub pembahasan. Realita yang terjadi, sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan cenderung mendidik peserta didik cerdas secara kognitif dan mengabaikan aspek moral, sehingga dekadensi moral dialami oleh bangsa Indonesia. Sebagai contoh, nilai-nilai itu akan tampak dalam bentuk kelembagaan organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan, desa, lembaga pendidikan serta organisasi sosial lainnya, juga dapat muncul dalam bentuk permainan anak-anak. Terdapat banyak bentuk permainan anak-anak dalam masyarakat Indonesia, baik dalam bentuknya yang tradisional maupun yang modern. Permainan Tradisional Bali Penyu Mataluh merupakan suatu permainan yang mengutamakankebersamaan dan kekompakan serta mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan yang luhur.
