Thus, identification of plant diseases using suitable technique is of enormous importance. The current technological advancement has paved the way for diverse approaches for determining the nature, severity, and stage of plant diseases, where imaging processes showed a great promise. In this regard, this work reviews such image processing techniques where modern technology, with increased precision and accuracy, is used to compare the cases where the human perception approach is utilized. Such findings demonstrate the usefulness and significance of utilizing the image processing and soft computing algorithms in the investigation of plant diseases. Though they offer the benefit of convenience, they also have certain negative effects as they add to air pollution and global warming, as well as risks when they are not handled properly. In recent years, the number of vehicles on the road is rapidly increasing and it causes different major concerns. One of the major effects of this increasing volume of vehicles is the traffic congestion it caused on our roads especially in the urban areas. This traffic congestion became one of the major problems in many cities in the world including Metro Manila, Philippines. Many options are discussed and implemented by the traffic management but it seems that it is still unsolved. In recent years, traffic congestions became unpredictable, there are parts of the cities that don’t experience traffic congestion then suddenly traffic builds up to that area. Also, traffic congestion might happen every hour of the day. With this concern, the study proposed a system for vehicle headlight recognition for on-road vehicle detection and counting. This study focused on the detection of the headlight of every vehicle that will be seen on the perimeter of the installed camera. The system can detect headlight vehicles during daytime and nighttime as we trained the AI to recognized the headlights in these scenarios. Today people strive to showcase their tradition and cultural heritage in the modern world. People of Arabic Peninsula are all about representing the beauty of their Islamic culture in unique contemporary ways that would astonish the world. Arabic calligraphy is one of such sources. The distinctive geometric shapes and forms of different character types and styles like Kufi, Naskh, Diwani, Thuluth etc., gives designers the opportunity to design and develop exquisite pieces of art in both interior design and architectural field. The design elements of modern interior design act as a guiding principle infusing this art form in design. Modern Arab interior and architectural designs are incredibly unique yet sophisticated and luxurious. The usage of calligraphy in design can prove to be a substantial method of portraying history and culture expressed through the character of letters to be used in furniture, columns, ceiling, architectural buildings etc. This paper shows how Arabic calligraphy is not limited to just traditional decorative purposes but can have much wider application at both macro and micro level in modern world of design. It is a great source of inspiration for designers attempting to integrate the art of calligraphy in design of modern furniture as well as architectural structures. The paper demonstrates how designers like Zaha Hadid, and many others borrowed this traditional art form, infused it with modern touch and took it to new heights of contemporary design through their modernized lenses and vision. With the advancement of technology, a different application that is related to the vehicle license plate such as license plate recognition has emerged and became a major area of research due to its diverse applications in many areas such as toll collection, road and traffic management, and for law enforcement. In the Philippines, due to the multiple versions of license plates, introducing such a system has made it difficult. To be able to adapt to this kind of system, this study proposed a system that uses a deep learning approach for detection or recognition of license plates focusing on the 2014 license plate format that can be used for different applications and purposes. The change in the logarithmic gap in stock indexes determines daily stock market returns dependent on individual indices in the developed and emerging countries. Using regression estimation, the ADF root test was carried out. Descriptive statistical analysis, log return graphics, and lowest return on selected exchanges during the 21st century (data considered from January 2001 to April 2020). This paper identifies a general trend of boom and bust after analyzing the problem of contagion from the initial euphoria to the point of affliction. Based on historical experience, this paper describes the history of financial crises. It defines crisis concepts, banks, debt, currencies, and other types, such as depression and abrupt stoppages. During the 21st century (data considered from January 2001 to April 2020), the global financial sector has undergone unprecedented development and major systemic reform that contributed to financial market globalization. The limitations of the paper are time frame and limited exchanges taken into considerations. This paper analyses the macro factor of the crisis where the stock exchanges from developing and developing economies taken into consideration. Investors from around the world can identify the crisis period and consider their future investment patterns. Communicating with deaf people is a challenge for some speakers and people who do not know sign language. What the study proposed is to help people with such disabilities using the American Sign-Language with the corresponding hand gesture. Deaf individuals will be able to communicate or interact with other people conveniently. The study proposed hand gesture or hand sign language detection trained by using the YOLOv3 algorithm that aims to detect hand gestures or hand sign language that can recognize its equivalent letter alphabet. The study tools such as LabelImg for annotating the data set, categorizing each image of hand gestures based on their equivalent letter alphabet. In this study, Model 18 with 95.1804% training accuracy, 90.8242% validation accuracy, and mAP of 0.8275 is used for the final testing. Many factors impact the success of an IT project. This study proposes a model for the factors that could help IT project succeed in meeting their expectation. Specifically, the paper proposes that senior leader perception of the project value, leaders’ perception of strategic consistency, and communicating the value of the project to end-users could facilitate the successful execution of the IT project. Inability to maintain the chain of custody will make the evidence inadmissible in court, eventually leading to the case dismissal. Digitalization of forensic evidence management system is a need of time as it is an environment friendly model. Blockchains are digitally distributed ledgers of transactions signed cryptographically in chronological order that are sorted into blocks and is completely open to anyone in the blockchain network. Hyperledger Fabric is a consortium blockchain framework created by the Linux foundation and is mainly used for enterprise use. It can cause major damage to the Central Nervous System, which can then cause many other problems. Heat stroke can be fatal even after rigorous treatment. So far various techniques like WHDD (Wearable Device for Heat Stroke Detection), ADAS (Automatic Accident detection and alarm system), etc. were used to detect heat stroke and to prevent accidents. This paper majorly focuses on heat stroke detection on vehicle drivers. The system proposes an architecture that is divided into two parts that uses two different temperature sensors to detect the body temperature of the individual.
