Intrinsic resistance to antimicrobial agents in this bacterium worsens the condition of the treatment of infections caused by it. The aim of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial effects of ethanol, methanol, and ethyl acetate Teucrium polium Extract and Citrullus colocynthis on a p. aeruginosa isolated from Zabol hospital. P. aeruginosa specimens were collected from Zabol city. Plant extracts were prepared using a rotary machine and the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum trace concentration were determined by microdilution method. The lowest inhibitory concentration of methanolic extract of C. colocynthis against p. aeruginosa was 1.25 mg / ml while the lowest inhibitory concentration of ethyl acetate extract of C. colocynthis was 0.62 mg / ml, two strains were inhibited in this concentration and the highest inhibitory concentration was 5 mg, 6 strains of bacteria in this concentration has been restrained. The results of this study showed that watermelon extract of T. polium Extract and C. colocynthis have a significant antibacterial effect. Extract from this plant can be used to deal with specific pathogenic bacteria.","PeriodicalId":254148,"journal":{"name":"Micro Environer","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128880351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This type of formation cause serious sanitary problems for both humans and animals. Nowadays, chemical or natural compounds able to block this formation are looked for. In this project, we have evaluation of antimicrobial effects of Rosemary and Withania somnifera extract prepared by ultrasound waveform on Escherichia coli biofilm isolated from urinary tract infection. Rosemary and Withania somnifera extracts were obtained by using rotary devices. E. coli was collected from the patients being cured in Zabol hospitals. The least hindering and killing concentration of the samples were calculated by lowering their densityin sinks. The growth and biofilm formation of strains were determined by microtiterplate method. Data were analyzed statistically by determination of significant difference using analysis of variance (ANOVA) test. All tests were analyzed at the significance level P less than 0.05. The results revealed that the concentrations of 5 and 10 mg/mL are the most restrain in the biofilm formation of the isolated plates. Rosemary and Withania somnifera extracts have considerable antimicrobial and ant biofilm effect on the samples of the E. coli resistant to antibiotics.","PeriodicalId":254148,"journal":{"name":"Micro Environer","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127425928","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, advancement in harnessing plant core microbiome using various 'omics' will be fruitful towards sustainable goals. Metabolomics, as we know, is a robust method and is very useful for evaluating the property of plant species before their genomes are completely sequenced. Metabolomics and other technologies facilitate us to unravel main agricultural output challenges such as regulating the health of soil microbial communities. Plantmicrobe interactions are an integral aspect of this planet. This review will develop a complete and elaborated panoramic view for bare acquaintances of interaction between plants and microbes required for developing different approaches in metagenomics, meta-transcriptomics, and metabolomics to increase general cultivable performance. In addition, the study will focus on microbiome development in earlier plant production and establish informatics pipelines for core microbiome design to optimize plant and indigenous microorganism interactions. This study will also concentrate on inter / intra interactions, such as quorum sensing activity, signal molecules like phytohormones, bacteriocins, etc. The bio-informatics genome mining for biosynthesis gene clusters leading to the identification of novel bioactive compounds and new metabolomics advances will also be established. A comprehensive model will be framed to assess the advancements in exploiting the microbiome and metabolome analysis to secure food production for a sustainable future.","PeriodicalId":254148,"journal":{"name":"Micro Environer","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129129635","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The major bottleneck for the studying the interaction lies on sampling methods. Though various methods from time to time have been reported and developed however each method exhibited variation and inconsistency. We recommend here the standardized method after consulting the major developed methods so far across the globe. Primarily we divide the root zone in major bulk and rhizopshere fractions and a definite bacterial gradient around the root zone of the medicinal plant Arnebia benthamii (Wall ex. G. Don), a high altitude medicinal herb was observed. We propose to use this method as general basis for soil sampling and enumeration of bacterial diversity from root systems.","PeriodicalId":254148,"journal":{"name":"Micro Environer","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133119622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Articles have shown that most plant extracts have antimicrobial properties. This article aimed to analyze the antimicrobial activity of Ashurak extract prepared with different solvents on K. pneumoniae and Sh. dysentery isolated from poultry faeces. In this article, antimicrobial effects of various extracts (ethyl acetate, aqueous, ethanolic, methanolic and hydroalcoholic) on K. pneumoniae bacteria Sh. dysentery isolated from poultry faeces was obtained by diffusion method in Müller Hinton agar medium using 6 mm paper discs according to the instructions. Mean comparison was performed using two-way analysis of variance and post hoc test with the least significant difference. The lowest inhibitory concentrations of aqueous, ethanolic, methanolic and hydroalcoholic extracts of Ashurak on K. pneumoniae were 12.5, 12.5, 12.5 and 3.1 ppm, respectively. The lowest inhibitory concentration of aqueous, ethanolic, methanolic and hydroalcoholic extracts of Ashurak on SchiegelDysentery was equal to 12.5, 12.5, 25 and 25 ppm. Among the mentioned extracts, the aqueous extract had the most significant effect on the inhibition of K. pneumoniae, but there was no difference between the extracts. According to the present study results and the increasing resistance to synthetic antibacterial substances, it seems that Ashurak can be considered an effective plant in cleansing some bacteria, including K. pneumoniae and Sh. dysentery. In addition, the results of this study showed that the Ashurak plant is more effective. In contrast, K. pneumoniae had dysentery compared to Shigella.","PeriodicalId":254148,"journal":{"name":"Micro Environer","volume":"21 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132520786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Water samples were collected from various sampling stations, selected as the zones of special ecological interest and according to the degree of difference in the anthropogenic intrusions in the lake. For identification, the isolated bacterial colonies were subjected to morphological and biochemical characterization, which were further confirmed by targeting their 16S rRNA gene, using 27F and 1492R as the universal bacterial primers. Major bacterial phylum, thus isolated, was proteobacteria with 15 different bacterial species belonging to class alpha-proteobacteria, beta-proteobacteria, and gammaproteobacteria. However, the most diverse class isolated was Alphaproteobacteria comprising seven species followed by Betaproteobacteria comprising six species and Gamma-proteobacteria comprising only two species. The distribution of the bacterial group was seen influenced on a Spatio-temporal scale with the maximum density observed during summer and minimum during winter, further the load was highest for littoral sampling stations in comparison to the open water sites. Proteobacteria are important since they perform basic functions in global transformations of elements. But at the same time, they show close interaction with eukaryotes, both as pathogens and as symbionts.","PeriodicalId":254148,"journal":{"name":"Micro Environer","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117274091","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
