The implemented ANN can be used to simulate organ and circulatory system reactions in terms of residual naphthalene concentrations. For neural network training, 100 samples were used and additional 100 samples were used for subsequent validation. For the lung compartment, the accuracy of prediction of naphthalene concentration is 97% and the accuracy of concentration prediction in liver compartment is 95%. Implemented neural network for prediction of residual concentration of naphthalene in lung and liver compartments of a μCCA uses the fraction of exiting stream that re-enters the microcircuit as input value. The efforts to calculate these algorithms lead to the complexity O(N3) and O(N2) correspondingly. Here N is the number of communication nodes or routers in computer network. When changing communication links bandwidth in given algorithms total recalculation of routing tables takes place. The increase of computer network size leads to polynomial growth of efforts to perform this operation. To decode SOC the algorithms used for low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes can also be applied. The article shows that using a min-sum decoder for SOC over a channel with additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) in case of binary phase shift keying allows to receive additional coding gain about 1..1,5 dB in comparison with MTD usage. At the same time computing complexity in a min-sum algorithm turns out to be 6...7 times higher than MTD. For SOC decoding the work offers a combined decoder including the elements of MTD and min-sum algorithms. The first several decoding iterations require the usage of min-sum decoder while later MTD is added. The results of offered decoder simulation show about 1 dB increase of coding gain in comparison with MTD for SOC over a channel with AWGN with binary phase shift keying in case of twofold increase of computing complexity. This joint processing makes heart rate variability analysis more reliable and improves body adaption system diagnostic in general. It is offered to use pulse-frequency modulation (PFM) and pulse-amplitude modulation (PAM) signals to represent tachogram that moves processing from frequency to time domain. Implementation issues and computational costs reduction with multirate processing are discussed. We analyze straight single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) interacting with fast ion beams. We calculate the image potential for protons moving through the four types of SWNTs at the speeds of 3 a.u.. We calculate total potential in straight carbon nanotubes. Interaction of channelled ions with nanotube electrons we calculate by linearized, two dimensional (2D), extended two-fluid hydrodynamic model.
