A total of 525 responses to a survey were collected from e-shoppers in china. The results showed that customer focus and customer feedback have a positive effect on perceived rapport and perceived support for customers, which in turn positively influence e-customer engagement relationship outcomes (i.e., online review, word-of-mouth and customer commitment). The fundamental point of this research was to analyze the 4720 scientific documents on the field of E-Government through SNA techniques which decomposed the networks of the keywords of E-Government domain incorporated into the Web of Science Core Collection, a well-known scientific dataset during a time span of 20 years from 1995 to 2015. The algorithm of Burst Detection has been utilized for investigating the emergent trends and visualization of the E-Government domain. The findings suggest that cultural values are antecedents to Website trust, perceived Website privacy and Website quality. As a result, comparing the Iranian and Malaysian models of online purchase intention, Website trust significantly affected the frequency of online shopping in the Malaysian model, but it did not in the Iranian model. The perceived Website privacy and Website quality significantly affected online shopping frequency in the Iranian model, but not in the Malaysian model. E-health encompasses a variety of technologies from telemedicine and mobile health to big data, Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR), Decision Support System (DSS), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and a wide range of health services the final goal of which is to increase the quality of data, to reduce health errors, to enhance the health status of patients, and above all to facilitate taking care of the health requirement of the population [2]. Among e-health technologies, RFID technology is chosen since it is considered one of the top 20 technologies until 2020 [3], and its usage in healthcare has become more popular because of its unique characteristics over the other e-health technologies.
