The article discusses in detail the concept of linguistic personality. The type of system model introduced by researchers is proposed, and the linguistic personality is formulated as concepts, ideas, concepts of expression of certain meanings, as well as as a pragmatic intention, including goals, motives, interests. The teacher is a carrier of an elite and average literary form of speech culture. In this regard, the article gives O.B. Sirotinina's interpretation of the \"elite type of speech culture\". Several communicative abilities of the teacher's reference communicative personality are also presented. It was said that the language personality of the student for the implementation of speech activity in the set of competencies includes language, speech, communicative, socio-cultural and activity forms. The examples given show that these competencies are determined by the school curriculum. In the relationship between a teacher and a student at school, the importance of the teacher's opinion is taken into account, and it is also emphasized that the main precedent phenomena are the rules of student behavior, the texts of famous children's books, popular films and cartoons, advertising, children's songs and hits. Several factors influencing the formation of a student's linguistic personality are listed. The main task of the teacher is to professionally help students, pay attention to the high type of linguistic personality. The article examines the features of the use of anthroponyms in the literary texts of Pavel Vasiliev, which perform an identifying and often artistic and stylistic functions. Anthroponyms are one of the most common groups in Vasiliev's onomasticon. Particular attention is paid to the use of two female names: Anastasia and Eugenia. The onim Anastasia is the most common female name in Vasiliev's poetry. There is a version that it was the girl’s name who was the first love of the poet. This name is given by a variety of characters in seven works by Vasiliev. It often takes the syntactic position of address, in which the emotional-subjective attitude towards the heroine is actualized. The second name, Eugenia Stanman, has a real prototype - a girl who studied with the poet in the same class in Pavlodar. The article deals with the linguocultural and linguocognitive aspect of the study of the artistic picture of the world. The anthropocentric approach used by the authors is related to the interpretation of the text from the author’s point of view and its impact on the reader. From this point of view, the authors’ reference to one of the key concepts in the works of D. Nakipov – to the concept “way”, around which a variety of figurative constructions are developed, allowed to see the process of the author’s coding of thought and its fixation in various linguistic units. The analysis of the fictional text has shown that the special system of codes by which a writer shows the world around him, forms individual author’s picture of the world, in which through the prism of personal vision of communicative events the reader gets to know the world perceived in special ways, forms and colours. The article emphasizes a clear picture of reality, the problems of time in the writer's work and the emphasis on the reverse processes taking place at native land. The author's originality, skill, and stylistic individuality of the writer became the basis of the analysis. In the analyzed works, special attention was paid to the issues of content and form, artistic techniques, historical reality and artistic solutions, etc. But we still decided to give our opinion, conclusions, based on official, historical documents. According to the policy of our state, the importance of knowing the state language is increasing. After all, it is known that knowledge of the Kazakh state language helps representatives of other nationalities to expand their knowledge, career opportunities, skills, relationships with many people. However, the process of learning any language is not easy, especially when it is completely different from the native language. Therefore, the scientific article deals with the historical development of the methodology for teaching the Kazakh language to representatives of other nationalities, the types of conversational activities and conversational activities in teaching the Kazakh language. The most important aspect of the development of speech is teaching the types of speech activity, effective listening in the classroom of the Kazakh language includes four different abilities (listening, thinking, interpretation, memory) and scientific conclusions about the types of listening (universal listening, detailed listening, critical listening). Religious poetonymy in mashhur's works, especially the names of the prophets, describes certain elements of information, images, actions of some era of their life, and reveals cognitive features. In religious epics, the author raised the centuries-old tradition of folk tales to the level of artistic written literature. Therefore, the works of Mashhur Joseph are like a direct source of religious and philosophical thoughts, which include religious terminology. In this context, an examination of theoretical and fiction works is carried out and theoretical conclusions of scientists are given. Religious poetonyms become secretive for various reasons. The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of guided writing in teaching high school students to write essays in the first years after the transition to the updated content of secondary education. The relevance of the work is due to the importance of the language creative activity of students as one of the main means of understanding the world. The scientific novelty lies in the attempt made by the authors to create and experimentally test a system of tasks for teaching essay writing. The authors have identified the difficulties that Kazakh language teachers face when teaching schoolchildren to write essays in the essay genre. Among these difficulties is the lack of domestic educational and methodological literature aimed at teaching essay writing, and the insufficiently systematic nature of the work of language teachers in this direction. As a solution to the identified problems, the article proposes the use of the \"Guided Writing\" strategy and a set of tasks developed on its basis, presented in a series of author's video tutorials on the YouTube channel \"Slovesnik\". The article contains a theoretical substantiation of the proposed strategy, examples of tasks and the results of their testing. The study was conducted using theoretical (analysis of specialized literature) and empirical methods (pedagogical experiment, questioning). The main result of the study is the successful and effective implementation of the task system developed on the basis of the Guided Writing strategy into the practice of teaching essay writing.
