The complete system mainly consists of MSP430 based power sensing device with integrated changeover mechanism. The MSP430 is connected to the changeover controlling unit & power conversion unit. We use low cost packaging material (velostat) for making piezoresistive sensors. These flex sensors detect a bend in fingers and we map this data to a character set by implementing a Minimum Mean Square Error machine learning algorithm. The recognized character is transmitted via Bluetooth, to an Android phone, which performs a text to speech conversion. Our motivation for Hand Talk is to compare hand configurations with sign language charts and generate artificial speech which articulates the gestured words. We further provide a software simulation in MATLAB to provide solution to this problem. This MATLAB simulation works with self-adapting intelligent agent system that would plot real time unbalancing and balancing of the system. In a balance system all phases, of a three phase power system are distributed at 120° in space with respect to each other. In \"three phase four wire\" systems, no current flows through neutral wire if system is balanced [1]. Owing to the impending energy crisis due to exhaustion of fossil fuels, it has become necessary to develop techniques that will help exploit solar energy in a better, more efficient way. This paper presents a photovoltaic system incorporating one such technique: Solar Position Tracking. The goal was to design an efficient and cost-effective solar tracking system for small photovoltaic panels, such as those used in domestic applications like water heating. We have developed a micro controller-based single axis tracking system. It has been shown that the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) originally envisioned for monitoring & managing hosts on the internet can be adapted for the 6LoWPAN networks. Also, IETF Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP), designed specifically for machine-to-machine application scenario, is emerging as an open application layer specification for resource constrained networks. In this paper, we compare SNMP and CoAP-based WSN monitoring approaches in agricultural field deployments connecting to ERNET IPv6 backbone network. The principle used is sensing time for deciding the intensity of the street light. The astronomical clock depending on geographical area is studied to generate statistical data. The intensity is varied in five steps as per the variations in ambient natural light obtained from the statistical data. The system uses micro controller, real time clock and MOSFET based driver circuit for controlling intensity of an LED array. Energy saving is 15.96 KWhr per street light per year in comparison with simple on-off systems. In case of high concentration gas or smoke detected, the system wirelessly activates a relay to switch off the mains thus preventing a major possibility of fire accident and also gives audio alarm for the same. The analog voltage values equivalent of smoke and gas concentration detected are wirelessly transmitted to be displayed on a computer screen periodically. The water scarcity in India has reached an alarming state. It will remain a problem until and unless people, as responsible citizens do their bit. It may not be possible to solve the problem but one can always save water as much as one can. This project focuses on creating a device that would detect gaps/holes in the pipes used to transport water to each apartment in a building. In a huge network of pipelines, it becomes impossible to detect small leaks. If the device can detect any kind of leaks in the pipelines through total monitoring, then taking the necessary actions quickly will help to save a lot of water. Also it will allow checking the amount of water usage.
