In this study, researchers tried to see the impact or market reaction when buying and selling by investors in the secondary market was marked by the variables transaction volume and transaction frequency whether it had an effect on stock prices. The results of the study with the LQ45 index sample and by using panel data show that the estimation test is a common effect in interpreting panel data regression. Hypothesis testing both partial and simultaneous obtained the results that there is a significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. Jaharuddin","doi":"10.32897/jemper.v4i1.1047","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32897/jemper.v4i1.1047","url":null,"abstract":"The study was conducted to empirically examine the factors that influence profitability, which consist of CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and company size with the object of research being state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). There are four banks, namely BBNI, BBRI, BBTN and BMRI, so the sample used is the entire population. The research period was carried out for the period 2011-2020. With the regression analysis of the selected panel data, namely the common effect model, it was found that the partial test results showed that CAR had a negative impact but had no significant effect on profitability. NPL affects profitability significantly negatively. The LDR variable has an insignificant negative effect on profitability, NIM has a significant positive effect on profitability, while the size of the company has no significant effect on profitability. Furthermore, the F test proves that all variables simultaneously affect profitability significantly. The government through BPJS Health has a target market of all Indonesian people to participate in the JKN program, so BPJS Health can provide satisfaction to participants and create participant loyalty through its competitive advantages compared to other similar insurances. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa daya saing PT.Pos Indonesia masih rendah. Hasil prasurvei menunjukkan bahwa perilaku inovatif karyawan masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap kondisi iklim organisasi, motivasi berprestasi dan perilaku inovatif, serta seberapa besar pengaruh iklim organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap perilaku inovatif. Metode peneltian yang digunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif – verifikatif, alat analisis; koefisien korelasi, regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian: iklim organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi berpengauh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the application of MSME tax regulations in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The object of this research is the application of MSME tax regulations in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. The research method uses a comparative descriptive method and types of secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the One Way ANOVA test with content analysis method. The results show that there are differences in the effectiveness of the implementation of tax regulations in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, namely in terms of criteria, in terms of the amount and application of tax rates and other policies that regulate the scope of activities. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perusahaan yang tercatat di BEI yang masuk ke jajaran To p 10 M arket Ca pt selama 2010-2019. Metode penarikan sampel dengan kuota sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 10 perusahaan yang paling banyak masuk daftar To p 10 M arket Ca pt tahun 2010-2019. Teknik untuk analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa analisis regresi model data panel. Hasil dari penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa hanya nilai kapitalisasi pasar yang berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return saham. Price to book value tidak berpengaruh baik parsial maupun simultan terhadap return saham.
