This is because; the welfare network serves as a charitable service provider to meet their needs. Child welfare networks include family members, children, schools, peers, neighbors, community members and institutions offering health, education, health, food and drink services, love, safety, protection and a healthy environment. This article describes the network mapping of child welfare services in the custody of public institutions. A study was conducted to explore the practice of implementing the welfare services network of children at STB Marang, Terengganu Malaysia using the qualitative design of the Grounded Theory to obtain the raw data. A set of interview protocols have been developed as a guide to conducting face-to-face and deep interviews with 30 respondents of 24 different agencies. The main findings of the study found that although public custody in Malaysia practiced a mixed economy of care approach, service network operations were in conflict with the mixed economy of care approach adopted. As a follow-up to the findings of this study, the Social Network Development Model was developed. This model can be a productive tool in developing an integrated welfare network for children in Malaysia.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115262181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The abuse of narcotics by children is a behavior violation and an act against the law. Penalties for narcotics offenders differ between adults and children. This is because it is to protect the rights of a child who is involved in a criminal act, especially in narcotics crime. This study aimed to determine the provisions of case handling for children who commit narcotics crimes and how to implement criminal sanctions against children who are offenders of narcotics crimes. The research method used is juridical normative with the results of the analysis that the provisions for handling cases for children who commit narcotics crimes can be seen in Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, against children who are perpetrators of narcotics crimes by applying the diversion of children's cases, it can be resolved non-judicial that the involvement of children in the judicial process will give birth to stigmatization and affect the mental condition of the child. Criminal sanctions for narcotics offenders committed by children are based on specific considerations such as from a juridical perspective, sociological, psychological, and philosophical. The threat of punishment for children can only be imposed 1⁄2 (one-half) of the greatest danger from an adult based on the provisions of the law due to diversion provision. It is hoped that judiciary involving children can be resolved non-judicial to reduce stigmatization and mental condition of children.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"20 9","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114112614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, to some students majoring in mathematics might be easy to comprehend and operate the statistics. This study aimed to find out the students’ perceptions and attitudes towards the statistics. The study employed descriptive statistics. The writers collected the data through questionnaire to get the quantitative data. The result of the study showed that in terms of the students’ perception towards statistics most of them have stated that they mostly agreed with all the statements dealing with perceptions. This can be seen from the first three statements that they could identify the distribution, measurement, and procedure of doing the statistics. The only thing they disagreed is on the ability to communicate the result of statistics and their perception regarding the easiness of the statistics. In terms of the students’ attitudes towards statistics, it is clear that the majority of the students showed their high feeling concerning the statistics. In terms of attitude on cognitive competence, most of them also agreed with the way of thinking to do statistics, understanding it, and requiring a great deal of discipline.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125832119","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This pandemic has created crises in various fields, including in the tourism sector. The tourism sector is one of the sectors hardest hit by this disaster because almost every country in the world prohibits its citizens from traveling and prohibits all tourist objects from operating to prevent crowds and crowds that are the main cause of the rapid spread of this dangerous virus. Those who work in the travel, leisure, catering, cooking, and recreation sectors ask what if there is no economy, workplace, or stable revenue stream tomorrow. Tourism as the most humanly focused and labor-intensive sector represents the future in the collapse of the post-Apocalyptic society of millions of hard-working people. The report was then carried out so that after the COVID-19 epidemic, an analysis of the tourism industry was completed. It is a big ambition for success, but full of comfort, behaving in an instant, confident, optimistic, critical, and positive thinking. Therefore, schools must provide professional educators, presenting up to date teaching materials and fun learning. Simultaneously, the education staff is qualified incomplete administration, library and laboratory governance, facilities and infrastructure that meet standards. A reputable school has links with partner schools, inside and outside the country. The purpose of this paper explains the importance of effective school management in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The research method used was library research by gathering information to answer the research problem through books, scientific articles, and journals with a qualitative approach. This study's findings are that effective school management in the industrial era 4.0 is a school that has implemented advanced technology-based services by providing human resources with sound capabilities in the technology. The statistics from the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) showed that there was an increasing number of domestic violence cases from the year 2014 to 2019. A study on domestic violence was carried out to look at four common forms of violence in society; namely economic, emotional, sexual and physical violence using quantitative design through survey methods to obtain data. This study focused on the East Coast of Malaysia; in the States of Terengganu, Kelantan and Pahang through multistage sampling techniques by distributing a total of 390 questionnaires. The results were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22 using descriptive and inferential analysis (ANOVA). The findings showed that the respondents in Malaysia have a high level of knowledge on the issue of domestic violence. The results also show that the level of education has a relationship with the forms of violence that exist whether sexual, emotional and physical violence. It is recommended that the government speed up the implementation of the Social Work’s Bill profession and intensity increase the various programs and activities involving married couples in Malaysia so that cases of domestic violence are reduced.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132788377","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
