In this paper, we address the problem of matching of cephalometric points. This work is primarily based on a large scientific database, and cephalometric x-ray photos of four hindered patients with ground fact data produced by two doctors are collected of the human skull. Then to make the matching between these points, we advocate the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm specifically aimed at fixing the matching problem. Finally, this approach yields high-quality matching results.","PeriodicalId":250315,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Advanced Systems and Emergent Technologies (IC_ASET)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130194617","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This order only calculated starting from the two values, the error and its variation showed of its performances and its effectiveness in the regulation the speed by the total rejection of the disturbance. In other, to guarantee a stable and fast dynamics speed under all the operating conditions, one proposed for the regulation of this one a fuzzy regulator with adapted profit ready to compensate for all external disturbances. The results of simulation obtained showed the strong robustness of this regulator in particular regarding the variation of the parameters of the machine, with the detriment of the dynamic performances speed which attenuate slightly.","PeriodicalId":250315,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Advanced Systems and Emergent Technologies (IC_ASET)","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121671031","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several techniques were used in order to reach this goal. Deterministic methods in IPS, based on the received signal strength (RSS), usually use the average value of RSS from different sensors. We convert the RSS value into a distance estimation, and then calculate by trilateration the coordinate values. RSS is generally unstable because of the huge amount of variation parameters in indoor environments. In this paper, we propose a machine learning based approach for IPS. We compare our results to the one using some filtering method of three beacons among four. The results reached are substantially better than those of the classic method.","PeriodicalId":250315,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Advanced Systems and Emergent Technologies (IC_ASET)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126430255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After it's first outbreak in China, Covid-19 is now a pandemic affecting several countries worldwide. In our paper we discuss the impact of atmospheric air pollution on the coronavirus outbreak and nation's health. The link between air pollution and the development of the disease in several countries was also investigated and it was proven that high polluted areas are most affected by the disease. The mortality and the recovery rate in the top ten affected countries by Covid-19 are compared to the mortality rate of air pollution in 2017. Obviously, Air pollution caused by human's daily activities ranks as a higher mortality factor than Covid-19.","PeriodicalId":250315,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Advanced Systems and Emergent Technologies (IC_ASET)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128413730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, detecting malware has gained great interest as part of a computer security topic. Most current malware detection software uses signature-based methods to identify threats. However, this syntactic approach fails to identify variants of known malware or previously undiscovered malware. Since graphs represent a strong tool for modeling the sophisticated behaviors of malware and it is harder for an attacker to radically change the behavior of malware than to morph its syntactic structure, many graph-based methods are proposed to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional approach. In this paper, we present a survey of graph-based approaches for malware detection.","PeriodicalId":250315,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Advanced Systems and Emergent Technologies (IC_ASET)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130403392","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our objective is the detection of epilepsy and epileptic seizures through EEG of healthy subjects (H), epileptic subject (E) and epileptic subject during seizures (S). Two novelties are deliberated in this paper. In the first method, we have exploited EEG and its derivatives, which gives significant results from calculations of just three features, the variances of the signals and its first and second derivatives. In the second one, we have used a kernel trick that allows an implicit redescription of the extracted features, by the conversion of the nonlinear problem to linear space, which ultimately facilitates the classification step and gives reliable result in fast running time. The experimental test via the Bonn EEG dataset proves the efficiency of the proposed method, an accuracy of 100 % is achieved in seizures detection problem and of 99.8 % in epilepsy detection problem, moreover for the differentiation of three cases 99.85 % of accuracy was achieved.","PeriodicalId":250315,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Advanced Systems and Emergent Technologies (IC_ASET)","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129523720","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After getting the mathematical model of the three-phase ac/dc converter, the author gives the expression of the active and reactive powers variations. Consequently, the author deduces the ten switching lookup tables including the Noguchi table (conventional table) and improved table. In order to obtain a quasi-sinusoidal shape of the grid line current, a unity power factor, adjustment of DC-link voltage and the low THD ratio, the author has established a comparative study between the ten switching tables. Furthermore, the choice criterion of the appropriate switching table is carried out depended on the goals cited earlier by the author which are proved by simulation in Matlab/ Simulink environment.","PeriodicalId":250315,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Advanced Systems and Emergent Technologies (IC_ASET)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129670718","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
