Traditional saturated load forecasting method is greatly affected by historical information. This paper proposed an improved spatial load forecasting(SLF) method based on error model transformation. Considering the nature and development time of urban land, each district is divided into different blocks, the blocks are classified into two categories: homogeneous blocks and simultaneous blocks. An iterative load forecasting system architecture is proposed, which transforms blocks load forecasting problem into two sub-problems: multi-level gridding parameter training and model integrative prediction. Land utility and historical data are both investigated during the load forecasting procedure. And all the factors that affects EV charging safety are taken into account comprehensively to build an EV charging safety evaluation index system. Besides, the subjective weight and objective weight of each index are calculated respectively based on the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method. It can shorten the life of pulsed high current linear driver. Therefore, it is necessary to cooling the rails during launching. In this paper, a 3D rail model with cooling pipes was established for numerical simulation and a cooling experiment platform was constructed, which was for the research of rail cooling. The thermocouple was adopted to measure the rail temperature, and the influence of flow rate, flow mode and coolant of the cooling effect was investigated. The simulation and experimental results showed that with the increasing of flow rate, the cooling effect was improved, but it was not linear. The cooling effect of mode 2 flowing from the middle pipes to the shoulder pipes was best among the three flow modes. The average temperature difference of mode 2 was 5.67 K lower than mode 1 flowing from the tail to the muzzle. Water and ethylene glycol had little difference in cooling effect. Thus, in the design of thermal management system of pulsed high current linear driver, it is not necessary to increase the flow rate of coolant persistently, but more attention should be paid to the influence of flow mode. However, the converter AC side faults also cause the converter protection action, and the relationship between faults and the converter protection becomes more complex. Considering the function of DC control, the dynamic characteristics and action of converter protection under various faults on the AC side of the converter are analyzed. Whether there is a fault ground point in the circuit determines the change of the DC side electrical quantity in each converter protection. The relative position between the current transformer and the fault point directly affects the response of DC control system. In order to improve the electron efficiency, the high frequency circuits are optimized and the variable period technology is used to optimize the design of dynamic variable period FWG TWT, and the particle simulation is performed using the three-dimensional electromagnetic field software Microwave Tube Simulation Software (MTSS). The simulation results show that the output power of dynamic variable period FWG TWT is over 78 W in 214 GHz - 223 GHz frequency range and the electron efficiency is greater than 7.2 %. Lan","doi":"10.1145/3386415.3386990","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1145/3386415.3386990","url":null,"abstract":"To study the difference in performance of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber(RTV) under different temperature and humidity, the hydrophobicity, hydrophobicity migration, functional groups, and thermal stability of RTV were analyzed by static contact angle method, SEM, FTIR and TGA. The contact angle test results indicates that the RTV hydrophobicity changed little with the increase of vulcanization temperature, while the hydrophobicity increased slightly with the increase of humidity. Both of the vulcanization temperature and humidity had evident effects on the hydrophobicity transfer of RTV. When the vulcanization temperature was 5°C and the vulcanization humidity was 95%, the transfer of hydrophobicity was better. The vulcanization humidity and temperature had large influence on the functional groups of RTV according to FTIR results. Compared with that of samples vulcanized at 25°C, the intensity of O-H and Si(CH3)3 peaks of samples vulcanized 5°C and 65°C is lower. The contents of functional groups of samples vulcanized at 15% relative humidity is obviously low. Meanwhile, vulcanization humidity and temperature affect the thermal stability of RTV. However, traditional recommendation methods only focus on how to associate items with user interests in a more effective way, while ignoring the user's contextual information. Therefore, it is imperative to coalesce the user's context with the recommendation algorithm together and promote the performance of the recommendation system. In this study, a new personalized recommendation model is proposed to dig latent preferences of users toward context and items, which efficiently integrates the context-aware information into the system. Then a latent context preference recommendation method (LCP-RM) is designed. At last a Standard Gradient Descent method is used to optimize the recommendation model. Traditional facility models do not differentiate constructing and maintenance outages. However, these two types of facility outages usually have different durations and need different optimisation strategies in practice. Therefore, traditional facility models limit the accuracy of reliability evaluation, especially in areas undergoing rapid development. This study proposes a 4-state medium-voltage distribution facility model and details the calculation algorithm of load-point and system reliability indices. The 4-state model regards constructing and maintenance outages as individual outage states and can reflect the effect of live-line working on outage rate. The model is verified using the topology of an existing feeder and actual outage data collected from the utility. Results show that reliability evaluation based on the 4-state medium-voltage distribution facility model is applicable to the analysis and planning practice of medium-voltage distribution systems.
