In this paper, ABAQUS was used to model the composite rudder of one vehicle in full size, and the dynamic characteristics of the rudder were analyzed. The modal frequencies and modes of the rudder were obtained. In order to improve the structure stiffness of the rudder, the structural design was carried out, and the dynamic characteristics of the control rudder before and after optimization were analyzed, at the same time the modal tests were carried out respectively. The modal tests obtained the modal frequency, mode and other parameters of the real structure, verified the rationality of the structural optimization design. It was provided an important reference for flight control system design and vehicle stiffness design.","PeriodicalId":250100,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Control","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122154241","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Similarity and analogy test are mainly preferred for intrinsic evaluation and natural language processing tasks such as named entity recognition and question answering are prefferred for extrinsic evaluation. Although there are various intrinsic evaluation datasets for English, the datasets for Turkish are very limited and measuring the degree of similarity and relatedness between words without specifying the type of semantic relation. In this paper, we propose an intrinsic evaluation dataset for evaluating different semantic relations other than a synonym, antonym, hypernym, and meronym as well as morphological relations of individual Turkish words. Moreover, we benchmark three publicly available word-embedding models on the proposed dataset and discuss agglutinative characteristics of the Turkish language for language modeling.","PeriodicalId":250100,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Control","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125425958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to different sampling sequence length and SNR, the comparisons of different phase difference estimation methods are given, which show that the simulation results agree well with the theoretical results. By setting appropriate sampling sequence length, the accuracy of phase difference estimation could be improved and the influence of non-integer period sampling would be reduced. However, the signal correlation process will increase the impact of noise, lead to large phase difference estimation variance, the influence of noninteger period sampling on the phase difference estimation is less than that of the noise, especially under low SNR.","PeriodicalId":250100,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Control","volume":"196 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131967466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This has led to a major revolution by focusing on the new issues facing societies: rethinking the measure of economic growth to reflect the economic, environmental and social dimensions of sustainable development, taking into account the needs of present generations and futures and articulate the global and local dimensions [1]. The operationalization of this concept in companies represents a requirement that leaders cannot ignore today because of the social pressures and the challenges raised by the integration of economic, environmental and social concerns. The adoption of ISO 9001v2015, ISO 14001v2015, ISO 45001v2018, SA8000 and ISO 26000 standards is likely, under certain conditions, to help companies integrate economic, environmental and social concerns. However, the procedural nature of these standards does not allow, at the outset, to take into account the main issues associated with sustainable development [2]. This taking into account ultimately depends on the efforts of companies to give substance and content to a concept whose outlines remain unclear. ISO standards therefore represent operational tools which may be relevant but whose use and efficiency depend on their users more than initial proposals or intrinsic characteristics of these management systems. In this regard, the concept of performance deserves to be defined in a new logic of sustainable development and be associated with a reflection on the choices of the mode of development. The obvious question is how to guide companies towards the choice of these new performance modes. What are the incentives for \"responsible management\", which is no longer reduced to financial performance and extends to social (or societal) and environmental spheres.","PeriodicalId":250100,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Control","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123490579","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This subject has been widely studied in the literature in the automotive field. In this paper, we propose a comparison of three line detection algorithms based on methods validated in the automotive field but transposed in aeronautics where this subject has not been widely addressed. Some problematics appear: the tarmac environment differs from the usual road model and the camera's position impacts the visibility on the image. The first method presented here uses a particle filter while the second one is based on the Hough transform. In the second method, we perform a color-based detection and introduce a method to compute the reference color, using technical specifications for airport markings. The last method is the LaneNet neural network. Criteria such as the precision or the max range of the detection are computed and exploited to discuss the algorithms relevance. The comparison is performed on both simulated images (from a product of the OKTAL-SE company) and real ones (from Airbus Operations S.A.S.).","PeriodicalId":250100,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Control","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122727154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Commonly, the SC needs workers to upload their private information to untrust-worthy entities, which may cause a privacy breach. In this paper, we propose a framework for protecting privacy of workers participating in SC tasks. And we consider a complex scenario that the workers may have some different skills and a task may require a set of skills. What's more, in this framework, we propose an incentive mechanism which considered the feedbacks from task publishers and then adjust the skill level of workers. In corpus-based MT systems, Out-Of-Vocabulary (OOV) words and ambiguous translations are the most common sources of error. In this paper, JRC-Names and DBpedia have been employed as Linked Data (LD) to minimize the aforementioned types of errors on top of a Neural MT (NMT) model. Three strategies have been evaluated for exploiting knowledge from LD in translating named entities; 1) Dictionaries, 2) Pre-decoding, and 3) Post-editing. Based on the experimental results, these strategies optimize the benefit of the multilingual LD to NMT application. The experiments on English-Spanish translation as well as English-French translation evaluate the validity of the proposed idea.","PeriodicalId":250100,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Control","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130459099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
