Factors studied were Peak Current, High Voltage, Pulse Time-ON, Pulse Time-OFF, and Servo Sens. the experiment used was fraction factorial experiment 2k-p at a significant level 0.05 AB@The research found that the best optimize parameter to erode the hole diameter of the workpiece is Peak Current 3A, High voltage 4V, Pulse Time-On 10 &mgr;s, Pulse Time-Off 35 &mgr;s and Servo Sens 6 m/s.
