Science techno park is planned to enhance the relationship of the innovation ecosystem in supporting innovative activities, start-up development through incubator programs, business accelerators and technology transfer processes. This study aims to formulate a development planning strategy for the science techno park area in Palembang City based on existing conditions as empirical evidence. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using a spatial approach that emphasizes the natural and finding nature of the circumstances at the research location. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews based on the existing or situational conditions at the research location. Furthermore, it is analyzed using SWOT analysis as a means of developing the various planning strategies. However, the development of the minimalist trend and limited land makes the parlor blend with other spaces so that the problem of lack of privacy arises. Analysis of the use and changes in the parlor is still rarely done. Meanwhile, the parlor is an essential space in the life of Indonesian people. This mixed method study was conducted to find a correlation between the proxemic nature of the parlor and its relationship with changes in the visiting activity of the respondents. Data collection was carried out using grounded theory non-random sampling through online questionnaires. The results show that the space privacy variable is divided into three, namely physical, non-physical and external characteristics. Room position is a physical factor that determines the privacy of the parlor. The level of familiarity with guests is a determining non-physical factor and external factors in the form of occupancy rules and the number of guests. These latent variables affect the frequency of responses to changes in space, namely adaptation and adjustment (adaptation & adjustment). Characteristics that are fixed such as relative spatial dimensions adapt in the way of visiting. Meanwhile, the adjustment behavior in the room is in the form of wall material substitution. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui apa saja pola aktivitas dan pemanfaatan ruang publik pada alun alun Purwokerto dengan cara mengkaitkan waktu, ruang aktivitas, dan pelaku aktivitas pada saat pandemi omicron. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan bisa dipakai untuk pengembangan kawasan alun alun Purwokerto pada masa mendatang. Dipenelitian ini peneliti memakai metode kualitatif fenomenologis dengan melakukan pengamatan pada lingkungan yang berada di alun alun Purwokerto pada pagi, tengah hari, dan petang yang bertepatan dengan hari kerja dan hari libur. Well-designed bicycle facilities in office buildings are needed along with the increasing number of commuting bike users in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to formulate the criteria needed by bicycle users in the construction of end-trip bicycle facilities in office buildings. This study uses a qualitative exploratory approach. The data was collected through an online questionnaire in the form of open-ended and closed-ended questions. From the data that has been collected, it is possible to identify driving and deterrent factors affecting people for cycling to work. This study found five criteria for bicycle facilities, namely, security and safety, availability of infrastructure, weather protection, comfort, and accessibility. But sometimes, weekends for some people still have to take care of work that cannot be completed on weekdays. This study discusses the characteristics of the place, the response to worry about covid-19, as well as the emotional response of the community regarding weekend activities. This study uses qualitative methods in the first stage and quantitative methods of regression analysis in the second stage. To realize this, of course, the right strategy must be carried out, one of which is a strategy to form a city identity or commonly called city branding. City branding was formed to be a differentiator between one region and another. The purpose of this research is to study the effectiveness of city branding for visit decision-making. The research location is in North Toraja Regency and Tana Toraja Regency, which are known as tourist areas that have the same culture and ethnicity. Data was collected through a questionnaire online (google form) with predetermined respondent criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, which previously test the instrument data and test classical assumptions. Then do a redesign based on the thermal comfort performance that has been analyzed. This research was conducted using a field survey method. While the data analysis method uses the Thermal Humidity Index (THI) method.
