The research methods are questionnaires and field observations. The results showed that gathering on weekends was the dominant activity carried out, while the Mahakam River and Pesut Monument became the most recognizable physical forms. The meaning of the biggest respondent describes the Mahakam Tepian Park as a place with beautiful scenery to dispel weary and recreation. The purpose of this study was to provide a design recommendation for the local government in making embung arrangement policies that are located on the edge of the city with ecotourism-based localities in the creative economy. The method used is a participatory community research method because the community is the party who knows the problem and needs the most. The main approach of this research is the bottom-up (participatory) model, which involves the community in a series of research processes. A participatory plan focuses on the interests of the community, participatory, dynamic, synergy and legality. Pendekatan ekologis menekankan pada tinjauan ruang sebagai kesatuan ekosistem dan melihat komponen-komponen ruang saling terkait dan berpengaruh secara mekanistis. Dalam konteks bangunan atau ruang bahwa bangunan dapat mengakibatkan munculnya keluhan dari penghuninya seperti pusing, infeksi saluran pernapasan, tekanan darah tinggi, stress, dan lainnya yang disebut Sick Building Syndrom .Menggambarkan perilaku dalam peta, mengidentifikasikan jenis dan frekuensi perilaku, serta menunjukkan kaitan antara perilaku tersebut dengan wujud perancangan yang spesifik.Bangunan sangat dituntut untuk memberikan kenyamanan bagi penggunanya yang memperhatikan aspek pengguna dan lingkungannya. Tingkat kemudahan akses, kenyamanan  dan keamanan desain bangunan menjadi aspek utama dalam penelitian ini.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan observasi/ pengamatan dan pengukuran kondisi eksisting. Hasil observasi  kemudian dibuat gambar kerjanya dan di analisis sesuai dengan standart universal design . Sampel yang menjadi lokasi amatan adalah beberapa elemen bangunan di kampus Terpadu UNISA yang berkaitan dengan aksesibilitas bangunannya. This resulted in a variety of potential development activities and interaction patterns that appear in each of its beaches. The changes and developments will be mapped and overlaid to find the development of zone activity on the South Coast of Yogyakarta Special Region. This research will be focused on several beaches in Kulon Progo, Bantul and Gunungkidul regencies. It is an active and environmentally friendly mode of travel. However, the relationship between the physical built environment cyclingbehaviour among residential are less associated with increasing the bike-ability of residents. The main factors as a major contributor to bike-ability behaviour are built environment and social factors. The main aspect to determine the interaction between all the factors will be based on the behaviour of individuals and their personal characteristics.
