It is estimated that around 350,000 people die per year due to cardiac arrest in America. In Indonesia, exact data or documentation of cardiac arrest events in daily life or outside the hospital has not been well documented. To maintain survival, especially if sudden cardiac arrest must be carried out basic life support (BLS). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of basic life support training on knowledge and skills of the MDMC Banyumas Team. This study used quantitative pre experimental method with one group pre-post test design. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique with a number of samples of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques using paired t-test. The average value of knowledge obtained by respondents before being given training is 4.87 ± 2.129 and the average value of knowledge after training is 7.33 ± 2.090. The average value of skills obtained by respondents before being given training is 2.83 ± 0.950 and the average value of skills after being given training is 4.70 ± 0.466. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test on the knowledge variable obtained a value of Z of -3,326 with p-value = 0,0001 and in the skill variable obtained a Z value of -4,684 with p-value 0,0001. There is the influence of basic life support training on the knowledge and skills of the MDMC Banyumas Team. The activity of UKS for mentl health are implemented through teacher’s training about early detection of psychosocial problems and psychological first aid, elucidation of bullying and depression, electing the UKS’s cadre and assertive training in prevent smoking behavior. This social health service programme were held at MTs Nurul Huda Bantur. The purpose of this activity is to train n ed the teachers and students in order to prevent psycosocial problems in their surrounding and to elect the health cadres. The results show there were improvement in teacher’s ability to making early detection and providing first aid in preventing bullying and depression after the training, and the students show assertive behavior about smoking after given assertive training and electing the health cadres. The conclusion of UKS for mrntal health activity is that both the teachers and students are able to prevent psycosocial problems in their surrounding environment. And it suggested that it is important to making a training for student’s mental health cadres for the next health social service project. The prevalence of hypertension has increased every year along with increasing age, level of education, non-working status and high level of per capita expenditure. Malang Regency is one of the regions in Indonesia with the number one of hypertensive patients. Completion of hypertension problems in Malang Regency until now has not met the 100% target. The lowest coverage achievement in Bantur District is in Bantur Village. This community service program aims to improve coverage by increasing family knowledge. Knowledge about health problems will affect the ability and independence of the family to become a hypertensive responsive family through socialization, counseling, and training given to families. Community service is carried out using 5 stages and methods, namely problem identification stage, needs analysis stage, program preparation stage, program implementation phase, and evaluation monitoring stage. This can be caused by several factors, namely the supervisory attitude of the examiner, the atmosphere of the exam, student skills, the exam itself and the internal feelings of students. Choosing is a coping strategy that is wrong or not in accordance with the conditions can lead to an increase in anxiety itself. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of anxiety students in facing skill exams and coping strategies used by students to overcome their anxiety. Method: This study used qualitative phenomenological method with Focus Group Discussion techniques and in-depth interviews conducted for students, lecturers and laboratory staff. Results: Most participants experienced a mild level of anxiety, then, it found that the coping strategies used by students when facing a skills exam are focusing on the material, discussion with friends, listening to music and looking for a quiet environment. Conclusion: From the results of the study it is known that the coping strategy carried out by students is focusing on problems not based on emotions. This result is expected to maintain and improve the ability of students' coping strategies when facing exams so that anxiety does not interfere with the psychological condition of students during the exam . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family supportive therapy on the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failur who underwent hemodialysis at the general hospital doctoral Soegiri Lamongan. Research using pre experiments using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. By using technique random sampling. The population in this study amounted to 33 respondents, the sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis at the general hospital doktoral Soegiri Lamongan in march 2018. The data of this study were taken by using quality of life questionnaire WHOQOL-BREF. Analyzed using wilcoxon test with significance level P < 0,05. The results showed prior to being given supportif therapy of life is (56,7%), The quality of life is bad (36,7%), And after the treatment of good quality of life (50%), Medium quality of life (40%),. Based on wilcoxon test results obtained Z= -5,196ᵃ value with the value of P= 0,000 where P 0,05. This shows that there is influence of supportif therapy to the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure. Nurses can provide support for patient independence in lifestyle modification by involving the family’s active role in improving the quality of life patients. Female circumcision brings more adverse effects than its benefits (Juliansyah, 2009). This study aims to explain the phenomenon of female circumcision performed by traditional birth attendants. The research design of phenomenology was conducted in Bandilan hamlet of Arjasa village, Kendal hamlet of Kamal village, Arjasa subdistrict and Wetangunung hamlet of Wonojati village, Jenggawah subdistrict of Jember. The informants involved one traditional birth attendant for circumcision, 12 informants selected by using purposive sampling. The data were collected through interviews and observations. The validity test of the data was conducted by testing the credibility of triangulation. The data were then analyzed using analysis of interwoven and interactive analysis. These research emerging five themes. First theme is the reason why the baby circumcised, the second theme is baby girl circumcision is done by traditional bith attendant through special ritual, the third theme is circumcision equipment, the fourth theme is the procession, and the fifth theme is the baby response when she is being circumcised. Circumcision on baby girl performed by traditional birth attendants does not hurt the reproductive organs and does not eliminate the reproductive rights of women, the goal is to preserve and to maintain the local culture. It requires adequate education to straighten out the myths that is not true such as the infants will become infidels if they do not get the circumcision. Thus can affect the quality of life of patients themselves. Support from various parties, one of them family support is needed by HIV / AIDS patients to maintain the quality of life. This study aims to explain the correlations between family supported and quality of life of HIV / AIDS patients who undergo therapy programme at VCT Clinic Sehati RSUD dr. TC, Hillers Maumere. This research use correlation analytic design with crossectional approach. Samples is HIV / AIDS patients undergoing therapy at VCT Clinic dr. TC. Hillers Maumere numbered 28 people by using accidental sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate using computerized program. Analysis of bivariate data using Chi-Square test. Result of research show (1) Most of respondent get support from family in undergoing therapy that is 26 people (92.9%), (2) most respondents have good quality of life that is 27 people (96.4%), (3) Chi-Square test result obtained significance value 0.000 < (0.05%), this indicates that Ha accepted, which means there is a correlations between family support and quality of life of patients. It can be conclude that HIV / AIDS patients undergoing therapy at the clinic Sehati RSUD dr. TC. Hillers Maumere mostly have a good quality of life for getting family support during therapy. It is suggested that the nurses are expected to involve families in providing services to HIV / AIDS patients. The purpose of this study is to analyze the knowledge with urinary tract infections in patients in urology clinic RSUD Dr.. M Yunus Bengkulu. The research design used was qualitative with descriptive approach. Informant research method in this research using technique \"Purposive Sampling\". The source of information in this study is the patients who visited the urology clinic RSUD Dr.. M Yunus Bengkulu who is married and data from medical record of urology clinic RSUD Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu as many as 5 patients. The d ata collection using in-depth interview technique . The results of this study obtained by 2 theme that is knowledge aspect, etiology aspect, In the knowledge aspect of the patient does not understand the meaning of urinary tract infection and the cause of urinary tract infection, the patient only feel the symptoms caused by urinary tract infection. The conclusions obtained in this study are; Informants understand little about urinary tract infections, all new informants first experience urinary tract infections. Early intervention is badly needed to overcome the effect of acute stress. Psychological First Aid (PFA) is the answer of the gap between the number of victims and the limited number of mental health workers in the field because PFA can be done by society who are in charge of emergency response PFA presents as a simple model and is expected to help recovery by caring of each other. This research are held to know the effectiveness of the use of PFA as the first aid of disaster victims and traumatic study is the result of thoughts by collecting material through electronic databases with the keywords Psychological First Aid, trauma, and disaster. 20 research articles and online news were obtained, from 20 articles were simplified in accordance with the theme into 10 articles (systematic review, guidelines, original research, etc) and 4 online news. PFA is considered effective because it consists of some components such as Safety, Calm, Connectedness, Self-Efficacy, Group Efficacy, and hope, this proved in line with the principals provided by world stress handling association. PFA is not an effective cure nor a substitute for mental health care, but researches and experiences for many years have shown that PFA can be useful tool to help people with acute pressure if it was done by someone who has the proper training in PFA.
