One of the main technological properties of paint coatings are adhesion and their protective ability. Phosphating can significantly affect both of these properties. The studies carried out in this work allow us to state that in case of damage to the paintwork to the metal substrate and simultaneous exposure to aggressive media (air, salt, water), due to excellent aeration, a galvanic trace element begins to appear on the damaged area. The open segment of the substrate, to which oxygen has direct access, turns into a micro cathode, and the conjugate surface, coated with paint coatings and reliably protected from oxygen access, becomes a micro anode. In the absence of protection in the form of a phosphate film on the surface of steel, corrosion processes begin to occur without any obstacles. Of the second part, when a phosphate layer is located between the substrate and the paint coatings, the electrical relationship is interrupted due to its insulating properties. The corrosion process strongly stagnates and proceeds only in individual pores of the phosphate layer. Consequently, the protection will rise with an increase in the thickness of the phosphate layer and a decrease in the number of pores in it.)","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121203003","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The organization of traffic on difficult roads is one of the key challenges of the transportation industry. The solution of this problem occurs under conditions of uncertainty, which may appear at different levels of the traffic control process. The article offers a classification of uncertainty in a complex dynamic system. By the example of organizing the interaction of smart controllers in an electronic coupling, the author shows the results of applying the methods of tensor network analysis to obtain the computational base of electronic coupling network interaction of intelligent (smart) vehicle controllers. Examples of processing uncertainty of different types using the apparatus of fuzzy sets and tensor basis are considered. Tensor equations provide efficient processing of big data, obtaining information in-real-time mode, the stability of “Intelligent electronic hitch” system to changes in the topology of the connection of controllers and changes in soft- and hard- components of the connection. The use of tensors in the computational basis of the intelligent electronic hitch makes it possible successful implementation of embedded AI at the level of an intelligent (smart) controller. The results obtained in the article show that the computational basis on the example of the electronic hitch algorithm can be used in smart controller systems of any level of complexity based on wireless sensor networks.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121567803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The signal of interest and its delayed version are observed by the antenna system being modeled as two receivers whose coordinates are assumed known and remained constant. The signal measurement is carried out in a presence of an interference that overlaps the signal in both time and frequency domain but not in the cyclic frequency domain, where the signal possesses unique cyclic frequency pattern. Cross-spectral characteristics for stationary and cyclostationary cases are presented and analyzed in the form of analytical expression, followed by the simulation results using Mote Carlo method. Paper highlights different statistical properties of the estimates evaluated for these two cases and with possible applications such as time difference of arrival problem considered.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132658469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The angle of arrival measurement device has the same structure as the classical fiber-optic communication channel and consists of a laser, a block of electro-optical modulators and a photodetector. The block of electro-optical modulators, in contrast to the known solutions based on a two-port Mach-Zehnder amplitude modulator, is based on two parallel subunits, consisting of tandem single-port amplitude and phase modulators (TAPM). A microwave signal reflected from the object with a time delay, the value of which is determined by the AOA, is sequentially received at the radio frequency inputs of two TAPMs through the receiving antennas connected to them. In this case, the initial components of the laser carrier at the output of the TAPM subunits of both channels are completely suppressed, which significantly distinguishes the proposed solution from the known ones for the better in terms of increasing the measurement accuracy. The beats of the output signals of the TAPMs at the output of the photodetector represent a signal reflected from the object, according to the power of which the AOA can be determined.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114214367","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The complex receives all the data for testing from the electronic accompanying sheets of the product. As a result, most of the shortcomings of the traditional approach to automation of the measurement process are eliminated. The concept of a measuring function was introduced and implemented in software, which made it possible to reduce the entire process of measuring electrophysical parameters to several standardized procedures that are easily adaptable to changing measurement conditions. The proposed complex allows you to change the measurement parameters in real time, which improves the quality of the traceability of objects of labor and reduces the overall complexity of the stage of measuring electrophysical parameters. The article compares the testing time of the same batch of wafers by two systems: (1) the well-known graphical measurement automation environment Keysight Technologies and (2) the TM-Studio complex developed according to the proposed method. The results of the comparison showed that the use of the proposed complex allows several times to speed up the process of manufacturing semiconductor wafers.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114520560","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
