Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) are frequently used agile models, whereas Rational Unified Process (RUP) is one popular classic plan driven software development methodology. Both agile and plan driven models have their own merits & demerits such as XP has good engineering practices, team collaboration and on the other hand weak documentation, poor performance in medium & large scale projects. Scrum is based on project management practices. RUP model has some limitations such as impractical for small and fast paced projects, tendency to be over budgeted, condemn rapid changes in requirements. The number of poor population differs from time to time. This dynamical scaled number has actually been a problem for South Kalimantan local government to take proper policies to solve this matter.  It will then be necessary to predict potential number of poor population in the next year as the basis of subsequent policy making. This research will apply both Least Square and Moving Average methods as measurement to count prediction values. From the result, we can say that prediction analysis using those two methods is valid for predicting acquired number of potential people population based on its previous data due to its closest result to the actual condition. Reviewing the test result of last three years, the applied least square method shows validity of 92, 8%. The design and simulation of fuzzy logic controller are considered based on design case constant parameter fuzzy logic (DCCPFL) controller. The scaling factors for DCCPFL controller are calculated based on identified motor parameter. The performance of the DCCPFL is compared with conventional PI controller. Three different parameters is tested under no-load and loaded conditions namely rotor resistance, inertia and self-inductance. From the simulation results, it is proved that the DCCPFL have better performance in term of different parameter variations and also load disturbances. Extensive deployment of the new technologies in internet, protocols need to have continuous improvements in its behavior and operations. New routing technologies conserve a top level of service availability. Hence, due to topological changes, BGP needs to achieve a fast network convergence. Now a days size of the network growing very rapidly. To maintain the high scalability in the network BGP needs to avoid instability. The instability and failures may cause the network into an unstable state, which significantly increases the network convergence time. The high electric field generated due to ultra high voltage causes the increase and reduction in the size of the plants. Numerous research have been carried out to investigate the effect of electric field on the plants. However, the knowledge in term of quantitative analysis on the effect of electric field on the growth of vegetables is not entirely understood. Thus, this paper presents a study conducted to investigate the effect of high voltage DC electric fields on the young vegetables growth namely ‘Choy Sam’ and bean sprout. The experimental setup was designed which composed of two parallel plate electrodes. This research was focused on the percentage of germination and growing rate of young vegetables. The growth of the young vegetables during exposure was calculated by using statistical methods. These effects depend on several variables such as the phase difference between the grid voltages and those of the generator, the magnitude of the grid voltage and the generator currents at the instant of reconnection to the grid. The approach has been used for studying the effects of these grid disturbances on the self-excited induction generator; is a numerical approach. In the numerical approach, which is based on the dynamic d-q model of the induction generator, the effect of magnetic saturation is accurately accounted for. This numerical model has been validated by experimental measurements taken from an induction generator test bench. The analysis focuses on the amplitudes of the peaks of the currents and torque during short interruptions especially at the reconnection of the grid voltage. The polarization may be potentially used to improve target detection, anti-interference, and radar target recognition. Polarization properties of a target can be obtained using polarization scattering matrix (PSM). In this paper the polarization matrix of various geometrical shapes are derived.  For radar target recognition (RTR), a method using properties of the polarization scattering matrix (PPSM) is presented in this paper. A dipole has been considered to calculate the polarization matrix and polarization properties. The properties of the polarization scattering matrix: the determinant, Trace of Power Scattering Matrix, Depolation, Eigen polarization angle and Module of Polarization Ellipticity are analyzed. This paper is concerned with such as attempt to formulate a new compact power converter for SRM drive. The proposed power converter has reduced number of power electronic components which makes the converter compact and also reduce the switching losses. The power factor plays a vital issue in the usage of power electronic converters. The power boost converter and PI controller. A Simulink system is developed for 3Φ SRM by using MATLAB software.
