As is known, managerial processes express an indispensable system integrity in all institutions and organizations without distinction of public or private. Managerial processes in private educational institutions are necessary for the institution to exist and maintain its existence alone. Managerial processes have a separate place in special educational institutions. Because in private educational institutions, managerial processes are intertwined with the understanding of financial management. Financial management comes to the fore in private educational institutions established more specifically for family companies. The follow-up of managerial processes in private educational institutions established on a local, regional and global scale is as difficult and complex as the follow-up of financial management processes. When the subject is approached within the framework of family companies, it is seen that the understanding of financial management has a direct impact on the managerial processes of private educational institutions. This situation can bring about a number of positive and negative processes in private educational institutions in direct proportion to the strength of financial management power. In addition, some findings have been reached based on the data obtained about whether the perception of effective leadership characteristics in private educational institutions is a significant predictor of extrinsic motivation. The current situation of teachers working in special education institutions related to excitement has been examined in this context. Being excited; It means approaching life with energy and excitement, a lively and active life. It has been determined that the ability of educational administrators to produce alternative solutions when faced with any problem and the energy they need to solve the problem depends on being excited and positive. With the development of technology, tales, which have been transferred to the electronic cultural environment and expanded their sphere of influence, continue to spread. Through these environments, each society finds the opportunity to present the tales of its own culture to different cultures. These interactions have positive as well as negative sides. Tales, one of the oldest examples of anonymous folk narratives, have different functions. One of these functions is to present basic universal values to humanity in literary format. The narratives compiled by the Grimm brothers and known as Grimm tales in the literature, in a way, opened the era of fairy tale research. In this study, some determinations and evaluations on the aspects of Grimm's tales that are incompatible with basic universal values are included. Hence, the aim of this study is to examine the relationship between substance abuse and criminality in Kaduna North local government area. The study adopted the Subculture Theory. The research sample a total of three hundred and ninety-two (392), which were obtained through the snowballing method. The data was analyzed using simple percentage tables, cross-tabulation, and Chi-square, which are contained in SPSS Version 20. The following were the findings of this study: Youths who consume substances frequently are more likely to be involved in crime than those who consume less. This also means that youth involvement in crime is influenced by their daily usage of substances. The study recommends that restrictions should be put on the sale of drugs. Government should pass laws that will stiffen the penalty for criminality that is influenced by substance use so that that will serve as deterrent to others. The term \"humor\" is found not only on the pages of modern literature, but also in the works of classical authors. For example, in Turkish literature, the word “külüt” is mentioned even in the work “Divani-Lugati AtTurk” as “a thing that is funny for the people”(Kaşgarlı, 2018). The above example proves this axiom in all literary works of the Turkic peoples. The study of humor has long occupied a prominent place in the writings of great scientists. The desire of scientists to answer the question “why are we laughing?” Resulted in the formation of the hypothesis that laughter is nothing more than an expression of a person’s psychological and physiological state. The definition of the ontological roots of humor was presented in the works of such great scientists of his time as Plato, Emmanuel Kant, Herbert Spencer and so on. A literature review identified the three largest ontological units of the so-called Theory of Humor. These directions open the concept of humor from different angles and include the following three theories: the theory of inconsistency, the theory of superiority, as well as the theory of comfort. This article offers you a comparative analysis of the three ontological categories mentioned above, using the consistent comparison of humor in two related cultures (Turkish and Kyrgyz cultures) as an example, and provides the analysis of Turkish and Kyrgyz humor. The author reveals the relevance of research on the topic of humor and shows the importance of conducting a special study of the ontological roots of humor. The religion of Islam defines believers with certain characteristics. Patient, resigned, fair, merciful, etc. Most of these characteristics are common in other religions as well, although there are some differences. In this study, the concept of humility, which is one of the basic qualities that Islam emphasizes, is considered a social quality/virtue. Humility, like every virtue/qualification, has situations that shift to excess and understatement. Modesty is the note in the middle of dedication and contemplation in Islamic belief. Humility is knitted in this work as acting in the line drawn by the Creator according to His place and time. The attitudes of humility towards the Creator and other beings are handled one by one and their positive and negative aspects are indicated. Angels, prophets, inanimate beings, animals, and plants show a completely positive attitude towards other beings. In humans and jinn, both positive and negative attitudes emerge, while the devil acts in a completely negative manner. In the study, there are approximately 90 relations of entities in eight categories other than the Creator, item by item. As a result, a graphical template was tried to be drawn for the concept of \"humility\" as a modeling experiment in light of the findings. As a result of this graphics, it was concluded that the concept of humility would be much more understandable.
