Two of those project initiatives are described in detail - Far Eastern Concession and Far Eastern Quarters, – their constraints are noted and additional measures are discussed to address development concerns within the target field of the indicated project initiatives. At the end of the report, a proposal is made on the need to scale up existing mechanisms for involving local communities in the development of territories. We used data from open sources of the Federal Statistics Service and statistical collections of the Higher School of Economics. The index method and correlation analysis were used for the analysis.
