This study seeks to examine the mediating role of thoughts and emotions in the relationship between sports engagement and perception of success. A sample of 1138 athletes answered perception of success questionnaire, sports engagement scale, and perceived control of internal state questionnaire. The results showed that the athletes with high dedication (commitment, enthusiasm) on sports engagement are likely to increase perception of success due to high perceived thought, and high emotion. Additionally, athletes with high absorption (interest) on sports engagement are likely to increase perception of success due to high perceived thought, and emotion. On the other hand, athletes with higher vigor (drive, force, energy) in sports engagement are likely to have high perception of success due to low perceived thought and low emotion. Furthermore, the result suggest the importance of how sports engagement affect athletes’ perception of success through the differential effects of perceived control of internal state namely thoughts and emotions among athletes. The purpose was to know the effect of rehydration with variation fluid temperature on hydration status in among athletes. Quasi experimental study in 30 male football athletes aged 14-18 years old. Subjects were divided into 3 groups based on variations of rehydration fluid temperature, ie cold (T1) 10-16C, normal (T2) 20-26C, warm (T3) 40-48C. Subjects were given 1400 ml rehydration fluids during the exercise period. The activity that was given was the football game with 90 minutes duration. Data collected were fluid intake 24 hours before exercise, body weight and urine specific gravity (USG) before and 60 minutes after exercise. Bivariate analysis used One-way ANOVA and Kruskall Wallis Test. Subjects had minimal dehydration (73,3%) before exercise based on the USG values and all subjects in all three groups were dehydrated after exercise (p<0.05). There were significant difference of status hydration in athletes on indicator percent body weight changes and USG after intervention (p<0.05). The most significant difference was in T1 Vs T3 group. Conclusion: Rehydration fluid with temperature of 10-16C proved to effect the percent body weight change and USG changes that was lower than the rehydration fluid with temperature of 20-26C and 40-48C. The higher the vector density, the higher the possibility of dengue outbreaks. The aim of the study was to determine Density Figure in endemic villages at Rural, Urban and Coastal Cities in Semarang and Mapping the Status of Dangerous Area of DHF in Endemic Sub-Districts in Rural, Urban and Coastal Areas in Semarang. The population was all water reservoirs in Semarang. Samples were water reservoirs inside houses in dengue-endemic villages in Semarang, which was taken by purposive sampling in the coastal areas, urban and coastal cities of Semarang. This is a cross-sectional survey research which utilized larval density to determine transmission risk status of DHF-prone areas. Data collection was done by visual inspection of larvae in each puddle/reservoir. The tools and materials used are flashlights, recording forms for larvae and note takers. The research instruments were: observation checklist, interview guide and questionnaire. Data analysis was univariable. The results showed that areas vulnarable to dengue hemorrhagic fever were located in densely populated areas and lacked environmental sanitation management, with number of density ranging from 4-6.6. Overall risk of transmission by dengue larvae density was moderate and caution is needed. A rate of 1.9% of new cases develop to be resistant and even 12% from previous treated cases. Previous studies concluded determinants of drug-resistant PTB, however, the study in Indonesia, especially in the scope of hospitals is still limited. Our study aims to explore the determinant of drug-resistant PTB in Dr. Kariadi General Hospital. We conducted a case-control study, using data from medical records. A sample of 76 cases and 76 controls have met the criterion and were involved in the study. The status of drug-resistant cases determined by rapid molecular test. We observed the subject’s characteristics and determinants of drug-resistant PTB. Study shows that there is no significant difference in the subject’s characteristics, i.e. age, sex, level of education, and working status between the group of cases and controls. Chi-square analysis shows that history of previous treatment, HIV infection, drug side-effects status, Acid-Fast Bacilli (AFB) gradation, and duration of treatment were related to drug-resistant pulmonary TB. After conducted Binary Logistic Regression, we concluded that history of treatment (OR=24.3; 95%CI: 8.49-69.33) and AFB gradation (OR=13.8; 95% CI: 2.7668.60) altogether as dominant determinants of drug-resistant PTB. This research aimed to analyze the effect of jogging on blood pressure in elderly hypertension with normal nutritional status. The research design was quasi-experimental, with blood pressure measurements carried out before treatment and after treatment. Treatment in the form of jogging. The population was an elderly hypertensive community at Mulyoharjo Community Health Center with 32 people. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique, which was divided into hypertensive groups with normal nutritional status and obesity hypertension group. The free variable is jogging, and the dependent variable is blood pressure. Data were analyzed by Friedman test. Jogging exercise produced a significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, both in the obese hypertension group and in the normal nutritional status group, with a p value of 0,000. The studied variable were somatotype, waist circumference, BMI (Body Mass Index) and nutrition intake. Nutritional intake was measured using Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). The data was analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment and Rank Spearman. Most subjects had a body type of endomorphic (75%) with highest sub category was mesomorphic-endomorph (59.4%). Subjects who had nutritional status of overweight were 50% and 51,6% had central obesity. The value of endomorph, mesomorph and ectomorph was related to BMI and waist circumference. There was positive correlation between energy intake and endomorph value. In contrast, there was negative correlation between energy intake and ectomorph value. This case also occurs in many groups of adolescents. Batang Regency is one of the districts that has a large risk of HIV/AIDS transmission. From 2007 to June 2018 there have been 1,039 HIV/AIDS cases, 165 of which have died. Another fact is that 74.30% of HIV/AIDS cases are found in the age group 20-39 years. This shows that they are infected with HIV during adolescence and even children. One reason is risky sexual behavior. Reproductive health education is very important for adolescents. In the current millennial era, teens need more information based on digital. his research is research and development using a mix method (quantitative and qualitative).
