State of Trustees of Ajangale Subdistrict of Bone Regency 2018/2019 Academic Year. The aim is to improve teacher competence in teaching. The research subjects are classroom teachers in the kindergarten-assisted areas. State of Trustees of Ajangale Subdistrict of Bone Regency in 2018/2019 Academic Year. which amounted to 6 teachers with non-bachelor (S-1) education backgrounds. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. The results showed that increasing teacher competency in teaching was assessed through 4 aspects of assessment, namely planning, implementation, assessment and supervision of the learning process showed a significant increase in each cycle. Average results of the assessment of 4 aspects of teacher competency assessment in teaching in each cycle can be explained that in the initial conditions of 56.18 included in the criteria (C), in the second cycle 74.20 included in the criteria (C) and in the last cycle of 95.15 and included in the value criteria (SB). The conclusion is that the implementation of academic supervision with individual techniques is supported by the implementation of supervision of classroom visits proven to be able to improve the competence of teachers in the Kindergarten Areas. The researcher analyzes the errors of the English writings of PGSD students taking English courses. This analysis uses Surface Strategy Taxonomy in classifying student errors in grammatical structures. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research was the writing of sixth semester students who were respondents and attended the English for Specific Purpose 2017/2018 school year totaling 75 people. The results of this study indicate that students' mistakes in producing English writing are divided into several categories of errors, namely errors in formation (misformation), errors in omission (addition), errors in addition (addition), and errors in preparation (misordering). The most frequently made mistake is error formation in sentences that is 181 or around 44.80% of the total number of student writing errors. The purpose of the research is to describe (1) The initial overview of the media needs of the application-based Lectora inspire in IPS class V subjects; (2) Overview of the results of the development of media-based learning application Lectora inspire on the subject of IPS class V, and (3) the level of media feasibility learning application-based Lectora inspire on the subjects of IPS class V at SDN 197 Sapolohe subdistrict Bontobahari, Bulukumba regency. This research approach is research and development, with the Borg & Gall development model. The process of development of media-based learning application Lectora Inspire on IPS subjects through 8 stages, namely research introduction and data collection, planning, product development, validity test (expert test), revision I, test small group, Revision II, and final product. Data collection techniques using poll instruments. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive data analysis. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the description of Student Interest in Class V of the 10th Elementary School Manurunge Tanete Riattang, Bone District and whether there is a significant influence on the application of Ice breaking on student learning interest. The purpose of this study was to describe the interest in learning for fifth grade students at SDN 10 Manurunge Tanete Riattang sub-district, Bone Regency, then to find out the picture of students' learning interest after applying ice breaking to fifth grade students at Manurunge 10 Public Elementary School, and to determine the effect of ice breaking towards student learning interest. The research approach is a quantitative approach. This type of research is quasi-experimental research in the form of a non-equivalent control group design. There are two research variables namely the independent variable (ice breaking) and the dependent variable (learning interest). The total population is 96 students. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. Data was collected by giving Pre-test and Post-test and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the analysis results obtained sig. (2 tailed) 0,000 <0.05 which means that there are significant differences in the average student interest in learning, so it can be concluded that ice breaking has a significant effect on student interest in learning. Integrated learning is essentially a learning that allows students both individually and in groups to actively seek, explore / explore, and find concepts and principles holistically and authentically. Science as a subject should be taught in its entirety between the study of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Facts on the ground show that science learning so far in various levels of education is generally not integrated. The ongoing learning process still indicates the presence of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects. This happens because of various things, including the absence of representative integrated science teaching materials. Subjects or respondents in this study were students of the Natural Sciences Study Program FMIPA UNM 2014 Class Regular Class. The number of respondents was 28 people. This research was conducted in Odd semester 2016/2017 academic year. This research is classified as development research. This type of research is action research with 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 8 teachers in the Assisted Region III Elementary School 112 Pacciro in the 2018 school year. Data collection techniques were carried out with observation and documentation. Data validation uses triangaluation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive techniques. The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers in the development of the syllabus and planning for the implementation of learning increased from an average value of 49.59 with criteria of under-grade values at the initial condition, to 69.98 criteria for sufficient grades in the first cycle and to become 89.47 criteria for very grades good in the second cycle. The research objective was to find out: (1) the description of the paired story telling learning model in class V of IKIP I Elementary School, (2) description of students 'narrative essay writing skills on Indonesian language class V content of SD Negeri IKIP I Elementary School, and (3) whether the paired story telling learning model influences students' narrative essay writing skills on the fifth grade Indonesian language lesson at IKIP I Elementary School The approach taken is quantitative research type quasy experiment It is in the form of non-equivalent control group design. The independent variable in this study is the paired story telling learning model, while the dependent variable is narrative essay writing skills. The total population of 93 students namely the Va class was 46 students and the Vb class was 47 students. The research sample was 75 students conducted by drawing using the Simple Random Sampling technique with Slovin formula whose error rate was 5%. Data collection techniques using observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Scenario (SPSS) system Version 25.0. The results of the study can be concluded that, the description of the paired story telling learning model takes place well because the percentage category for each meeting increases. The research method used is ecso facto research by using the Geft test instrument to measure cognitive style, a learning motivation scale questionnaire and a test of mathematical problem solving abilities. The population in this study was PGSD Bone Campus VI FIP UNM students who programed an introductory course on basic mathematics. The data analysis technique used is Two-Way Anova. The results showed that (a) cognitive style significantly influenced the ability of mathematical problem solving, (b) the motivation to learn mathematics had a significant positive effect on the ability to solve mathematical problems, (c) the cognitive style and mathematics learning motivation together significantly influenced on the ability to solve mathematical problems, (d) there are differences in the ability to solve mathematical problems based on cognitive style and learning motivation where the independent field skills with high mathematical learning motivation results in the ability to solve mathematical problems in the good category. This study aims to determine the increase in social studies learning outcomes of students VI SD Inpres 10/73 Welado District Bone by using the inquiry method. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were all students in grade VI SD Inpres 10/73 Welado District of Bone 2016-2017 as many as 25 students. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, cycle I was held 3 times and the second cycle was carried out in 3 meetings, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation/evaluation, and reflection. Data collection is done by observation and test results. The results showed that: (1) through the use of inquiry methods, student learning outcomes increased, and (2) social studies learning outcomes increased from the medium category to high category.
