Saraev","doi":"10.17513/USE.37593","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17513/USE.37593","url":null,"abstract":"The article examines the factors that make the Slyudyansky district of the Irkutsk region an attractive place for tourists, and the objects located on the territory of this district, which are especially important in this regard. These factors include: the position on the shore of Lake Baikal, relative transport accessibility, the development of infrastructure, both recreational and creating the preconditions for organized recreation, the territorial proximity of China as the largest tourist market; proximity to the Irkutsk region and the proximity of Listvyanka village – one of the most visited by tourists in the Irkutsk region; adjacent position in relation to the regions of the Republic of Buryatia (Tunkinsky, Pribaikalsky), which have their own attractive objects for tourists, which can be visited within the same tour with the objects of the Slyudyansky region. The natural conditions of the Slyudyansky district are diverse, it contains objects of various types – zoological, botanical, speleological, hydrological, paleontological, geomorphological, landscape, geological, which favors the development of various types of educational tourism. On the territory of the region there are objects with which sports (mountaineering, skiing) and sports tourism are associated. A special role in attracting tourists is played by the landscape and architectural complex of the Circum-Baikal Railway and the Sobolinaya Mountain ski resort, which provide a year-round influx of tourists to the Slyudyansky District. Natural, historical and cultural attractions of the Slyudyansky region are brands of the Irkutsk region, which makes them especially significant. Most of the explored recreational resources of the region are not developed and are not involved in the system of ecological tourism in the Irkutsk region. Based on the analysis of the results of computational experiments to study the dynamics of large-scale atmospheric processes in the framework of the equations of a quasi-geostrophic and hydrostatic model of the atmosphere, the possibility of their application to solve problems of regional ecology is shown. Ecological problems on a regional scale are considered, where mathematical models of the dynamics of atmospheric processes in quasi-geostrophic and hydrostatic approximations are used to determine flow fields and turbulent characteristics of the atmosphere. The boundary conditions are given in the first approximation on the earth’s surface and on the upper boundary of the troposphere for the vertical velocity component. The mathematical formulation of the problem of the transfer of environmentally harmful impurities in the atmosphere of the region in the form of three-phase aerosols is presented, under the assumption that the dispersed component of the aerosols is liquid droplets and solid particles of the polydisperse spectrum in size, particle size. The mathematical formulation of the problem of a joint short-term weather forecast and environmental forecast in the region is proposed. The methodological basis for the numerical implementation of the proposed approach to the formulation of problems of forecasting the environmental situation in the region is based on various versions of the original complex problem in the form of a sequence of simple problems using the so-called methods of splitting complex problems.
