BUMDes is one of the institutions that can be mobilized to support the improvement of the community's economy in the village. BumDes Balaroa Pewunu itself is engaged in the business of buying and selling agricultural products and savings and loans. Community economic empowerment is an effort to develop self-sufficiency and community welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, and awareness, by utilizing existing resources. The stages of implementing the community service program are observation, interviews, proposals, data collection, training and reporting of the results of community service. In implementing the MBKM activities to Build Villages by conducting Socialization and Training inviting Resource Persons from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Agriculture Lecturers. The activity was carried out in two days, the material on the first day was that the lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business presented a business plan, financial management. On the second day the lecturer from Agriculture presented material on the procedures for making organic fertilizer by utilizing existing materials around the village, participants who were present were the Village Government, Head of Bumdes, farmers. The aim of this study is to provide an overview of transformational leadership and innovative behavior, explore the factors that mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior, and evaluate the influence of transformational leadership and innovative behavior by conducting a review of journals published in Scopus through \"Publish or Perish\" in the period 2017-2023. After conducting a systematic review using the PRISMA method, 31 relevant journals were found for this study. The search keywords used were \"Transformational Leadership\" and \"Innovation Behaviour\". The results of the study showed that transformational leadership is an important factor in promoting innovative work behavior. Several factors that mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior include organizational support for innovative behavior, innovation orientation and goal culture, meaningful work, digital literacy, team work quality, psychological empowerment, and motivation in general. In general, animal husbandry in Sunju Village is directed at realizing advanced, efficient and resilient animal husbandry conditions. Efforts to increase livestock business opportunities, especially the broiler poultry business, require comprehensive regional policy support that can encourage increased productivity, product quality and market competitiveness. This service aims to increase the speed of the process of increasing the ability of human resources in accordance with the growth rate of development and can provide an understanding to laying hens about marketing channels from the farmer level to the final consumer and can also independently analyze the condition of the marketing channel in each channel in Sunju Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency. The method used in this service is a survey to the intended location, interviews and socialization to farmers. The results of the service changed the information data in Sunju Village focusing on product marketing in the marketing channel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab selama pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab di masa pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang dibagikan melalui Google form kepada mahasiswa di Manajemen Universitas Potensi Utama. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda atau statistik deskriptif. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 25 For Windows. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan Asymp. Sig. (2-ekor) sebesar 0,044. Secara parsial, kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan Asymp. Sig. (2-ekor) dari 0,000. Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Asymp.
